Here is what I love about Fleet Farm. First, it combines a sporting goods store, home depot, and a grocery store all in one. Unlike Walmart, you will find front facing employees available to assist you. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You have options to shop in store, shop online using curbside service, or shop online and have it shipped to your house. they have a loyalty program that is very easy to use either with your telephone number or your email and unlike Menard's once you get enough points the credit is issued right there at the store instead of having to fill out a slip send in the mail and wait weeks to get a rebate check back. Want to talk about customer service? You can actually call the number that's on their website and that is the number to the store where someone will actually pick the phone up and talk to you. That's for their pantry items they carry all the main things including snacks, coffees, cakes, candy, cookies. Most of their items are competitively priced with some of them being an everyday low price that beats out most competitors even on sale. As for returns I believe they have a 90 day return policy. Really can't think of any negatives.

The Man's Mall is starting to become one of my favorite places to go. Staff is always helpful & cheerful. I've been there a lot since this visit, and I'm rarely disappointed. Down to earth, affordable & good variety!

Sharon N. in the outdoor section of the store is absolutely fantastic. We came in looking in for Plano rolling large totes, and she went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. Since they weren't on the salesfloor, she was able to track them down, and she made our night. People like Sharon N. are why we love shopping at Fleet Farm. The Brooklyn Park staff is phenomenal, and I highly recommend shopping here.

Pretty easy process for picking up online orders, they got my order right and I was able to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. My only qualm with fleet Farm is that I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their email list, All unsuccessfully. I have reached out to them for assistance on that.

I'd give a 5 star review, because the immediate staff in this store is always professional and kind. But today, I think it was a district manager was in the store, and was berating the poor girl behind the counter as I sat in the waiting room. He was a total jerk. He definitely could use a lesson in professional behavior.

A nice variety of clothes and hunting gear... and I picked up some silly candy treats that were gummy gums to put in where your teeth are and my Grandkids got a kick out of them... I picked my Dad up a novelty t-shirt that has a riding lawn mower on it and some Pajama pants also...good display of Christmas Lights and displays, fun to find some odds and and things in this store!!

I grew up in this area and this company is as Americana as you can get. They have everything, Literally. Car wash and a gas station. But most important they sell black licorice next to the checkout. Dad’s will drive for miles for that stuff.

The problem with this place is you go in for one thing and end up with 5 more. They have everything you need and everything you want. Beautiful gun section, bikes, tackle, kayak, rods, boots, work gear. Only place in town to find kerosene if you need it for a heater. If your looking for it it’s in-between the 2 diesel pumps. I gotta limit how often I go otherwise I come home with a new purchase every time.

First of all, great staff! I found the fishing gear I couldn't find locally or online. I thought they closed at 9pm, thank you Alexa. It's 8:17pm, and a staff member strolls down the isle toward me. I expected her to ask me if I needed help, but she politely informed me they closed at 8pm. I apologized immediately, explaining how it was all Alexa's fault. She just smiled and said, no worries, they can help you up front. So I hurry up front, get into an engaging discussion about the lures, about the research I did, what they do, and of course we shared a few experiences. Great, I pay and am rolling toward the exit, thanking the staff and apologizing for holding them up from going home. Of course it is then I realize I have a $10 coupon I forgot to use. Again, I thanked them and ask if I can be an even bigger problem, explaining about the coupon. Well, they voided my order, scanned everything again and then applied my coupon. All of this was accomplished by three different employees. JUST WOW! Fleet Farm, you have amazing people! Thank you so much! Your employees made the 45 minute drive so worth it! And the drive will occur much more often. Awesome team!!!

Love the selection and OMG the clearance on clothes was amazing. School right around the corner and this helps the pocket book. Name brands like Columbia and Under Armor. Customer service lady was awesome. I forgot to scan the $10 off $50 purchase and she fixed it quick with no hassles.

A huge hardware store, you can find it all here. If I need anything house related, outdoor related you can find it here. If you can’t ask a staff member they will radio and ask. Quick and easy. Excellent place to stop for all your needs and goods. I wish they would keep ice fishing lures on the shelves stocked a lot longer. The staff all seemed quite friendly and I like how the bathrooms are right there at the front door if you need them instead of having a walk across the whole building. I wish you guys would bring your leather vests and chaps back. I was able to find the glow sticks for my fishing lures here and nowhere else. It was a big win for us.

It's okay. I haven't been in this store for years. I would imagine if a person needed outdoor products it would be a great choice. I'm not a fisherman, camper, etc. The clothes aren't my style. Shoes, boots, sandals weren't trendy. Interesting checking out what was available tho. Nothing has changed in my opinion. I did find World's Best Cat Litter in the store. That was a big score as it's difficult to find. Still carry World's Best Cat Litter. Starting to stock up on "stuff" to enjoy your yard and gardens!

Great selection, however was bummed out to realize they discontinued carrying there Surplus line a couple years ago. Other than that my only complaint was check out was far too slow!! 15 min+ of waiting in line with well over of over 10+ people lined up in each open lane after doing lest than 5min of shopping really killed the overall experience for me. Fortunately for what it lacked there the store's employees definitely do them am overall solid making up for it with their cheerful positivity, and and impeccable customer service! ( Now just hire a few more cashiers, or pull stock people from the floor when it gets busy to expedite the exit already!)

OK store but just never seems to be quite right in some way for me. Hard to find help, hard to find items. There just seems to be better stores for whatever type of item you're looking for. Not a bad store, just not for me. For the hard core farmer probably a very good place.

Didn't have lemon drops! Had some cinnamon twists that were addictive and the salt water taffy was so fresh! I wanted some work/painting pants but their clothing dept has the look and prices of Kohls now so I was disappointed.

Overall good selections in all departments. Frequently prices ring up higher at check out. Rarely been to Fleet Farm and get the right price on some items. Delay at check out when you notice the price is higher. Mostly have to pay the higher price and get a sorry for the wrong price marked.

I'm just a big fan of Fleet Farm. This is a convenient location for me and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've noticed the selection at this location isn't quite as large as others, but that has never stopped me from finding what I'm looking for. As a bonus, this location also has some great food trucks in the parking lot. Worth stopping by.

Haven't shopped at fleet farm in awhile. Went looking for shears in the garden area and it was pretty limited. Did not find small ones I was looking for. I did see a cart full of Cheetos, which was tempting. But overall, I'd say it's an okay place to shop if you are looking for something particular. Needs more organizing and in stock items. Cashier was friendly.

Fleet farm has pretty much a broad spectrum of supplies and household goods. Their online site isn't good (what is online only and what is in the store and where it is in the store), but I can find a lot of product for pets, clothing, hardware and tools. With limited check-outs open, waiting customers fill the narrow isles making it difficult to push a cart. Many shelves are empty, where is the product?

Love shopping at Fleet Farm they have great products for those who participate in outdoor activities. The Online ordering process seem to take a long time. I ordered midday on Thursday and it wasn't ready until later Friday morning. However, the pick up was great the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They have a decent stock of all products. They also have super involved and helpful costumer service. They actually spend time answering your questions and helping to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They have a decent ammo stock and fairly competitive prices. They are also great for camping, outdoor recreation, and fishing gear. I like this location because the employees go above and beyond what is expected to make sure you leave happy. The hours are updated frequently and I will add the most recently updated to this review. They are much friendlier than other locations and worth driving to check out as well.

Over the summer I signed up for FF's reward program. Today, I took advt of a members only 10% off essentially every. I got a lot of clothes for my growing kids. Got some black sunflower seeds (they are hard to find at a good price these days), and started sticking up on Christmas treats. Coming here on a weekday was more tolerable than other visits. I hate navigating through mobs of people.

I really wanted to give us a five star but this location it’s not kept up as nice as the others in the Twin Cities. But still it’s a great store and I come here as frequently as I can.

Fleet farm is a great place to get just about anything. They have a large selection of hunting gear, outerwear, jeans, plumbing department, snacks and nuts, a paint department, they sell furniture and hardware. They sell birdseed, pet food, housewares, and hunting & camping supplies, and much , much more. Several quality name brands, and a very nice Christmas display with toys and all the tree trimming things you could possibly need. I've always found the employees to be friendly, helpful and courteous. The store has a different vibe compared to Target or Walmart. Most employees who you find in the aisles, our competent and eager to help you locate items. Most employees are knowledgeable of the items as well. If they don't have an answer, they always seem to it. They find someone who has an answer for you or direct you to the manager on duty. This is a fun store to shop at. The only negative thing I can say about the store is that the uniforms are bright, orange, and hideously ugly. Lol!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Fleet Farm. I shop there on average of once a week. I love the variety of their merchandise and the prices and the cleanliness of the store. AND I love that they carry MyPillow products. So many other merchants have dropped the MyPillow line because of political pressure. That's called cowardice. I'm not interested in supporting cowardly merchants.

I buy backyard Critter food there, and they have large bags of cracked and whole feed corn, varieties of bird seed and large bags of peanuts. My only complaint is that they tend not to have enough Staffing at the registers which is pretty usual for retail these days.

Great deals for getting my kids winter boots. Sadly I have to exchange one pair for being two lefts and one being a different size. Otherwise it was a great deal, spent less than I expected once I got to the check out! I haven't been there in a long while so I'm pretty sure they are probably more organized than the day I went in. Just saying this because it was after the first snow here in MN and I know mine wasn't the only family going there in search of winter gear.. cause that place was Tore up from the floor up by the boots haha. Great clearance if you have the time to skim and amazing toy section I definitely approve for Christmas shopping for the kids forsure!!! Overall I LOVE FLEET FARM DAWG.

was a lil disappointed that my online order took hours for them to tell me they couldnt find my item... even tho they had plenty in stock... just couldnt find any of them even while looking in back... ended up spending waaay more than i had intended for a different brand of rain boots that i needed for work... went from 30 bucks to 125... the next cheapest that they had in my size becauseas i said everything else could not be found... they tried which is why i gave them a 3 star... but really wanted to give them less because online and instore numbers while were the same... didnt accurately show what was actually in stock

Fleet farm has always been a good place to stop for odds and ends but the real quality is the staff. The people working here go the extra mile. The building is clean, stuff is well organized and again, the staff here are phenomenal. Thank you to the service desk gals and guys! Kirby has been a fantastic help and saved me from driving to the Blaine location by locating a product that wasn't restocked on the floor. Good place still like stopping here. Plus the parking lot often has food trucks! Double win

Update: I still like this store, but the last 5 or 6 times I've come Herr they have had only 1 or 2 registers open, even when there is 20 people waiting to check out. I will be going to menarfs when I can going forward Love this store! The only down side is that 9 out of 10 times i want to use the price scanners, they arent working

Love this place most of the time. Only issue is whomever manages their inventory does not do a very good job. I often find what I'm looking for to be out of stock. Doesn't seem to matter if it's fishing/hunting supplies, dog bones, motor oil, etc. All the same issues. If they can get this improved, I would visit more frequently.

I stopped to fill up my rental car before dropping it off at the body repair shop and picking up my car. It was wonderful. Their petrol is of the finest quality, aged in steel barrels, in small, hand-crafted batches. The aromas were pungent yet enough to make one keep one's distance. One star off for having to pump my own.

This store has been here for a long time, and it's pretty much a mainstay for anything you need from mini tractors and tools, to housewares or clothing. A common drawback is that the products/supplies aren't always available, especially sale items. So if you see it, buy it now, because it probably won't be there when you come back. Overall good customer service, not a long checkout wait, easy returns, but restocking is an issue. I'd return even on a busy day, not the cheapest nor fully stocked, but plenty of staff that's helpful.

Maybe it was just my visit as the store has good reviews. The lighting in the store also makes it feel really dreary. About as close to a one stop shop for a variety of items you can get. It's usually pretty busy but still easy to navigate the isles. My only complaint is checkout lines when I've been shopping. I wish they had dedicated express lanes or self checkout for when you run in quickly for an item or two. I would shop here more often if I knew I could be in and out quickly.

It is always busy. There selection of items does not seem to change as much as the other stores. It is always clean. They are expanding the firearms department which has been needed for a long time. Check out lines a pretty fast and the customer returns/service is always pretty quick because they have more than person helping at time. The employees seem pretty knowledgeable about the products and hunting/fishing licenses that they sell.

Fleet farm is a great store to drop in and grab a quick item or two for general home repair and yard maintenance. I feel like their prices are usually at least competitive and often lower than other home stores. I've had great luck there with all my plumbing and electrical DIY home projects, I only didn't find what I wanted once out of dozens of trips for various projects. Only recommendation would be in-store stock finder apps.

It has been revamped with a new layout since we were last there. It is like most sporting goods stores, in that it is feast or famine with product. It also looked like they need more employees dedicated to maintain a level of organization. Some areas looked like a Tasmanian devil went through and unfolded and unzipped everything in sight. Their tree selection on young trees was pretty good. They had 3 types of grapes; as far as I could tell only wine types. The raspberries looked a little small. I found everything I was looking for in the sense of electric fence materials and seeds. They have a large selection of flower& vegetable seeds. Their tire repair services are fairly priced and have never failed us for the years we've been coming back. The old lady at the checkout was nice and all employees were wearing face masks.

Maybe its just me.. but on two occasions there was an item that they were out of and i had asked one of the staff members if they still have any left. He said no and went back to stocking the shelves. Asked another guy and hes goes right underneath the shelves and pulls it out from the drawer and restocks the empty space. On another occasion one staff member said he didnt work at this department and walked away.

Pretty wide range of things to buy. Dressing rooms feel really exposed. Only thing between you and 300 ft of open store is the door you closed. And it isnt a full door. Would suggest a privacy wall be put up at least. Also dressing rooms are not gendered, just a few rooms along an exposed wall. Has a key cutting service which is nice. Indoor gun store as well. Didnt feel like a high quality environment inside the store. Kinda has that outlet store feeling to it. Very dull to look at on the inside.

I've been shopping at this location for over 10 years and it has been consistently a good experience. At times it is hard to find employees, it takes awhile for then to restock the shelves/ organize them, and generally if there is an issue at the register, they won't do much to resolve it (misplaced item/ mismarked item will not receive any adjusted price). I will continue to shop here because it is a convenient store in a good location. In addition, the 4¢ off a gallon is another incentive to shop here.

I feel like the prices at Fleet Farm are generally comparable to that of every other Hardware type store, but the expensive options that are Beyond just Hardware are great. The bird food selection in bird feeders never disappoint, the dog food options and cat food options are great as well. The parking lot is always clean and there is always ample carts and cart Styles available in the sections you need them. The employees are helpful and friendly and we have found that most of them will actually walk you to the item that you are looking for not just point in a Direction saying "over there". We like fleet farm and we will be back.

I went in for head phones. There was a display of outdoor grills where I expected to find what I was looking for. At customer service I asked "where had they moved the headphones and ear buds?" All three employees responded (almost at the same time) where i could find it and the quickest route to get there. Usually, no one knows anything at these big stores. I have always received help from all the employees and staff.

Not the same Fleet Farm. Selection is not what it was, store is dirty and poor customer service. In the past if you would ask an associate where something was they would help you find it. They would either know where it was or find out where it was. They would then go with you to find the item. That way the associate knew what section the item was in to.

I liked the security for the bulk stuff that we purchased online. The security gate officer that let me in to use my trailer to pick up mulch was very friendly patient and helpful in making sure that I could get my 80 bags of mulch under my trailer by them having another staff member use a forklift to put the pallets on the back end of my trailer. It was a very easy process my showing my cell phone to enter and exit with no hassles.

Lots of quality products but they are hard to find. I liked wandering around looking for things as I am retired but not sure someone on a schedule would be as happy. Had purchased Therma cell foot warmer insoles there 2 winters ago and need new batteries. Never did find them (did find brand new Therma Cell insoles but not my size). Tried to find an App in the Play Store that would help me find things in the store - no luck. Menards and Home Depot have apps that are very helpful that way

Generally, a great store to shop at and very friendly and helpful staff. There are the occasional instances where items are out of stock (need better inventory management) or items are for sale, but no longer available, but this happens at other "big box" stores, too. Prices nearly always match or are below the competition, so I don't really shop around for pennies off somewhere else.

I love going to fleet farm, its probably one of my top 3 favorite stores to go to. The Brooklyn Park location is the closest one to me. The actual store is great and the people are super helpful and friendly. The gas station is another story, that's why I'm only giving 4 stars. The gas station is the worst part of this location. The pumps are out dated, there's always a huge line, even though there are more than enough employees behind the counter, and the employees are rude. I was there yesterday and I waited in line for about 20 minutes to pay for my gas, and grab a few drinks for the family, and only one person was working a register while 2 were stocking shelves, and 2 were ignoring the huge line while they were screwing around with some other stuff in the back corner of the employee area. This is not the first time I've encountered this problem there. So be warned if you use the gas station at this location, be prepared to stand in line and wait.

Like when I needed 3feet of 8 gauge electrical wire for an underground project. Fleet Farm had what I needed. Today's visit was for cat furniture. It is called the "man's mall" for good reason. It's like a Minnesota grown Cabela's. Has all of your basic hunting, farming, general outdoor equipment. They also have clothing, a large variety of dried snacks worth checking out, and other things. Support local and shop here first before heading to the big box stores

I love FF. The only down fall I have on the one in Brooklyn Park is once they run out of inventory for a season, they won’t buy anymore. Like snowmobile helmets or stuff like that. I guess they run the business and know what they are doing. Seems like it used to be more of a one stop shop. Now it is hoping the have it in stock.

There are a lot of products that don't have price tags. It is extremely frustrating. It took me like a half hour to get a price on a jacket. The prices and the selection are better than others but, staff wasn't that helpful. I still go there to save money.

Easy to get to knowledgeable Personnel that work there and they always seem to have what I'm looking for at a very reasonable competitive price if not the lowest price which state will match. Date of Visit: 5/27/2019 - Fleet Farm is not one of my favorite stores due to the lack of customer service. We are never greeted by any sales associates each time we go, and this instance was no different. Doesn't matter if it's the Brooklyn Park location, the Carver location, or the Lakeville location. They're all seriously lacking on the customer service front. Love the selection of items, though. Prices are OK for some things, high for others.

I went there simply to get a few keys made and it was very convenient that they had these little call buttons placed all over the store. You go to the department that you need help in and hit the call button and someone appears in seconds. The service here is fast, lines were short over all it's A terrific experience

Went to purchase one specific thing. I found they carried it online and it was in stock. When I got to store I had no idea what department would be in (if I had thought it out it would have been obvious) I had one person help but I think was new employee, but wasn't where he thought it might be. Then another employee stepped in, looked it up on their smart phone and found right away. Saved me from wondering aimlessly through the store for an hour. It is sometimes hard to find help in store, but not always. I lucked out this time.

You can usually find what you're looking for during seasonal change overs , after that good luck finding what you need because it's usually out of stock if the item is popular. My biggest complaint about the Brooklyn Park fleet farm store is that they sell/store fertilizer inside which leaves your for face burning and clothes infused with the fertilizer smell for the ride home. They have an excellent hunting and fishing section as well as basic outdoor sporting goods and camping supplies with plenty to choose from throughout the season.

fleet farm has a variety of products; however with such a large store it can be difficult to navigate. the staff was not very helpful in directing me to different sections of the store; nor were they very personable. could have been an off night for everyone, but i left the store without everything i needed. fleet farm has really yummy candy and some pretty good deals.

Hunting and fishing dept. is great. Great place to buy dog food and treats. A few month ago went in to get winter hats and gloves - It looked like someone just randomly threw them on the shelves. Much better organization in the hunting and fishing - plus I got "Can I help you find anything?" from an employee right away.

Was looking for some patriotic tee shirts that the website said they had in stock. Knew they should be in hunting/outdoor apparel. Hunting dept said they were in clothing. Talked to someone in clothing who knew what she was talking about, she said go back to hunting and ask for a certain person, they'll know. Went there, spoke with him, he didn't know. Another hunting employee helped me look then took me back to clothing. She took me back to hunting after double checking get department. She went into the back room for hunting to look for herself and found them. Lucky they clothing dept knows what's in hunting even if the hunting employees don't. This process took over an hour.

This store has just about everything, from animal supplies to clothing. It can be very busy on the weekends, in particular before holidays or in the summer. There is a large selection of bird feeders and food. The pet supplies are priced lower than many other stores. This is a good place to look for kitchen gear you can't find other places such as canning supplies.

Fleet Farm is great for so many things. They have everything from Scott's fertilizer to sporting goods and tires. Great store for farm supplies, automotive products and service, shoes, work clothes, small appliances, yard stuff and more. It's really hard not to buy nuts and Southwestern mix and other great snack items when shopping for your needs. Friendly service and a great automotive dept. round out a wide variety of offerings. You can even get fishing licences. Fair prices. It's fun just to walk around and check out all the things they carry.

Fleet Farm is fine-their plant selection in the spring is good-but it’s almost like they try to cram a little bit of everything in at the expense of not having common items that you would expect. It's the shopping mall for dads - really fun to just walk around and browse. This particular location has a cool mini donut and taco stand that are really good. The Fleet Farm itself looks really understaffed, and the employees look stressed.

I do love Fleet Farm. So much in such a large store. Can spend hours there. A lot of this, a lot of that. Love this store. Only missing a star because of two reasons. 1. There's not a lot of help/employees around if you have a question that needs an answer. But...a very nice gentleman in the bulk nuts and bolts isle helped us find the locking nut we were looking for....2. They don't have a garden center to speak of.

Best place to get big tools and and pet and hunting supplies. They also have clothing and boots for outdoor work. I haven't used their tire service. You get a coupon for $0.04 off per gallon of gas with every purchase. If you use it at their gas station, you get a coupon for $5 off a $50 purchase in their store. So, go buy a snack in the store then go buy gas with the coupon, then go make your main purchase in the store and use the $5 coupon.

The prices and breadth of selection are generally quite good, but over the past few years they seem to be going less deep into some product lines, such as automotive and electrical. They've got the basics covered, but lately I've had trouble finding fairly basic stuff like brake parts for my Toyota minivan and standard garage door springs.

Fleet Farm is our go to for many things, but especially for Carhartt and equipment for work. To the only issues we run into is they are often not fully stocked so we're lucky if we find one pair of jeans. Every Christmas my husband gets 200 gift cards for fleet farm and it would be helpful if was actually able to use them on what he needs. Otherwise the store and associates are fantastic.

We just moved here and we're used to Farm & Fleet. Fleet Farm is similar and has a lot of the same stuff, but is a little different. I'm still trying to figure out if their prices are lower than other places. I've always thought the quality of products is a little higher at Fleet Farm and Farm & Fleet. I like all the snacks they offer.
