Perfect for when you need to pick up supplies somewhat late at night, especially on weeknights when they are open until 11pm. They're behind other big box stores such as Home Depot, so it's a great area to stop by when heading either north or south on Interstate 93 (the exit is off the I-293 connector).

Reminds me of a TARDIS, bigger on the inside than the outside. Similar to the one in Seabrook. Good service. Not certain if prices are similar to other Walmarts. Subway, RedBOX and vending machines available inside. Coinstar and Wifi available. Update: Friday evening, September, 2020; Outside pickup available. Shelves are decently stocked. Moniters don't make noise when you walk under them. Hallelujah! One of the few Walmarts that plays music 🎶 outside it's entrance. Update: Saturday evening, November 2020; Pharmacy side entrance/exit shuts down at 8pm.Other entrance/exit has a RedBOX BOX located there. Update: Monday afternoon, February 2023; Self checkout registers available. Has a Subway that is actually open! Coinstar is also available.

One of the only Walmarts around that has cashiers so you don't have to ring yourself. Feels more warehouse than store, but it also has things the smaller stores don't. Online ordering is hit or miss. Some days they do great and have it to you in an hour. Other days your order isn't delivered the same day and when you call about it the "manager " hangs up on you and directs you to the website. Website directs you back to store. Go in pick up a few things,they are fine. Zero customer service now, not the way it used to be with a 10 foot smile.

Typical shopping experience however upon cashing out was bombarded with employees insisting I stole. Once embarrassed and removed against my agreement to a back room n checked (found not to have deceitfully stole nor been dishonest) I was escorded by multiple security (again being humiliated) to the exterior of store and simply was remarked " my bad mam, have a good night" Sometimes these theft prevention specialists become transfixed on to one particular type of individual and without any real basis for the cause act prematurely causing much anxiety,stress, and mismanage the situation

I always enjoy going to Walmart but not lately. The store never have what I am looking for. Mozzarella sticks and most frozen items seems to always be sold out and certain hair products and lotions. Plus the prices is steady rising now. I can go this week and pick up an item for 2.25 and next week it jumps to three dollars and change.

The parking lot is kind of awkward to navigate as it is a side access. Pretty straightforward Walmart. Always seems pretty clean. There is a good selection of wet catfood here. People don't seem to like the self-checkout so the lines for the regular checkouts are usually long.

This is my regular go-to Walmart. It is a supercenter one so it has a full grocery side that offers everything a grocery store would and the other side is household goods and clothing and pet supplies etc. I have a few complaints and that's just that they need to have more cashiers and more people at the customer service desk because there is always and I mean always a long line at the customer service desk or money services. Every month I have to get a money order from Walmart and I have to make sure I go before 6:00 because after that they "have nobody who knows how to do it". Yes those were their exact words. Now I have spent about 7 years working in retail and let me tell you, there is always a manager who knows how to do everything. I know that they can't be held responsible for employees they don't have because people don't want to work, BUT DAMNN. Even self checkout always has a huge line. I hate that they also took away all of the price checkers. You can no longer find one in the store to find out what price something is. You have to download the app on your phone and then scan the barcode. I find this to be a bit of a inconvenience. Plus it's also forcing us to download the Walmart app. That, I don't like. We should not be forced to download the app to simply find out what the price is.

Getting a mobile cart is very hard that either works or is fully charged. The front of the seat hurts as well causing legs to go totally numb if sitting in too long.

Looking for the best Walmart in New Hampshire I strongly suggest Hooksett Walmart being that they are much more knowledgeable in the departments that the employees work in. I have not had any issues with employees being incompetent at that Walmart.

A decent sized Supercenter that has good selection. Still, not my favorite. Location is a real hassle to get to from South Willow and even the self checkout line can get backed up into the produce section at random times. Much prefer the Amherst supercenter but this one is bigger than Hudson.

Can find mostly all grocery and household items here. Just the staff seems a little less informed about items In the store when you ask them about where we can find certain items. I would suggest training all staff members about the whereabouts of items in the store.

Since this one has been built, they seem to do a great job with both stock and layout trying to fit a lot into a large store. We've been able to find a lot more in the Manchester location since they have built this store, plus the new location seems to have allowed for a better flow of traffic overall. We usually are able to find a lot here!

The customer service desk seems to be shut down indefinitely, which is the whole reason we needed to go to Walmart. This location is one of the most out of the way and difficult to access. It is also out of stock on lots of things often and kind of dirty. Definitely my least favorite Walmart.

We put in a pick up order and the employees that were doing pick up were very fast and super professional. There were 3 substitutions but they were all acceptable and they let me know what they were subbing and gave me a time to approve it by. It helps me not spend as much when I get inside the store. I live Closer to the Derry location, but this store always has a lot more stock.

Very well stocked Supercenter. Everything ranging from household needs to the outdoors. Highly recommend going here if you are closer since the now Bedford Walmart is closed. I haven't had too hard of a time finding what I need here as the layout of the store is very easy to navigate. Update (Nov. 2022): Still very stocked and still very easy to navigate.

There prices and price tags never are right. Its more then a third of the store. When I brought it to their attention the first time so.eo e helped me out fairly quickly then when i got another item price wrong compared to the sticker they wouldnt get anyone to fix it. Just was rude about it.

The store is in need of repairs to the roof and many of the refrigerator and freezer sections, all of which leak or break down frequently. Many of the workers are not at all helpful and some can be rude. Managers and supervisors are much better than the average customer service agents. Most of the "greeters" do not greet you or even look in your direction, they act like they're guarding a casket at a funeral -- older folks will give you a smile or at least a friendly nod. Young workers have a bad attitude and gripe amongst themselves especially clustering around the self check out area. They need more cheerful and helpful staff in that area for when scanners or scales malfunction. You cannot pay with cash or get cash back at the self check out. Produce is low quality, ice cream shelves are half empty. Cat food cans are dented up and the gravy in them us dried. "Great Value" is low quality in many of the categories. Come on Walmart, you can do better than this!!

I love how when I go to Walmart I usually know where to find everything, but when I do my grocery shopping there, I am very picky about how I place my food in the bags, for example, I prefer to keep the frozen things in one bag the stuff that goes in the refrigerator in one bag there’s stuff that I plan on putting in a certain cabinet in one bag etc. about 80% of the time that I go to the Walmart in Manchester, they always tell me I have to go to a regular register to check out because I have too much stuff, even though I will see someone checking out in front of me that has twice the amount of stuff that I have! And it’s always just this one same lady, older woman with glasses and extremely long hair on the heavy side that is the one that always tells me I cannot go in that line. Then I’ll go to a regular register, and they will put things together that make absolutely no sense! Like a box of oatmeal with a thing of ice cream for example! It is called common sense or common courtesy people. They should let me check my stuff out on my own regardless

Always glad to spend money here the employee's are super helpful and when we need to know where something is they don't just tell you where but they will bring you right where you want to be and show you where that item/items are you are looking for with great enthusiasm and of course a smile, I feel very welcome in this store and I've never felt like I'm being watched like I'm some thief unlike the Palmyra, Maine branch where my wife and I have been stopped in our tracks and asked for our receipts while rummaging through our cart in front of everyone and this is all while we NEVER set off any alarms or anything like that so I just don't get why they went to such a great length to embarrass two individuals that just spent around $450 at that store... so with that said it's a great relief that this particular Walmart was such a better experience and I'll give it the 5⭐'s that it well deserves

Best Walmart in NH. Stocked well. I do wish they did a better job keeping stock quantities updated for online delivery. Too many unavailables and substitutions. Sometimes they end up shipping no perishables in snail mail. Also, avoid ordering bread, vegetables and fruits for delivery or pick up. Those things are never going to be outsource able in terms of going to the produce aisle and picking the right size vegetables and freshness of bread as you are comfortable with or not buy it for a few days for restocking. Best pharmacy staff as well. All together a great Walmart with hard working Manchester residents who don't get paid well but still work passionately. Always clean.

Pretty busy today overall went to get storage bins unfortunately they were pretty much stripped to the Bone just about on that but I was still able to get the ones I needed. Overall pretty crowded. The only downside is it tends to get trashy inside and I'm going to put it honestly that's not necessarily the material that's the customers Lol. The problem is a lot of these people trash up the store and it makes it difficult for the employees to try and keep the place looking orderly I kind of wish that you know sometimes somebody would just go over and really just yell at someone about that. But other than that normally when I need to get something over there at Walmart I can shoot in get it quick and right out the door.

I was pleasantly surprised by their garden center their prices and selection were vastly superior to Home Depot and smaller garden centers. Warning though, if you have any technical questions about anything, don't ever expect to get an answer at Wal Mart. Paying low wages will only get you low quality human beings. Home Depot is at the other end of the quality spectrum, a lot of the guys in plumbing were plumbers, as are a lot of the electrical and lumber people experienced and are very helpful..

Good size store. I like this location because I live near by and they have almost everything I need. There is. Stick issue in a few departments so it good to call and double check if you are driving a distance. I had to order online and the good thing is, if they don't have it they have a good, not great pick up service that was free. I walked in and entered the code i got via email. It took a while but someone showed up with my package. Easy in and easy out. Not bad.

I believe this is the one in Okeechobee, Florida. This is a really good store! The food section is huge, and the rest of the store is well kept. I have used their mechanics before for an oil change and things of that nature, and it has a Subway built-in. Good store.

It's great. Has a good variety. Most of the people that work there are awesome but some are really lazy. Someone set off the alarm and the dude just watched the people walk off. I needed chalets and they didn't have any. They do have most anything else you could ask for though. The bathrooms are clean 95 percent of the time. Overall I enjoy my time here.

There is not much to really say. It's a Walmart. I can say that the clothing and shoes are looking nicer but still the same quality. Nonetheless it is a convenient store on a large scale. It provides most of the necessities. This particular location is a good area and the store is clean. Customer service here has always been pleasant. It's tucked just off the main roads which helps in times of traffic.

With so many concerns for safety, this location has masks readily available for all visitors, throughout the store with ample presence of sanitizing stations throughout the store. An associate of several years named Caitlin C. was very helpful in directing me to the exact isle for my beach trip needs and was willing to guide me through the store to the item I was having trouble finding. Needless to say the majority of employees here are very kind and helpful, assisting guests and performing their jobs as if it were leisure; not mandatory job requirements. Selection of available products, overall organization, and extensive varieties accommodating all types of shoppers exist throughout. Great Job! More Blue Front BBQ sauce on shelves please !!

Walmart is walmart. This walmart is always put of stock on items i need to o have to travel elsewhere to get some things. Staff could be more helpful when you need to locate something instead of sending you to 5 different people. They should know their store and inventory. There are always items misplaced on shelves and priced wrong. One visit I had a fishing rod in my hand it was on a shelf marked 20 bucks. I looked around for other rods of the same make and model and there were none it was the last one. I get to the register and it rings in at 50 bucks. I told the associate that it was on the shelf for 20 bucks and she fought tooth and nail. They supposedly had someone go look at the shelf but they came back in 25 seconds and said nope its 50 bucks. There is no way they went from one end of the store look at the shelves for the right product and back in 25 seconds. Like I said in the beginning walmart is walmart. I won't stop going there but I will be looking at shelves and prices very carefully.

I used the wireless service to buy an i-phone for my husband. Carlos was patient and kind even when I made a mistake and ended up having him void the transaction and do it over again. He took the time and care necessary to make me feel secure and happy with the process. I will definitely go back when my phone needs to be upgraded.

I've only been to this location once. Saturday morning, fairly busy with not enough cashiers and very long lines. There were no 20 items or fewer lanes open at all. I spent more time in line than I spent shopping. Store was very clean and well stocked. Cashier was very friendly.

This is about the Walmart pick up. We checked in for pick up and waited 40 minutes. When we finally flagged someone to let them know we were waiting they showed us their system showed us still 2 minutes away. Totally reasonable, tech problems happen. But we were simply just checked in at that time and added to the back of the line and several people there after us were served first. So the whole time took an hour. I placed an order on line and came to pick it up but had to pick up a few additional items and pick up my RX. On the way out I stopped at the pick up area when an employee said...it's closed. What?? Store is open but I can't pick up my order? Really? Tiny sign on the doors to the back of the pick up area with the hours. Well...a nice women near the doors saw and heard my frustration and said let me see if I can get someone to help you. She quickly returned and said Pam will be right over to help you. It was just shy of 9 pm and I was able to receive my order and both women we nothing but friendly and helpful

I only like this store because when I have to go to it I will. Staff is usually great. Too many customers in one place I think. I loved the bedford walmart when they had it honestly. Was easier to get to from my home and not as crowded. Plus enjoyed to walk around to look at stuff when I needed to. Not as much stuff as the big ones but at least had a lot of movies, clothes. And certain other odds and ends that were needed.

Parking is awful. They have lined out areas that could be for wheelchair vans, and they do nothing when an unmarked (no placard or tag) vehicle parks in a handicap spot. Also, at this particular location, they treat many customers like shoplifters. The door monitor standing by self-check will watch someone come out of self check and ask to check their bags. I've never seen this happen at other Wal Marts, yet they claim it is policy. As with other stores, never a clerk when you need one... and if by chance one can be found, they cannot help (one told me they did not carry shelving... really? What's that aisle sign that reads shelves & storage?) Update: 6/2022 - things pretty much the same

I used thier shop and pick up app for the first time today and I am happy to say that they have far exceeded my hopes and expectations. The app was easy to use, which I used for grocery shopping including vegetables. I checked in on line and a very nice associate soon came out and loaded my groceries in my car. I love the convenience of this store relative to my house. But the items I'm looking for are almost always out of stock. My cat food hasn't been in stock in over a week, and although I can go to another store, it's just a pain that this one doesn't have these high sought items in stock when this is the Walmart of a large city. Opened in 2017 so everything is still bright and shiny but I HATE going to this store. The parking lot is set up all wrong and it's hard to get to from the main road. The store is super crowded all the time and the security staff is everywhere so you feel watched. Staff always looks stressed out. On the plus it's the biggest Walmart I've ever been to so the selection is pretty good.

Though I couldn't find an electric whisk or frother I was able to find a sleek and petite water bubbler that does 3 temperature settings! I know that sounds like a waste but when you don't have a working freezer and can't find any dorm sized freezers in the store having ice cold water on demand is quite the necessity.

I love this service. Order early enough in the morning of or the day before you need your groceries. It's fast, easy and if they have to make substitutions, you'll never pay more than what you thought you were buying. For a busy working Mom, this is a blessing. If you buy meats, you can ask for the latest expiration date. Same with produce. I would recommend this service to anyone. They will even go to HBA section and beer & wine (so long as you are over 21!)

My first time at this location and my first time picking up an order. I came here to pick up an order call in by my mother. What fun! Walmart has stepped it up. It was very easy like a drive-through. Except you park under a canopy and call the phone number you see in front of you. Didn't take more than a couple of minutes then the Walmart representative was coming out the door pulling a cart with everything my mother ordered. Being my first time there I also received a free gift bag from Walmart. Like I said, lots of fun. Good job Walmart!

Overall, this specific Walmart in Manchester on Gold St. seems to be the best one in the area. It's nice and bright inside and the store looks clean and inviting. They seem to do a good job all around. Customer Service Manager Sam, is hands down an Asset to this store. Really such a Happy Employee. You can tell she really enjoys her job there. Grocery to Go team member Alida is always so friendly and kind and I enjoy seeing her on Sundays! Cart Pusher Jared, although clearly busy working everytime I see him there, always takes a moment to say Hello and ask how I'm doing. I recently went to this store to purchase a fake Christmas tree that was not currently on the floor. They had 6 of them in the back. The team that helped me out that morning was terrific. I had searched and been sent from the Hooksett Walmart for a large mirror that was limited stock to the Manchester Wal-Mart. I had to have this specific one for Christmas for my stepdaughter. I was both angry and upset to find the only one left was broken but a kind associate named Ishmael (I believe) when I asked if there may be anymore got Nina the store manager involved. To say she went above and beyond to help me is a huge understatement. She not only tracked it down but did so before I even left the parking lot and called me back. She made my night and holiday and I really thank the two of them for caring enough to help especially in this stressful time of the year in retail.

I came here with my gf because she had to get something. But anyways the parking lot is huge with handicapped parking. They also have wheel chair accessible entrance. The floors are clean inside and inside this place it is huge. They sell all kinds of food here on one side of this place. They also sell clothes, movies, video games, toys for kids, cosmetics, deodorant, ect. The staff are nice people and this place is always crowded with people and cars inside the parking lot.

Of all the Walmarts from NJ, to Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil, this location is the most friendly, nice, respectful, ( a rare occurrence at Walmart stores ) The deli staff are so cheerful , and then there is BEVERLY in Bakery. This lady should be the model of everyone that Walmart hires.. I called from NJ to have a cake made for my son's birthday, and he is in NH. Beverly gave me the feeling that she was making this cake as if for her son. She followed up with phone calls, got all excited telling me how she was going to decorate the cake. I would recommend checking out the online prices before a purchase. They don't match the online price. I looked at a motorcycle cover in the store and it was $59.87 and online for the same cover it was $29.97 with same day pick-up!

A typical Walmart. It's a bit smaller than others that I've seen but it still sells food and pretty much everything else that you would expect in a Walmart. The employees are present are pleasant and usually the lines are very short. They also have self check out if you prefer that. I am giving 3 stars because I generally have no problems in this store, and I believe the experience I describe below is more of a corporate problem, and not a knock against the employees in Manchester. Usually, I receive excellent service at this location. This is in regards to a ASUS Laptop that I tried to buy at this location. I needed this computer to work from home due to COVID-19, but that never happened. When I ordered online (item was advertised as "sold by Walmart") for store pick up on 3/17/20, it was supposed to be ready no later 8 pm on 3/17. That did not happen. On 3/20 I got an email that said "we ran out of your item in the store. We estimate it will be available for pickup Tue, Mar 24, after 6 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll do better next time." The 3/24 pickup did not happen. In the meantime, I acquired another computer and tried to cancel the ASUS laptop online, but could not get it to cancel. I went into the store to cancel but was told I couldn't since it had already shipped. I had to pick it up and then return it! Oh yes, and an associate in the Electronics Department told me they never had the item in stock on 3/17 in the first place. Bait and switch, anyone? It was finally availability for pickup on Mar 25, and I immediately walked from the Online Pick Up area over to the Customer service counter to make the return. I was told at that time it was a marketplace seller item, even though the listing had said "sold by Walmart". It would be sent back to the 3rd party seller, and I should get me refund in 2 weeks! More than 2 weeks go by and no refund. I called and spoke to a rep on the Walmart Customer Service 1-800 number and was told, very rudely, that it was sold by Walmart, not by a 3rd party, and I should get my refund at the store! Back to the store/customer service I go (in the middle of a pandemic, mind you) and I am told.....no it's a 3rd party seller in Arizona call Computer Werx. Tracking shows they received it! I was provided with a phone number. After leaving many voicemails with the supposed seller (no one ever answered!!), I still never got my refund!! Now I am trying to get my money back from my credit card company. What a scam. Too bad we are forced to deal with these awful companies. I will not be buying any computers from Walmart in the future.

I like Walmart, really I do. I know, I'm weird! Only 4 Stars because the shelves are so bare. They know it and are working on it, but when 8 out of 10 items are out of stock you begin to wonder ..... is this a conspiracy!

Seems to have a pretty big issue keeping things in stock constantly finding shells half empty are completely empty items missing and sometimes they are like that for long periods of time. Apple show something in stock and tell you where it is and it's not there so it's at Walmart plain and simple.

There is too much traffic in this location. Too many people parked in the fire lane waiting, yes you are parked regardless of you being in it, and I don't mean someone stoping and letting someone out, as long as it's quick, I mean the slob impeding traffic, the groups of people walking down the middle of the road. This is a great store. Yes, it's busy - especially as the holiday season is picking up. But if you're like me and someone who loves customer service, it's hard not to notice how Walmart has been elevating their game when it comes to customer service. A few days ago, I went in to buy a television. When I returned home and realized I had purchased the wrong one, I took it back the next day. The customer service team was phenomenal and expeditious and I went back to the Electronics department to find the television I wanted. With the help of the staff, I returned the 50 inch Vizio for a 55 Inch Philips. I wanted a 50" 4K UHD television and ended up going with the Philips (which did not have great ratings but the most recent ones were good). I asked the sales clerk how much the television was (expecting to pay more because it was a larger screen and a 4K). He said "$398.00 $398.00 for a Philips 55" inch 4K television - REALLY??? The team helped me put the television in the car and it was home and unpacked by the time the cable guy arrived from Xfinity, End result? Excellent service, fabulous television = 1 happy camper!

This Walmart has started to go a little downhill since it was opened. Still pretty clean but it definitely hasn't kept up it's pace it had since it opened. I hope they can either maintain or improve on their current setup. I'm sure the employees are doing the best they can with the holiday season fast approaching though.

Always busy no matter what time of day it is. Shelves are never really stocked with the stuff you need. there is not one around my house so I have to travel at least 15 minutes to get to Walmart only to get there and find out I can't get the stuff I want because it's not on the shelves. Talk about a waste of time and gas and calling to ask if any of the stuff is there is even more of a hassle they act like you are bothering them and it's hard for them to do it. Walmart need to shape up.

Every Walmart I have been in has price scanners all over the place. This one had two for the entire store. This is a huge store so I was surprised. A lot of missing prices in the self. Cashiers are not too friendly. For the size of the store it is very clean.

I know it is the end of Labor Day weekend, but the shelves were generally empty. Even frozen raviolis. The employees stocking the shelves in the beverage section pulled his pallet to the center of the aisle and told the customer to go around the pallet. She proceed her point quite eloquently when she quickly obeyed and the cart immediately got stuck. Regardless of the holiday, the building was leaking and buckets were placed around the grocery section to catch the drips. One such bucket was up against the sugar and flour bags which were getting wet from the splash. My steak was bagged with my vegetables.

I'll buy a product..get used to it..then they do away with it! They always switching things up. The selves are always empty for the products that I just so happen to need. And it is always like walking into a store on black Friday, it's a mess! On the plus side,if you got later on at night there are employees everyyywhere to help you if you need it. And most* of the employees ive met are really friendly and nice =)

Most of the items that I would normally buy at Market Basket are a lot cheaper here. I was a little disappointed by the deli only because I asked the woman if I could see if their roast beef was rare and her statement was "it isn't ", she didn't even take it out so I could decide for myself.

Well trained and polite pharmacy stall from the drip to the pick up although the cashier was not truly fluent. But you have to start some where. And I find groceries at bit higher and less assortment. Than locAl market basket almost left to go there but I knew the lines would be longer. And being disabled. Less travel the better. But if they every get a pharmacy you will loose a $15,000 annual customer. People are always awesome. If it's not in thier dept. They will lead you to it and not just point over there. We tried the Manchester pick up for the first time after some disappointing attempts in Amherst. We were given all items that were ordered by a friendly employee. The one thing I think they need to improve is how they utilize the check in system. I expected to have a shorter wait in the parking lot since I checked in as we were leaving our house.

The Walmart is less than a mile from my home. It has pretty much everything you may need for groceries. But, from technology standpoint, it has alot of options. You want to get your hands on a nice TV or phone, check this place out. You want decent gaming laptop? You can get your hands on it here. If not, the mall is nearby, lol.

I was at 5 stars, however there was 3 simple issue's regarding produce. 1. Cilantro was not sold here for 9 + weeks 2. FRESH Basil isn't always in stock. 3. Italian parsley is not ALWAYS available ( this was in 2016 btw) I had to go to Whole Foods and/or Hannaford

My boyfriend, Kyle, and I loved sharing our friends' emotional support dogs, Amber and Michaela there with everyone else! One lady told us she found shopping stressful and when I joked that they were the friendly Walmart Customer Emotional Support Dogs she laughed and said "Wow! What a great idea!!!!" Another sweet young girl kept bumping into us with her parents who had a robot dog named Lilly on a leash! Amber and Mickey were smitten!!!!!!!! We had SO much joy all of us! I never thought shopping for pizza or sharing a pretzel at Subway could be so much fun!!! Thank you SO MUCH , everyone!!!!

It's Walmart. Have done the outside pickup definitely check your order before signing. If issue they usually correct it promply. Sometimes they say they don't have something I go inside and there it is. Alot of times I'll check my email confirmation to see swaps and what wasn't available and go inside first.
