I’ve been in Center City for the last week as my 5 year old daughter has been very ill and staying in the children’s hospital. I needed to find a dispensary I could walk to especially when I heard how long the stay was expected to be. From a purely commercial standpoint they have the most diverse menu I’ve seen with brand names I’ve never heard of so it was exciting. They have the best promotions and deals I’ve experience by a very wide margin. From a human perspective I was treated with incredible kindness by both the staff and local patients. My anxiety at being away from my daughter was palpable and they moved me right to the front with the Lessing of patients who were there before me. The tenders are educated and compassionate. They know the community and the community knows them. 10 stars out of 5....this is how all patients should be treated regardless of the service provided. I will commute to shop here at times even with the traffic on 95.

I went in on opening day Jan. 24th 2019 I live right around the corner and have been so excited waiting for this medical dispensary to open... And WOW the wait was worth it this store is by far the best dispensary that I have been to in PA and Ange who helped me was AMAZING her customer/patient service was excellent. The store layout is fantastic and efficient; it reminds of a premium Denver Colorado dispensary. This is my new dispensary, and I highly recommend Beyond/Hello in Center City.

Product is good and they always have deals, however, the wait times are way too long, they need more workers during the day. No reason why there are 6+ ppl in the waiting room at 10am. Also would be nice to see the workers more engaged with the customers instead of being on their phones. Shouldn’t have to wait outside in the cold to be let in while the person at the front desks sits their doing nothing on their phone. The beyond hello in northern liberties has much better service with the same product and deals

Every time I come here, I leave feeling appreciated as a customer and uplifted by my interaction with the sales person who helped me. Everyone is so kind and helpful! EDIT: removing two stars because twice now I’ve gotten incorrect information about certifications and card expiration dates which is extremely unhelpful. Yes, everyone is nice and helpful in store but they are a mess as far as accurate, necessary information goes.

University City location: I haven’t had any issues since coming here. The whole staff is friendly and checkout is always a breeze for me. Today I did a walk in instead of online order. I normally get CBD oils, pens and live resin. My server was Xavier. First of all he was super nice and funny! I He made me feel very comfortable while assisting me so I asked him what he would recommend for a flower because some suggestions I’ve gotten I was disappointed…really disappointed. I appreciated that he asked me what was I looking for and what I wanted to feel. He made a suggestion on a flower for me. I feel AMAZING! I like how relaxed and comfortable I am currently feeling. I would definitely get that flower again and would love to have Xavier assist me again. He was a pleasure to have help me. I can tell he really loves his job!

The service is great and everyone is incredibly friendly! The atmosphere is very nice! Unfortunately it’s often uncomfortably loud in their waiting room with loud music/multiple TVs playing, which sometimes leaves me feeling really overwhelmed while I wait in addition to making it harder to hear the staff behind their masks.

My visit to Beyond / Hello was my first visit to a dispensary, so it was a new experience for me. I was greeted kindly and properly directed. After a short wait in the lobby I spent time in the sales section of the dispensary. It was modern and clean in here. Personalized check out sections allowed for 1 on 1 help with an employee which I appreciated. Felt welcomed and informed and more prepared for my next visit. Really liked this place!

I would have to say my first time and it was the best experience. Very fast process and the staff couldn't be any more friendlier. The staff member who help me was very knowledgeable and experienced. The place is well organized and laid out. I love the variety they have in stock as well. Prices are reasonable. I was impressed with Beyond / Hello. I have been to some of the others and their fine but B/H was different. They had more choices were very knowledgable and customer service was excellent. In fact their smiles and cheery attitude ruined a perfectly bad mood I was in with work. I highly recommend them but also get to know some of the workers they can't fake what I see as excellent customer service.

BEAUTIFUL! 5.0 I really really love the beautiful layout of this dispensary. It's very modern inside and blends in with the community on the outside. The staff are super friendly and knowledgable - easily guiding me to help choose whatever product I'm purchasing. I came with a friend who also has their card and we were assisted together which was really nice of them. Their pronoun pins are definitely something I've never seen before and like a LOT! Overall nice place, can't wait to go back later today!

The 1st time I went to BEYOND/HELLO was for their Grand Opening. It was quite impressive because I had a chance to speak with reps from every grower out so far. I've since been back on a couple of occasions and have not been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The dispensary is well stocked, clean and conveniently located in Center City making it easy to get to. This is definitely a place you'll want to check out.

I like this place because they have armed guards, which make me feel safe in a dangerous city. The service has been great every time I have been to the Center City, Philadelphia store on Samson St. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. I always have a good point-of-sale experience there. Negatives: The flower is always dried out. They have an extremely limited line of tinctures, which many people prefer, who are trying to protect their lungs. Their menu, comparatively, does not hold up to some other dispensaries but the people and the service is excellent.

Very open atmosphere. The pharmacist was move my first time there and could see I was a little down. They have a great concentrate menu and a lot of discounts your first time there. Also forgot to mention I like the armed guard at the door. Good call.

I am a new MMJ patient, and had never been to a dispensary in my entire life before this. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by a security officer and an attendant at a computer behind a thick pan of bulletproof glass. I was very nervous, but the attendant helped me check in and told me to take a seat until I was called. After 5 minutes of chatting with other patients in the lobby, I was called into the dispensary. I had placed my order online, and was told that it was ready and waiting to be picked up. One of the employees informed me that they are cash-only, and that there is an ATM available in the dispensary. I went to the counter and one of the bud tenders checked with me to make sure everything I had ordered was accounted for. I asked a few questions, and he answered them for me. I then paid and left. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and was easy. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is very clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back

Great staff, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable however this location seems to be consistently stocked less than Northern Libs. Every time I come to this location they’re sold out of a lot of items that makes coming here wildly inconvenient (although the location is awesome). Flower is even more nonexistent than other dispensaries. I will only return to this location to use my coupons. Some adjustments should be made to account for the heavy foot traffic CC gets. It would also be nice if they offered an online system like Cure so the discrepancies between online and live stock isn’t a consistent issue. Update, some issues I’ve had at this location: I purchased a palm Ccell that looked used when I opened it once I got home. It was missing a charger and a magnetic adapter that should’ve been included. I called in immediately and the representative who answered the phone was very lackadaisical like oh I don’t know what we can do it’ll be up to my manager. It was an easy exchange when I came in but I don’t understand why the original representative was acting as if it wouldn’t be honored. I also purchased two different disposable carts (grassroots) that failed to blow even when there is visible oil left in the cartridge. The representative told me that happens all the time. No acknowledgement of reporting it to the manager. I find these carts overpriced enough as if, I’d like to get what I pay for and I’m sure others do as well. There needs to be some give here with properly addressing customers complaints or concerns.

I recently got my medical ID and walked in not knowing much of anything in the way of what to get that would help me with my pain/anxiety. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and answered every question that I had more than once. The employees with which I spoke were well versed in what each strain was made up of and what the ingredients could do for me. They were patient and I left knowing that I'd be back soon.

I really enjoyed going into the store- it was the second medical store I went into in Philadelphia. the first medical store I tried I was the only person in the store room. The sales woman didn’t explain any strands, give any knowledge of the medical marijuana and how it can affect me personally. It seemed to be more about the sale then the product. At Beyond hello, I was greeted with super nice knowledgeable women at the front window. Then once I entered the storeroom, there were lots of customers in the store, which made it a more pleasant atmosphere. Plus there was tubs of jolly ranchers I could have for free:) loved that! Plus Andrew, my sales person was super helpful at beyond/ hello. He educated me so well on so many levels. It was really a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a store for medical marijuana in philly. Our new favorite dispensary! We were not looking for a new dispensary, but we came to Beyond/Hello because the dispensaries, which are located closer to us, were out of the product we needed. We did not have a good experience at another dispensary located in downtown Philly so we were hesitant to give it a try, but we are so glad we did! The facilities are really nice, there is ample parking (small fee of $1 for 20 min and $2 for 40 min), and there are no stairs to access, which is important for many patients. The staff is what really makes the difference here! They were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am a caregiver. I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and she reviewed the products we already had (from another dispensary) and offered suggestions about how they might best work for the patient- no pressure to buy anything from them. The focus is clearly about understanding and caring for the patients. We will go out of our way to visit this dispensary. I can't recommend Beyond/Hello enough!

I was so excited to see a store open up conveniently in Center City! It makes it much easier for me to get to after work. I was very impressed by my first visit. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly as soon as I walked in. I only had to wait a minute or two before I was taken back. The entire place was neat, clean, and felt welcoming. I felt like I was in a restaurant with how I ordered off a (large!) menu and the woman (I think her name was Kathy?? I can't remember at this point) wrote it down and went back to get it. Since it was my first time there, I was given a bag with some free goodies, like a mug and socks haha. When I got home, I found out one of the disposable pens I bought didn't work. I wasn't getting any vapor out at all. I went back the next day and explained what was going on. They were quick to help me out with a replacement and apologized for any inconvenience. I look forward to my next visit!

I visited the Center City location of Beyond Hello on a birthday trip I took to Philly hoping to stock up and score some birthday discounts. The guy who helped me was super friendly and very knowledgeable in helping me find what would work best for my situation. He was also very accommodating with helping me get the best bang for my buck with a tight budget. The location was a little tough to find at first coming from a non-Philly native but wasn’t overly difficult. Inside was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly as well. Selection was above average compared to the shops in my area and they even had a gLeaf promotion running as well which was awesome! I look forward to returning to this location whenever I’m in the Philly area again! Would recommend!

This was my first time visiting a dispensary since getting my medical card. I was a bit nervous as I feel like all of the information and sitting down with a pharmacist can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. I'm so glad I chose Beyond Hello as my first choice! Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and super nice. No one pressured me to see a pharmacist on my first time. I worked with Tom to find all of the products that we right for me. I asked him at least 20 questions and he answered every single one thoroughly. He also gave me a brand bag and some discount cards. I will for sure be back and will be asking for Tom every time!!! They also have a waiting room that guests of patients can sit in. Thank you for your A+ customer service!

I love the different selections they have of all the different pods. Most places only have 1 or 2 different kinds for each kind of pen. Here they have way more strains of pods for each kind of pen which is way awesome. Staff is awesome, store is step-up good. The only complaint I have is that it’s about $5-$10 more expensive than anywhere else

From the second you walk in you are greeting by smiling genuinely kind people from security to check - in and amazing sales team. The place is so clean and modern! One reviewer said it was like the Apple Store of Weed and it totally is. It literally looks like an Apple store the way it is designed but much more welcoming. I am new to the medicinal experience and have visited other dispensaries but Beyond/Hello is by far my favorite and where I choose to call home. Exceptional customer service from the time you enter the door. They take the time to answer your questions and thoroughly explain the products and their purpose to you. I deal with multiple issues and major anxiety and they have patience during the whole process. I don't drive and they even allow my driver to accompany during the time spent with the consultant who is very knowledgeable. my first medical dispensary visit was great. if you don't need to drive here, don't. street parking is slight, though there are plenty of garages around. if you're hoofing it beware of where you place your feet, especially if you're walking down Juniper. filled out a first time patient questionnaire, was still in and out within fifteen minutes. staff here was very friendly all around and would have gladly answered any questions i may have had. it seemed like they had everything in stock that was displayed in their online inventory. be careful exiting as the door opens outward into foot traffic probably buried in their phone or some other oblivion on Sansom. no bozos

Was in the city yesterday and looked up and saw the logo and forgot they had a location in the city. Its kind of hard to spot. I all most walked right past it. Anyway stopped in just to look around and maybe get something small. I wanted to take a pic of the front area for mad google reviewer points but the girl at the desk was polite but being kinda weird 😬...NOT about taking a pic because I didn't ask yet but whatever, anyway if ever in the city I will stop in soon. Also there was no crowd. Parking WILL be an issue for anyone who wants to check it out. Unlike Ardmore, you HAVE to show your card to even get in the door. I noticed it at the other inner city dispensary locations too.

A beautiful dispensary in a charming part of center city on Sansom east of Broad. We are talking about a big new gorgeous facility with a warm and educated staff. My daughter’s been very sick in the Children’s Hospital and I’ve walked there several times now. They remember me, ask about my daughter, offer rapid service, and have the most diverse menu I’ve seen with brands I’ve never tried. They were so helpful, and the promotions they offer are superior to any other dispensary I’ve dealt with by an insanely wide margin. I've only been to one location which was the Northern Liberties location. Building location is a plus plus especially with additional street parking. Also, its right across the street from Target. How grand to do all your errands in one little area. lol Service was great and fast. Employees had positive welcoming vibes. Flower was available =) Don't think any of these reviews will have a picture attached due to the agreement we sign when checking in not to take any photos/videos inside the dispensary. Overall, I definitely recommend. Oh and they have daily/monthly deals. Thats a win/win in my book!!

The people who helped me were very friendly and informative. Things were pretty pricey for the amount of THC in them, but that also seems more in line with it being a medical dispensary. I was really excited when I saw stickers that had gender pronouns on them, but unfortunately the pharmacist kept misgendering me while I was wearing their pronoun stickers. Impressed with the company for working towards inclusivity, but disappointed that there didn’t seem to be staff training on it. All in all though, I was pretty satisfied with my experience and the location can’t be beat!

This was my first experience at a dispensary with my Pennsylvania Medical card and I was impressed with the relaxing atmosphere and extremely helpful sales staff. When you enter the building, you're greeted with a clean and quite beautiful waiting area. The dispensary is decorated with indoor plants and running water features, providing a pleasant background noise and making the small store feel much larger than it actually is. Once a sales staff is available you're able to withdraw money from an ATM and complete your purchase. My cashier was very helpful at recommending relevant strains and explaining which often sell out and which are available more consistently. The products available throughout Pennsylvania are largely the same throughout all dispensaries, and while the prices are high the quality is also high. I was able to select products that have had great therapeutic benefits, and I look forward to shopping at this dispensary again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the agent’s product knowledge, as many of the dispensary agents at my former dispensary were obviously not properly trained in cannabis education. Don’t get me wrong, they’re all very kind there, but education and information is paramount for patients, as many are new to the wonders of medical cannabis. Furthermore, the volume and selection of product surpasses all local dispensaries that I have tried in the last eight months. Additionally, their daily/weekly deals are much more enticing and financially beneficial than my former dispensary as well. To say that I am happy with beyond hello is a massive understatement. Very friendly and helpful staff--they don't take tips, but there is a tip jar for Project HOME, a very effective housing program for homeless folks with several apartment complexes (many built with funds donated by Jon Bon Jovi!). So, dispensary (a) pays their employees well and (b) is a good neighbor and advocate. Their prices are very competitive with other dispensaries in the area--the cartridge I bought today was $5 less than what I normally pay. This will be my go-to spot from now on.

I went to Beyond/Hello on May 22nd to check out the place to see if I could get a medical marijuana for my seizure. My Neurologist from Jefferson recommended that I get a CBD oil or something to calm my stress, anxiety and lessen the amount of seizures I have per day. Cool and professional staff introduced me to Kosher Tangie and Pineapple Express to begin my reunion with cannibus.
