I went back to Belks today to purchase a purse I had put back the day before. When I got there I could not find it. I asked a clerk, Maya, if she could assist me. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the purse. She was very friendly and would not give up on finding that purse which she did. Fantastic customer service. Kudos to Maya. Exceptional customer service.

Went in and bought some new pants and a couple of shirts. Had good prices and a good selection. The cashier was friendly and was in an out in about forty minutes. One issue was I could not find anyone in the men's and had to go ask. They were quick to help and I am sure like everyone else they had a staff shortage. Over all great visit.

Allison in the makeup section was so nice and helpful, she needs a raise. She knew ahead of time that I was just looking and therefore she wouldn't make a commission on me but she helped me with finding both mine and my sister's shades and seemed genuinely happy to do it. Also Belk in general always has good sales and clearance that is actually worth looking at.

Listen Yall. I used to think this store was WAAAAY out of my price range, but I was soo wrong. I got an entire Christmas outfit, ON CHRISTMAS EVE, for less than $45. Tax included. That’s an absolute steal. The employees are down to Earth and understand the importance of FINDING A LAST MINUTE DEAL!!!! My boyfriend was embarrassed by me, but the cashiers absolutely knew how i felt and i love them for that.

Was impressed to still see old fashion customer service. The lady at the counter assisted me looking for a dress and actually walked with me instead of pointing her finger to some general area. It is still worth hiring older, seasoned help. This younger generation is lazy and lack customer care.

There is no better department store than Belk, And the best associates work at the Belk located in Elizabethtown KY. Those kind people work so hard. They are lays moving, but not so fast as to ignore your needs. The store is always clean and bright. I really should buy stock in this store as much money as I’ve spent there. :). The products Belt sells are amazingly very good. And their sales are perfect. It’s nice to walk in the store to the smiles on the familiar faces of the employees. It seems like they all enjoy helping others. Great store.

Not really my go to place to shop. Everything usually out off my price range and I've would never pay that much for clothing anyways. I go when they have clearance sales. The fitting room is always clean. So that's a plus. But some of the cashier's take one look at me and where they were nicer to a rich looking person they are rude to me. A bit snobby in my opinion.

I liked Belk. It was a bit expensive but overall pretty good. They have very nice design and amazing decor. They have a lot of items to choose from. It wasn't a very big store though, To be honest

I love the products. Women's shoes, cosmetics, parfum, lingerie. Love the New Direction brand of clothing, including panties! Truthfully do not feel that the HUE brand of socks is anything special, so definitely over-priced, cute designs but no better quality. HUE tights for women however are worth the money. Purses! I buy really almost exclusively from Belk. Panties too. I buy most all of my most important purchases at Belk. The quality is excellent. The style is right. The atmosphere and comfort of the store is great. It's my number one store. I do think they could use more staff. They seemed so overworked last couple of visits I made. I could have used more help. So I'm taking it down from 5 to 4 stars! I don't like traipsing around looking for someone to help me!But it's not them, it's the company. Hire more help! If the employee morale is low, that makes me sad and I like to be happy while I spend money!

Took both my Moms to Belk. Staff was fabulous as always. We love the selections and prices. It reminds all three of us of Bacon's. We do miss Bacon's!!! My mother-in-law & I drove down from Louisville to meet my mother @ Belk's to shop. Thus both my moms! Plan to do it monthly!

They have some nice clothing but unfortunately the dressing rooms have very poor lighting. And I would say about 40% of the time I shop there it’s difficult to find a cashier to make my purchases.

I had to return a present due to an incorrect size. I was able locate with help from an associate and I found out it had been clearanced out so it was a bit less expensive. Worked out great. Sales staff was very helpful.

Typical chain department store. Probably one of the better places to shop, especially for clothing, in this area. It's competition locally would be a Kohls store (down the road) and a JCPenney (located within the same mall, Town Mall). Employees I encounter are friendly. Displays are nice. Can't really complain about anything. If living or visiting Elizabethtown, I would always include this tore when shopping for clothes.
