I needed a bigger, hotter hot glue gun to laminate corrugated cardboard into a cat scratching block. They had that bigger, hotter hot glue gun. The size that used to be standard. But that glue gun takes the fatter glue sticks (0.44 inch diameter, used to be standard) which I didn't see at first. With some digging, I found two bags of those sticks in the back, at the bottom, of a bin of the smaller glue sticks. Mission accomplished, but it somebody else needs to be able to lay down a lot of hot glue quickly before Michael's restocks, they will fail where I succeeded. The scratching block is ready. Now I need some cats.

I came for a yellow, purple, and white yarn. Didn't find much purple that could fit my crochet needle size, but the collection of yarns was impressive and I really wanted to get more than the yellow and whites I got, but I sadly didn't

I go here all the time to pick up painting supplies and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. Recently I went in to get custom framing for an art piece and Maddie was amazing!! she walked me through everything and what all of my options were and was so helpful. highly recommend if you need something framed or just to pick up some art supplies.

I really enjoy this location and never have too many problems. I called them last weekend to see if I'm able to bring in a bouquet for my upcoming wedding to find the perfect greenery to fill them up better, and they said that it's not an issue. So, that's a plus! But if you do go in for greenery, I recommend going on a Tuesday or Wednesday because that's when they restock it all. I went in today and there was VERY limited stock available so I was kind of sad, but I'll be back within the next few days since they get their truck on Mondays.

This is a great Michael's. The employees are helpful and friendly, and they have a good stock of everything you need. The store is clean and organized. Great sales, good deals. I would definitely recommend becoming a member of their rewards program so you can take advantage of the coupons!

Good paper selections, and your standard art and craft materials. I like that its open a few hours later than other joints in the city. I wish there were more quality papers for lettering and the craft storage has been lacking lately but I still think its solid and accessible.

I used their customized framing services by Aaron Brothers and I am so happy with the service and quality of product I received! I had never used this service before so I was a little nervous on picking out the right frame and mat (It was a rather large painting and I was giving it as a gift.) The sales associate made excellent suggestions and was very patient in letting me play around with all the different options. The end product was beautiful, completed on time, and showed excellent craftsmanship. I am impressed and definitely recommend their services!

For me, Michaels is a pretty overwhelming place to visit unless I have a list of things to get. There's just so much cool stuff to look at and buy! I recently went here for yarn and they have so much variety with fun colors and textures- everyone can find something. I love all of the coupons they offer members because they are super convenient when I have to shop here. A great craft store!

My opinion may be different from others, but I love the fact that nobody tried to help me. I have a real problem, in stores like Michaels, with buying stuff that I don't necessarily need. If anybody would have tried to upsell me I would have bought it all and ended up being very angry. So, quiet night w/no one bugging me. And the cashier was very friendly. We talked about Twix bars.😂

Very helpful staff, with a consistently rotating specialty section. Lots of yarn and drawing items to pick from. Bought a few things today (Sept 17th) and while waiting in checkout, was unfortunate enough to witness some old crone go off at the young man checking her out because they wouldnt accept her expired coupons. She then went to the manager and demanded he be fired. Wow! Every time I'm here I have great service by everyone. Maybe put on some glasses and read next time, huh lady? Boomers....

The store is always well stocked. The only thing I did not like was there were permanent markers on the same end cap as the paint markers so I had to return to the store for an exchange. I failed to be very observant and am ultimately happy with this store in general.

Smaller than some but well stocked with most of your crafting needs. I rarely see anyone that works there the same time but I guess that's how retail is these days. An acceptable answer to "Can I get your email address" is No. Do yourself a solid and do a quick search for Michaels coupons before you get in line.

They are always clean and well run. I needed hemming tape and clear colored Velcro. They had what I needed and that was good. There staffing wasn't much help but I don't think I knew how many varieties of Velcro there where until I got there either. Also, I looked around for awhile and was surprised to see the amount of hobby, art and craft supplies. The whole time I was thinking "they should advertise this more." They're really quite the resource if you are into sketching, painting, beading... Seriously. If you are artsy check them out, I was surprised.

The person that helped me was AWESOME! I went to buy a face painting kit and it turns out that she actually did face painting for party's and knew exactly what would work best for me. I can't wait to get started!!! I do have a small complaint though....they don't sell step by step face painting books with designs in them. Major bummer!

Ah ya this is a Michaels? You know what you're going to get if you walk into one of these stores. If you need a google review to sway your opinion of whether or not you are going to visit this Michaels, then you shouldn't be going to Michaels. You're going here to get a ball of yarn, glitter, on sale Xmas decorations, and some watercolor paper, because its the closest and only place to get all of it at once. And everything is on sale. Always.

Great first experience. Lovely shopping environment for anone with the Artists' bent (or anyone else, for that matter). Friendly courteous, welcoming staff. Most especially worthy of mention: Christine, one of the supervisors, is adored by the staff - and with good reason. One of those angelic types, pleasant as all get-out, and so eager to please all her customers. A gal who is willing to roll up her sleeves for all her employees. She's a gem. Lovely store. Seems evrey week they have gerat coupons/specials. Betcha you'll be able to use 'em.

Better than hobby lobby. just has a different vibe. I'm happy to see they employ young staff that are friendly and unique. although all art stores are expensive, michaels has a good membership program that i juat signed up for. i bought 3 spools of yarn and a set of knitting needles that would have been 47 dollars or something, but the membership brought the price down to 29 something. still expensive but very glad they have the membership program.

A place to simply let your creativity just emanate. For the love of art take in what you will and make something beautiful. All the supplies you could need to put together what your left brain feels like doing. If you're into fabrics and sewing you can get all the things needed to excell whatever you're working on. If you've got an itch to sketch grab yourself some pencils and sketch pads. Don't forget your erasers and pencil sharpener. If you're a tag master there's cans of great paint and various caps to change your spray to the size you need. Paint, paint, paint galore. Colors of colors with color to color whatever color you're looking to color. Mix master away. For those who like to do some knitting you are in luck. Another item which has colors all the way through the rainbow and back. Calligraphy...yes. Many different calligraphy pens and markers for making some awesome texts and pictures. Stamping supplies are there too. Then there's literally everything you could possibly need for scrapbooking. Different trinket items for making your own personal pass me down trinkets. Stickers and more art supplies. Then here's a question...got kids? Kids love art? This spot has got them covered. For all ages and all interests. Literally everything. Then there's frames and frame supplies to put your creations on the wall so everybody can enjoy it. Clothes for making prints on too. Clothing dyes and clothing markers for true personalization of your attire. And and and, if you're into putting together jewelry they've got all this that and the other. So honestly of you're not sure what you're looking for just stop in and browse. A whole lot of awesome. Then to top it all off staff that can actually help you with whatever you need help with. Very smart art folk. This place will always give you a great experience. Don't take it from me though, stop by and check it out for yourself. In the winter around Christmas New Year's you get the best deals on 5 ply yarn you can order it and go pick it up or they'll mail it to you they've got off brands that are cheaper than other brands the people there are wonderful and very helpful I like my cousin a lot so give it a try
