Order pickup is crazy slow. Plan on at least a half an hour of wait time. There doesn't seem to be a first in first out order there, it's just random. The staff at the service desk sometimes don't want to do their jobs and will send you to another store if you have an online return, sometimes the service desk is unstained and no one knows if anyone will be there on that day. However, no one, either customer nor employee has ever been rude or mean, and the greeters who now check your receipts are always super duper friendly.

Our go to store for everything. Great pharmacy and staff. Nice selection of merchandise. Needs more customer service training for young employees and upgrades on thier registers. Customers should not have to wait for a cashier to ring in multiple items one at a time.

All Walmart locations are disheveled. Plus, the staff needs to understand that they are not at home. When you see staff standing around doing nothing, when they could be straightening shelves, putting product away, and helping customers it's completely unprofessional. Another thing, that I get really worried about, is when you see food sitting in carts. Either food needs to get put away or it needs to be discarded. The next thing that really has to happen in regard to the food and this goes for everywhere, is they need to be able to be accessible to who is receiving food assistance and using the Wisconsin QUEST card. I seriously feel many people are returning items saying that they don't have the receipt, when clearly they've used the quest card to purchase those items. There's a lot more to say. You get the gist.

Wal Mart is busy for an obviously good reason. They have what people want and need at a good price. Otherwise the store would be empty. Personally I would feel skeptical going to a store that is not busy.

Much cleaner than some other local Walmarts. Register staff is much more helpful than expected. I upgraded this store to 4 stars, but it won't get 5 unless they bring back employee-operated checkouts; while self-checkout is a novel idea and fine for small purchases, people who are elderly or disabled, or who have very full carts, will have trouble. Staff is on-hand to assist people who need it, but there is still a feeling of being put out.

I gave it 3 stars ⭐️ only because the employees that I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. The parking lot my gosh what an embarrassment and disgusting trash everywhere food, bottles just filthy. Inside was somewhat disorganized I don’t know what’s going on lately but man clean it up

Parking lots and entrances of store are scattered with garbage, carts have papers, garbage left in carts from previous customers ( shame on the customer for leaving their garbage in carts) buy staff should still clean out and wipe down/sanitize.

They have regular Walmart stuff at regular Walmart prices. They're out of stock on a lot of stuff all the time. The lines are alright. Sometimes they can be a little bit of a wait. It's usually messy. They try, I guess. Edit: They now have self check out in 90% of the lines. Lines go waaaaay faster because there are so many. Plenty of people by the self checkouts to help you now. They are mocing everything around in weird places but I guess it's something new. They keep running out of diappers and it is less messy. (We'll see what happens once they're done changing store layout). Still three stars until then.

Diapers & Trash in parking area. Marijuana smoke wafting around in parking lot. Parking Lot is out of control with misplaced carts and panhandlers decorating your exits with their presence. Inside the store surprisingly nice with helpful employees that are actually working so management is obviously doing a great job this year.

The thing about Walmart is that they sell everything at the lowest possible price. If you find anything somewhere else for cheaper, they'll not only match it, they'll give it to you for .01 one cent less. With their app, website, and stores, you can find almost ANY product you're looking for.

They actually had the storage bins in stock that I was looking for. Employee at self checkout was efficient and helpful. Almost hit employee who was gathering carts in the parking lot because he was too busy talking to another employee and wasn't paying attention. Kids!

The cashier we had wouldn't make eye contact and was so out of it. Double scanned items and was so slow when trying to remove them. Could barely put a sentence together. I figured nodding off would be coming up next for bagging. I talked to a manager and they seemed to not care. Maybe check to make sure they're not on anything or that they're okay in general?? Walmart's just seem to be slowly going ghetto everywhere, even in the better parts of town. Will not be going anymore.

Lots of out of stock items.. went there specifically for a battery that was listed on line as in stock and I even called to 2x check. Once I got there , ofcourse it was out of stock. Then I get told online stock listings NEVER accurately match what the stores actually have in stock.. so I guess it's not that much this Walmarts problem as it is the company it's self..Wally would not be happy with this store

I am use to the small town walmarts. It seem that they don't carry anything I usually purchase. It also doesn't follow the same set up as other walmarts. Makes it tedious to navigate my list effectively. Not my first choice for all my shopping needs

I pick up groceries from here all the time, but whenever there is an issue and I need to talk to someone at the store, the phone will ring for literally 15 minutes and no one will pick up. This has happened almost every time I have called. I also placed an order to be picked up yesterday at 4pm and it is still not ready. I tried calling to get information but of course no one picked up. The orders are usually done in a timely way and are accurate, so they get 3 stars.

The store is usually full of shoppers, stocking of items is best early mornings for best fresh selections of produce, some advertised items sell out pretty quickly and this has caused me to give it only 3 stars for that as well as the sometimes unprofessional cashier's who have attitudes whenever asked for them to do their job. So I usually avoid this location for those 2 reasons.

This specific Walmart is a good store with some of the worst customer service. In my teens it wasn't so bad, but over the past 15yrs it has gone down. They are very disorganized, its hard to find help, and about 2 weeks ago I went in for something there web said was in stock at this store. When I got there i spent 37min looking and waiting for anyone to help. I ran into 2 manager's and neither one of them knew where or even about the products in the section they were working! I find this frustrating. I actually worked at this one for about a yr in my 20s. I got moved up to supervisor in my 4month, and took care of 3 different sections. My old manager knew every thing about the store. They need to get on top of their jobs or find another type of employment. I left that store on good terms. What happened to courtesy, manners, and basic knowledge?

A bag of my merchandise was missed at the check out! One of the customer service representative on June 18th 2021, kindly listened to my explain my situation. I was angry the merchandise was missed at check out . I understand things happen. The customer service representative kindly replaced my items. Revied my receipt and let me explain. She didn't treat me like a con artist. I'm grateful. I go to this location constantly. I spent 109s a month between my husband and myself. I appreciate the kind Woman. I didn't get her name. She is Africa American. And bout 5 ft 5inches. A natural lovely appearance and wonderful people skills. My missing merchandise was bout 20,00 dollars. The woman out to be promoted. Cause if she treated me like a crook the hundreds I spent there a month over 18 years I would quietly have taken my business else where. I was there bout 5pm. . That day. Hope you figure out who she is!! My items missing were two lean cuisine dinners . Beef jerky and almonds and Oreo thin cookies!! Thanks for her kindness and patience.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing time. I knew exactly what I wanted though. I was able to find the things I wanted & scan around for something better, which I bought. The most impressive thing to me was no employees looked annoyed or frustrated at me for being a last minute shopper. Trusted me I've been a frustrated employee annoyed at a last minute shopper but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt that they knew what they wanted & would be done on-time.

Team Lead Justin at the S. 27th Street Location did well at the Customer Service counter answering my questions and assisting me as I learned about Wal-Mart's policy with Trading cards; although it is NOT Posted in store at the trading card sale Shelf, there is a NO Return policy and I'm the FIRST Person to question or push-back about this subject. I will find relief by complaining on-line OR selling the cards another way. Thanks Justin, BUT not so much for the attitude of your Associate - I don't need that in my day.

Arrived when store opened at 7:00am. Picked up temporary Blue Bird cash cards. Couldn't check out at regular cashier line. Was sent to Customer Service center. They couldn't check me out either. Had to wait until 8:00am (45 minutes ) for Money Center to open to be taken care of. Kind of a bad experience that early in the morning. Other than that, the staff were very helpful.

The pharmacy personnel is wonderful!!! Five stars! They always go out of their way to take care of us. They even recognize us by our first names! Love getting my meds and asking questions knowing it will be answered to the best of their knowledge. The rest of the store has declined tremendously. Very poor customer service, aisled are always crammed up with un stocked merchandise, shelves are usually empty, and no one around to ask for help. And when you do find someone, they are not happy to assist you and it is shown in very obvious and rude manners. Used to be my favorite store, sadly not anymore. Currently researching to go elsewhere for my meds and my regular one-stop shopping kinda place. Sad.

During the covid crisis at the end Thanksgiving weekend, Walmart was not nearly as busy as in years past. The employees are still interested in helping customers, but that's this stores persistent problem. Occasionally some offer assistance which is definitely helpful. No long lines or waits for any thing that I noticed. In fact it was a bit more pleasant than usual.

I shop here once a week and never had a bad experience. It's a superstore and I find almost everything I want. The line can be long but there're enough self checkouts for fast self-service, which I like a lot because the associates overcharge me sometime. At customer service department, the line has always been ridiculously long and the wait is just not okay, especially if you are only there to do something that is only going to require a minute or less of their time. And one of the people in front of you in line has some big issue where they need to page a manager(who then takes almost fifteen minutes to get over to the desk at customer service). That literally happened to me on one of my trips to this location!! And instead of asking that customer to step aside until the manager gets there, so they could help multiple other people in the mean time, they just awkwardly wait there. So yeah either this Wal-Mart is under-staffed of they are just not being smart about staffing the correct departments with the appropriate number of people.

Pretty much what you'd expect, greeted at the door. No Hand sanitizer or wipes for carts. They were actually stocking that day, so they had what I needed. Self-checkout stressful as usual due to staff looking over the shoulder of black people more so than others, which is weird because they are also black and they seem to be ok with management watching over their shoulders.

Go almost everyday for essentials. Bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning. The wait time when you need someone with a key is kind of crazy. Waited thirty minutes for someone to unlock a bike to purchase. Other than that everything checks out. 4.5 stars

People tend to give Walmart employees a bad rap, but I did not receive poor customer service from ANY of the associates that I encountered today. From the sales floor, express service, and customer service desk, Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, eager to help me. The restroom was clean, and the lines were not long. It was a great experience. This five-star rating is for the employee (Connie Evans) not the store. Today I was going to get a money order and to pay a bill. She made sure each and every customer was satisfied. She was working two registers to get the line down, and she never broke a sweat doing so and I was very pleased with her job performance. I recommend that she get a raise and is praised for her hard work and dedication to please customers. Thank Connie keep up the wonderful job!!! 😁

Plenty of customers had to walk to go find a shopping cart. Lines are to long when it comes time to checkout. Plan on being in line a good 15-30 minutes someday just to get to a cashier or self checkout

Walmart supercenter that is five stars the only downfall that I have that I'm upset about is the services A1 everything else is A1 but when you need a little cart scooter there and then to be found for people who have major knee surgery or any other major surgeries I would like for you guys to have more little zoom cards available for people who cannot walk around the store for very long other than that Walmart is five star

I like it , well stocked , I just wish items that are higher up on shelves or on lower shelves are brought to the front so that I don't have to struggle to try and get them , I'm not 6ft. tall so I can't reach and I have trouble bending , so items pushed all the way to the back of lower shelves are hard for me to reach. Got a Killer deal on a Queen Air mattress and went thru the Self Scan it took a while in line but that's expected during the Holidays I guess. The Security seemed like they were doing there job well. Not overtly so like they were stalking but u knew they were there , I felt good about it. There were cops running in as I left so somebody was doing something they weren't supposed to . my suggestion to thief's. The Holidays are NOT the time and ESPECIALLY at Walmart!! This particular Walmart was not up to par compared to others which l visit at least weekly. I was mainly in grocery area which was not busy at all. The selections were limited and the emphasis very different. Couldn't find 2 of the 9 things I always buy at the one nearer my home and the department seemed disorderly. .

I am only one of the millions of people who have to depend upon a budget that requires me to save money as much as I can; especially during these tremendous times that we are all living in. And to find so many good prices on groceries, health care products, personals, and household products made a world of difference right now. Walmart helps to make my budget goes a long way for me and my family; and that means a lot to me especially now; that we are all experiencing these difficult and uncertain times. Let me start off by saying this Walmart is definitely better than the one at 401 East Capitol however they definitely need some improvements customer service could be way better they hardly ever answer the phone and I don't understand how they're so busy considering all the self checkout lines that they have like the one on East Capitol they need to work on keeping their products including their food restocked you can't really grocery shop properly when they don't have enough products in this includes food apparently once it gets halfway down its supposed to be restocked immediately but sadly things just don't work out that way

Not horrible. Point off because a lot of their stuff that we needed when I went there was out of stock. Like, co.pletely out of stock. The crazy part of it is, is that this whole COVID-19 stuff is chill now, which means stuff shouldnt be going crazy out of stock u less they are just stupidly low. Still live it though <3

The store is usually poorly stocked and somewhat dirty. The shelves in certain areas of the store are in a state of disarray. This is especially true at the Walmart on 27th and Orchard/Morgan and 42nd and Greenfield. The Walmart on Highway 100 and Layton is a lot neater, cleaner and somewhat better stocked.

The food area is organized very poorly and it makes it super hard to find what you are looking for. 3 different people came up to me to ask for change because there car broke down and they need a $1.50 from every one to get home. I still gave them money so maybe I'm part of the problem. They did have what I was looking for which target didn't so there's that..... the rest of the store is like any other wall Mart. I showed an employee just standing in the Women's dept if they had this dress shown in the sale flyer. She says "maybe it's over here". She starts walking, I followed her and she disappeared. I went back to where I first found her and shes standing there. I said do you have the dress? She says no and walks away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Typical for this store. Sorry bothered her!

It's a Wal-Mart Super Center. Seen one, seen them all, aside from Wal-Marts being region specific. Aside from the fact that the only thing super about this particular "Super Center" is it is noticeably Super smaller than any other Super Wal-Mart I have ever seen it is a Wal-Mart, nothing I can really say that the entire world doesn't already know. As all of them, you will always see a "wide variety " of ppl, pets, things and other oddities. Although it is kind of dirty, under staffed (the staff they do have literally stand around and do nothing but avoid customers) and always busy, just don't try and ask for help or bother any employees, they only get upset, irritated and tell u they can't help u (if that's the fastest way to get rod of u). Seriously though, every employee I have dealt with sucked, weren't helpful, had and attitude and not one actually helped me. I had to ask for a video game and you would have thought I called her a name or something but it was obvious she didn't want to help me making sure to even card my 45 yo self for a video game all the while having a horrible attitude. I mean I understand you work at Walmart and probably hate ur life but the attitude doesn't help.

Crowded as usual but I had a pleasant shopping experience. Found everything on my shopping list and checkout was fast. This location is further from my house than another Wal-Mart, but I prefer this one because it is bigger, has more parking, and is located on a strip of South 27th Street near other stores and a Cinema that I visit as well.

Standard Walmart. Slightly disorganized and dimly lit personal care section. Cosmetics was segregated and definitely brighter and welcoming. Cosmetics section has register. Cashier had assistant? Pretty much just gossiping employees. Self check was not crazy long.

I don't always come to this walmart, but when i do i haven't had any issues with the store. The store is not bad to go shop there, what makes it unpleasant is the people that go there with no manners or the people that walk around inside the store asking u for money etc. Almost everywere u go is the same. 1 thing i do notice is that they never have alot of water packs. They are always out.

It is really funny. This store is only a couple of miles from where I live and I never knew it until today when I helped my neighbors go shopping. Right now their vehicle is down. Nome the less I took them shopping there. It is a huge store and plenty of people; a good place for people watching. The store is too big and hectic for me so I still drive out to Muskego, my favorite Wal-Mart.

One thing about such a large supercenter that I do not understand, is why they have so few motorized carts for shoppers that really need them, like me. But on the positive side, there is a lot of parking spaces available. Prices are fair and there is a large selection of items in any given department.

Not my "local" Walmart location, so I was surprised to see a store that was actually clean, and only a fairly long wait to check out. Of course the store layout was different (possibly to make sure you know it is not your "regular" store). There stocking of merchandise was white spotty, almost zero t-shirts in size XL, although they did fill the shelf space with a mix of other sizes.

I go to Wal-Mart for a lot of stuff. Food, watch batteries, whatever. The clothes are not always the best and the shoes to but they are serviceable and inexpensive so they will work. They don't have the best selection of dog supplies but what they have will do in a pinch.

They don't sell alcohol, the store is sometimes messy, they seem to have difficulty keeping the shelves stocked with certain items, and the auto center is a nightmare (always backed up and understaffed). Beyond that, it's a Walmart, and I never minded shopping at this particular location.

I found everything on my list....but needed to compromise on size, strenght, etc. I was able to quickly find staff to help locate items and answer questions, which is better than having to wait until someone is sent to the department....nothing, unusual happened that would put me off from visiting again....prices were reasonable....all in all it was a good experience...this place reminds me of young families, struggeling through those difficult years, that will in time turn into love and appreciation...for one another.
