Best choices of everyday wear. You could ask in here blindfolded and still know what you would buy and where it was. Everything is efficiently laid out in front of your eyes and is very familiar. —great brands and styles for everyone. I swear I want one of each in all items in the store. They're well-tailored to my liking, and Macy's has retained that since my first visit years ago.

Two levels with access via escalator or elevator. Upper level you can enter through the parking 🅿️ lot. Lower level you have access to the Mall. Upper level is men's and boys clothing plus beds and carpets. Lower level is women's clothing and perfume and make-up and ⌚ watches, both men and women, and jewelry. Probably young girls clothes. Looks nice inside. Saw some nice shirts but I'm all set. Facemasks required.

I'm writing this review for Brian in the women's shoe dept. My mom and I went in today looking for some combat boots. He was so helpful and very funny and friendly. He even helped us find coupons to save some money on the shkrs I purchased. Thanks Brian, NH is lucky to have you!

I walked in looking for some button up shirts and and some suits, after walking the store for about 20 minutes I realized I could not find anything that fit me just right. That’s when I when I decided to find a sales associate and ran into Maria (luckily for me). Maria worked with me for over an hour trying on multiple different brands, type of fits, etc. she was very patient with me through out the whole process and was full of great energy all while keeping a smile on her face! She then went above and beyond and help me find the best deals bringing my grand total from $1016 all the way down to $876! If you are going Macy’s and have any questions especially with fitting of clothes, do yourself a favor and ask for Maria! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars because that is truly an understatement to my experience with Maria.

It is very big! I like the price there, but to be honest, there is not a lot pretty clothes. I bought MAC on the first floor. There should be someone there to help me check out, but there’s not. Anyway, I really enjoy no tax shopping here.

I miss the Bedford store. It is difficult to find quality items, especially in children's department. Much of the fabric feels flimsy, and I'm afraid it would not make it through more than 2 or 3 washes before falling apart. The store itself is not especially clean, half the registers are closed, and it is frustrating trying to find a clerk when you need help or have a question.

Really expensive but if you want nice stuff and have the cash this is probably the best place for you. Almost everything is high end material. They have jewelry and alot of the clothes are name brand. You can get swim wear, suits, baby clothes, ect... it's a big place but totally handicap accessible.

The staff in the shoe department was very helpful and patient with me and my preteen. I will definitely buy shoes here again. The layout of the store was a bit confusing for me. I'm short and directional signs were difficult to find, but the staff helped me find what I was looking for. 5 stars for the employees.

Macy's, and this one in particular, is mediocre most of the time and tepid on it's best days. It's mostly clean but the service is sub-par and the layout is not thought out. The fragrance/makeup counter is the highlight.

I found my girls Easter dresses, found in store what we liked online. Not so much for mom. Fitting rooms were torture - line of 6 in one, walked across store to line of 2, additional fitting room closed. Don't get me started on their "backstage" disaster zone!

I honestly enjoy my experience every time I go here. Great selection, good sales, and their staff is very helpful. I got a tailored suit for a funeral a week ago at another establishment. They didn’t acknowledge me, they didn’t have what I was looking for, and on top of it, it wasn’t ready when they promised it would be. I panicked and went to Macy’s. I found exactly what I was looking for, without even having to ask for help. A woman working at Macy’s commented on what a nice suit I was buying and asked about the occasion.I told her. They offered their sincere condolences. They took the most care in handling the suit, and taking the time to ask little things about how wanted it to be packaged. The littlest actions, made the biggest impact. I went from being stressed and panicking, to being at ease, and walking away with something that I was happy with.

Would of gladly given 5 stars but the original cashier was extremely rude to everyone including us. Not what us expected at Macy's. We got the privilege of another associate. She was wonderful and Upbeat. What a blessing.

Update: I really miss shopping at this beautiful store! But I've found that their mail order is top notch as well. I ordered 4 items, 3 were perfect, 1 had to be returned, I just didn't love the way it fit. The return was quick and easy. Well stocked store, register lines are reasonable and all the employees were wearing their masks correctly during this Covid pandemic. Macy's carries quality brands and has a huge shoe and perfume department. The men's department and home goods upstairs is also a great place to shop, not overly crowded like the NYC store.

Tonight I decided to treat myself to a signet ring. I was looking for something in real gold; either 14kt or 10kt and with diamonds. Something well crafted that I’d be proud to pass down to my son and generations to follow. I shopped online prior to coming into the mall and then decided to check out the selection at the mall jewelry stores. While leaving the mall I walked through Macy’s with my kids and not expecting to find one at Macy’s I decided to ask the associate to show me what they had. Being busy with the holiday rush my original sales rep was busy with a call and then I met Avril, what a pleasure it was working with Avril. She has the best personality, always with a beautiful smile and very knowledgeable of the jewelry. She made the buying process a joy with her larger than life personality, she related right away with my kids and made it fun for us all. I went with a 10kt diamond ring. Avril went over the benefits of the protection plan for an additional $99, offered to ship it out for sizing and signed me up for a Macy’s charge card. This was a big purchase and I honestly don’t think there could have been anyone else that could have made this purchase as pleasurable and would give me the confidence I had in this purchase. Avril is a wonderful asset to Macy’s and I want to thank Macy’s for having her at the Manchester store to assist customers like myself.

This store is always so clean and organized, even during the holiday season, how they do it? I just don't know! Their sales on dresses are extraordinarily low! I love it, even on prom/dance dresses. They are definitely a steal but not too great for the plus size ladies like me. Besides that, the only reason they dont get 5 stars is the cologne/perfume ladies are very pushy. I went in during their 15% off any perfume and man, I had 3 ladies jumping down my throat trying to upsale and they were all so pushy, I couldn't even think. That's my only complaint :)

The other day we went in and loved a pair of shoes but didn't have our size in store. The sales associate in shoes was excellent (Robyn) and she went above and beyond and ordered them online for us ! Though I think they have a wide selection of products to choose from, I found this particular store harder to navigate than other Macy's. During my visit the store seemed cluttered and there was confusion among many about which way to go with many people because of the clutter and current guidelines. Products that I were looking for were hard to find because of the extra products stacked on the floor not yet on display. I probably came on an off day or something but that has to be the first time I've ever seen Macy's so disorganized. Still love the store and most the staff were helpful but it was an overall chaotic visit.

So it was just so beautiful and modern and special everything was set up to the T. If I ever come back and I'm looking for something I'm just going to have to go back there because it just looked so good that I can't shake it out of my head. To tell the truth well the only reason I was in there was because it was the easiest way to get to the other store that I was going for and all I did was walk through Macy's. Those computers picked up my cell phone because they are spying on everybody so this is proof of the pudding. I just was walking through and they assumed I was shopping. Well the jokes on you whoever you are.

I always like this Macy's. It is always clean and organized. I am glad there are still brick and mortar stores. There are too many mistakes made when ordering online... Too big, too small, not the color on the monitor, doesn't look like it does on the monitor, doesn't feel like it does on the monitor 😆😆. Purchased a bridal shower dress for the bride-to-be at the Peabody store (thought they'd have a larger selection) and come to find out, day of shower, they left the plastic tag on that, if you try and get it off, has ink in it to destroy the garment. Needless to say, a huge disappointment from the Peabody store. Brought it back to Manchester for a return and was asked if we still wanted it. It's a nice summer dress, so sure: what can you do for us? 25% off the sale price. Sold! Thank you to the Manchester customer service team.

I love shopping at Macy's, but they need to update/renovate the stores. They are starting to become dirtier, some of the store furniture is filthy and torn. It's not as upscale, clean and inviting as it used to be. Some of the staff are not helpful, while others are eager to please. Depending on the day, it can be hard to find an associate in many departments.

The store is always disorganized. Piles of clothes on counters and you have to dig through everything to find the size you need. And not just at Christmas. Couldn't find someone to help me and had to walk from department to department looking for somewhere to pay. They really need to hire staff to neaten the store and take care of customers.

Big sale today. The mostly female cashiers working very hard, with long lines. I couldn't help but notice several male managers, hanging out in the furniture section, shooting the breeze. I am not sure why they couldn't have helped process their customers. Very frustrating!

There are some great people there to help you with your purchases but there are also old fashion woman there that like to pay you no mind unless you are dressed to the 9s like the old school Macy's this Macy's also has what is called the backroom or something like that witch it's like a tj max in the Macy's so you can get stuff as low as 4 for parent or a short in clearance if you are lucky

I bought a new mattress at the Macy's at the mall of newhampshire, Manchester newhampshire... The woman whom I worked with Ingrid was amazing!!!.. I went in not knowing what type of mattress would work best for me and she helped me find out what was right. She then pointed out the different mattresses in the type I needed so I could try all of them.. And they weren't just the really expensive ones at that.. Honestly I have never had such a pleasurable experience shopping before.. Ingrid was both professional and very fun.. I would absolutely recommend buying a mattress from Macy's!!!

The plastic security tag was left on my pants. I had to return to the store before wearing them for it to be removed. Neither leaving or coming back into the store with the pants set off an alarm. If it had gone off as I left with the tag in place, this could have been avoided.

This is a smaller Macy's which seems to be struggling. The kitchen section seems to be shrinking, things are often out of place and messy. The return area is in an odd place, and the return process is usually lengthy.
