Meet Leo! I picked this little guy up and his habitat at Petsmart Saturday. The person who helped me was very kind, energetic, and professional. I didn't officially ask their name but they signed Leo's discharge paperwork as Winchester. Leo is a male Leopard Gecko. He loves his worms and sneaks them out of his bowl when I leave the room. I'm still adding onto his habitat. Not done by any means.

Came here for the first time a few days ago since having a poor experience. Corey was the worker’s name who helped me and made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked in! Not only did he help me find exactly what I needed but he also shows genuine care to help me with my chewing situation. If I could give 6 stars I would! Please keep hiring bright young people like him. You never see people smile at stores so it was delightfully refreshing to see someone look so happy to do their job. Corey if you see this thank you. Santa was at this location today. My dog is not too keen on being around other people. But he was very nice and understanding. We didn't have our picture made because she just wouldn't stay beside him without me in the picture. I was looking for a collapsible small crate which they had along with some other things that I needed to pick up for her.

I recently had my dog groomed there by Bobby. I was nervous as this was his first time to be there, but Bobby reassured me that my dog did a great job and that he was fond of him. This was so reassuring that I am comfortable now taking him back. I appreciate the extra effort he made, and making me feel good about the experience.

They're a bit more expensive than say Walmart or Kroger, but they have a greater selection of healthier foods for pets. Accessories are also better, we got a harness for my male cat because he likes to be outside but runs off, and he easily slips his collar. I picked up my online order at Curbside, and when I got home, I found that the cat food I got was smaller than the size had I ordered. I called while on my way back, and explained to Amanda what had happened. She met me as soon as I pulled up at Curbside and promptly exchanged the cat food for the proper size bag. This is an outstanding example of the excellent customer service I always receive at this location.

We have 5 dogs. 4 have to be groomed. They do a great job with the cuts and they smell great when they are finished. We also buy our dog food there but it's pricey.

We had our dog groomed and bathed here for the first time, as new dog owners. They did really good on the cut, but not so good with the bath. Spencer, our ShihTzu, just didn't have that 'fresh shampooed smell' that we expected he'd have. We will probably use their services again in the future, but only after trying someplace else first. The staff here is pretty friendly. As for the store, they have about anything you'd want, just be prepared to pay out the wazoo (for the most part).

Great place to shop. I love coming here. Itsca one stop shop for my my kitty. Prices are ok and the workers are pleasant from Banfield to the groomers to the store floor and front. There is just one new person who doesnt smile and brings down the moral of the store. He couldve been having a bad day, but Ive been through his line twice already and he's the same with everbody. Have a talk with him about his attitude and this place will be perfect!

I recently moved from South Florida to Little Rock, and my little dog was not adjusting to the temperature change very well. I went out to try to find him a little sweater or sweatshirt to keep him warm up here. We found one that fits a good quality, and he isn’t shaking all the time anymore. That’s a very good thing! I just wish that they had had a bit more of a selection. I’m sure we’ll be back to buy dog food or toys or any of the million other things that they sell here.

My poor dog was smelly, so I desperately visited Petsmart searching for a solution. It was 4:30 on a Monday afternoon and the store was busy! Despite this fact, I was still asked by 2 employees (who were already helping customers) if I needed any assistance. I asked several questions that were patiently answered, and never once did I feel rushed. I love that you can take your fur children in with you, and was impressed with the cleanliness and clean up stations available in case of any accidents. They have a wide variety of EVERYTHING…toys, food, beds, shampoos…I ended up spending more time than I planned looking at all of the inventory and visiting with the animals that were also shopping. Petsmart offers grooming and classes…it is obvious that the employees love animals just as much as we do!

I use the grooming services for my Havanese. I'm very pleased. They may not offer a wide variety of scissor-cut styles, but the staff care about how you'd like your pup to look upon leaving & I've never experienced my dog being nervous to his groomer's touch (which has happened with other pets at other boarders). The store is always clean and my children love looking at the other furry friends that are available to take home.

The associate that helped me was very helpful. She also told me it was OK to bring my dog Bella in. Bella is English bulldog, mountain curr, bull mastiff and pit so I was worried I wasn't allowed to bring her in because the website says no pit bulls or pit bull mixes are allowed in the store.

We truly enjoyed our trip with our new pup! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars because of the cashier. While ringing us up, she was holding a conversation with another person and just taking her time. I will most definitely be going back though because they have a good variety for dogs!!!!

My dog is currently sick and I can’t leave him home for to long by himself. I called Petsmart to see if they could let me know if they have a item available, I was told they don’t do stock checks. After asking as best as I could with her frustrated I was told because in item might be available now and it’s not available later. I then proceeded to ask are they at least provide me if they had multiple quantities of the item or not, after the sales re got huffy he said he would check in The back. I was placed on hold for almost 10 to 15 minutes while they went in search for the item. I just eventually hung up because I’m trying to find something that my dog clearly needs. Customer service could be a lot better.

This is my favorite pet store in Little Rock. It's very convenient, there's never a long line, they have everything I need for my dogs + cat, and the staff is friendly. Pro tip: sign up for a rewards account. It's free and every time you shop there you collect points; these points can later be used as $ off discounts and this can be super helpful.

Today I picked up my pup from her grooming apt, she looks and smells amazing and the only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is the staff of the grooming dept didn’t have the best temperament towards us. I understand bad days happens but be professional about it.

I love our pet tags. They don't jangle, get in the way or are a bother to pets or owners. They fit great and all of our info fits. We have purchased these tags the last 3 times we have moved! Definitely would recommend these tags.

This store seems better than average as far as a PetSmart goes. The store appears well kept inside (clear, organized, etc). My personal favorite is that it doesn't smell offensively when you walk inside (most others seem to). I buy here when my local shop is closed and I need food or litter. I'm sure I'll be back, and have no issues with doing so.

I took my dog. Had hoped she could meet other dogs. People are too afraid it seems. I must say it was still a nice experience. The cashier could have been more friendly. Though it could have been the face mask that makes everyone seem less human.

As a pet store chain, it's just another of it's kind. Great for cat, dog, and fish supplies. If going for small pets (hamsters, rabbits, lizards), check experienced and reliable sources before considering all products sold. Larger of the two big chains (PetCo vs PetsMart) and has more variety overall.

Store was clean and we'll stocked (at least in the dog department) and the staff was friendly. My complaint is that they don't carry taste of the wild food at all for dogs. It's a great food brand that I've fed to my dogs for years. It's pretty popular and even smaller stores usually carry it. Wasted a trip had to go to a different store instead.

The store itself has almost everything you're looking for and the department staff is kind and knowledgeable. Don't expect a speedy checkout... One employee behind the counter calling for backup, a manager walked to his station and walked back to her office. The poor guy was calling for backup cashiers and the floor employees did not respond though they were in plain sight not with customers..

I've been there before, the service before tonight was great. They ran out of what I was looking for and when I asked about the next shipment, the cashier was very bleak, disinterested, and appeared to be bothered by my presence. Another employee was being checked out before I asked my question and both responded but wasn't helpful. If you tell me a new shipment arrives on M-W-F and today is Friday, why would it take days for the items to placed on the floor to be sold? 🤔

Used the grooming services which are exceptional. The staff very helpful and friendly. Groomed, teeth brushed, nails clipped, my 80 pounder Thunder very happy and clean. They let you know if they spot something that needs your attention after the grooming. Overall, clean large store with all the fish you'd ever want, aquariums, aquatic supplies, birds, geckos, extensive range of food supplies and toys.

Pets are welcomed, but must be on a lead or carried. You can also order online and pick up items at your local store or shipped to your home.

Very nice folks!! Tried to purchase some dog food for my dog with allergies. The were very apologetic when I didn't have a prescription for the food. Encouraged me to have a fax sent to Banfield clinic in their store so they would have a prescription to cover my purchase.

In spite of lots of negative reviews, I found my visits to be pleasant each time. I dropped my pet grooming today morning before store hour. The store staff patiently waited to let me in, when my dog pooped on the grass and I tried to finishing pickup. Afterwards I picked up some treats that were with sale tags on. I was told at the checkout that they were not supposedly to be on sale anymore. The cashier (a different staff) was very apologetic about their mistakes, and marked down them as sale price. I thought that was very nice gesture of courtesy, which made me think that they do care about winning the customer back. Overall, I'm happy with them and will go back. BTW, Erica did a very nice job grooming my dog.

The staff are nice and helpful. You can find almost anything you need for your pet. Sometimes the line can be a little long at checkout but usually no problem. They bring in pets for adoption and various occasion that is nice and and gets attention. The Wet next to it is also adds to your visit although they are not related to the store.

We had our dogs groomed here recently (80lb Goldendoodle, 5lb Yorkie), and they did a great job! Reasonably priced, nice staff, and no surprise charges when it came time to pay (we've had that probably at other pet grooming spots). They also carry a ton of food brands, toys, leashes, pest treatments, etc. And if you're in the market, they even have pets to adopt!!

I have been working on developing a proper environment for my new Betta fish. Casey assisted me with not only with determining the proper tank size, but the proper tank mates, how to care for the fish, and advised me in-depth on what live plants will work best. Her knowledge impressed me significantly. I drove PAST PetCo to get to PetSmart in the hopes Casey was working today. I'll be returning here for my future needs.

Friendly service. WIDE selection of products for practicality every pet's need and want. But the absolute best part of going there is other people's dogs! I LOVE dogs. I spent at least half of the time I was there meeting adorable pups and learning their stories... many were adopted from a shelter or rescued in some way, gives me the "feelies" lol.

We are first-time pet owners and went to the store to get the basics but we didn't really have much idea on what to get, what brand etc. We ran into an employee named Paulette and she was incredibly helpful and nice. She didn't mind one bit answering a ton of questions we had (most of them probably pretty stupid!), not only on what to get for our new dog but also on pet care and training. We were really impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help, and were so grateful when we left the store that day. That's what I call customer service. Thanks Paulette!

You may have to track down an associate for assistance, but they are almost always friendly and happy to help. I frequent this store for fish supplies and they never fail to have what I'm looking for. Great prices and much, much better quality fish than Petco. I also use the Banefield Pet Hospital for regular checkups and vaccinations on my dog. They are great about scheduling and being quick with service.

This was my first time to visit the Little Rock Petsmart store, but it won't be my last! This store is quite a bit larger than the NLR store. Very large selection of items that are normally only available online. Cat doors, magnetic screens for the back door, doggy doorway expandable fencing. Doggy Halloween costumes are adorable and hanging up to attract attention for dog parents to dress up your pup for photos or Trick or Treating! Most adorable item? Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Cat Beds! Check out the photo of them! So wanted to buy one for the kitties, but they all kinda have their own sleeping spots or beds. There were more cat trees, rows of other pets products. There were lots of tropical, fresh water gloriously colorful fish. A couple of Guinea pigs. And a cage filled with twittering, busy Parakeets. I was tired, so I didn't wander the aisles like I normally would have. I will do better later. But here are photos of the first visit! Enjoy and drop by yourself! Thanks!

This place takes excellent care of their reptiles. I just love seeing them properly cared for- and the selection is good too. Better and wider reptile section comparatively to Petco here in Little Rock. Lots more options for substrates, hides, decor, etc. Also because their live feed station is at the front of the store, it always has better quality overall because I know they refill that station daily with new crickets, mealworms, etc.

couldn't ask for a better location, staff, or prices. This is one of the best locations for PetSmart I have ever been in too. Banfield veterinary clinic is also attached to the building, best vet ever.

Usually enjoy shopping Petsmart but not this time! They were understaffed, have stopped carrying canned doggy desserts, have overpriced their merchandise in an "internet" world- where I can beat their prices without leaving my home ( or even getting dressed!) and items actually be in stock!

One of the better PetSmart stores I have ever visited. Most stores have a small selection of animals, and an even smaller collection of merchandise for sale. This store, however, boasted a wide variety of animals including birds, snakes, frogs, lizards, a plethora of fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, and even a few exotic parrots. The store also hosts a pet training class.

The snakes are on display but cannot be purchased. The poor things will not eat. I am not an expert but the might want the thrill of the hunt. My kiddo was so disappointed; carried out kicking and screaming. One of the employees told me to check out the snake rescues.

Some of the staff was knowledgeable but most were just collecting a paycheck. The selection was poor for most animals and there were many empty tanks and cages. Their selection of bearded dragon supplies were poor as well. Their supplements were overpriced as well.

Associates point you to the direction and don't stay with you to help you find the product or explain the product. The only person that did that also works at the zoo and you can tell she loves animal and she likes helping ppl take care of their pets.
