The ribbon was buy one at regular price then get second, third, fourth free. That is most definitely not was rung up even though it showed up on the screen. Plus they had 60 percent off Christmas items and the tissue paper did not ring up that way. Disappointed with their system and that the employee didn't question it. I was too tired to stay and have them recheck. I won't be back. Hobby Lobby from now on.

This store has most of your home hobbies covered, paint, stitch, pictures, home deco, etc. Prices are great too. Look for the 20% off any one item on the website, or tou can join their app. I just know this os my go to ho by store for home decorating.

According to the website the item I was looking for was in stock at this location. I visited the store within 20 minutes of locating the item online but the item was not available. In general, the store was well stocked and organized. There was only one cashier but no lines.

This is a great craft store. Their selection is premium and the staff is great. The have some of the best markers, pencils and the stuff to use them on or in. They do a great job of framing anything you could want. They also have a free craft time thing for all ages of children/teenagers on the weekend. I would check it out if I were you. Cool store...located right down from Dollar Tree and Office Depot.

The customer service is excellent! If you scan stuff in store, and it comes up differently at the checkout than on the app. They don't argue, like some places. (Had this issue at another store, they argued with me, I left my large purchase behind....my most recent encounter, the cashier, Liz, was very attentive, helpful, and even ran a bag (I forgot) out to me... getting old stinks. It was the one thing i had gone to the store for!! They've got my business!

Michaels in Little Rock is pretty nice. They’ve got it well organized & the staff is very friendly! I feel like the stock is on the low side for some reason because I’ve gone in twice in the past two weeks and didn’t find a specific item I was looking for. I did however find good alternatives!

The store has Greatly improved since the last time I was in it!!!. However there were boxes in middle of a main isle that was leaning precariously as I and other shoppers avoided it (VARY DANGEROUS 10 foot tall leaning tower of boxes). Downhill spiral in past few years. Used to be my "go to" place for craft supplies, holiday decor, etc. but has really gone downhill. My last trip there were very few staff members on site (no one wants to work?), those that were there (except manager) didn't seem to be interested in helping customers. Store is dirty, bathrooms are horrible. Go to Joann Instead.

This is the only art and craft store I have found that carries sewing machine accessories that aren't outrageously priced, in addition to a well-rounded inventory that has what you need no matter what your project is. Their hours are more convenient than other local craft suppliers in the central Arkansas area as well. The people who work here couldn't be more courteous and helpful.

Lots of neat stuff, but disorganized. We went around 3pm on Saturday, Nov 9th. I could spend hours there just looking at all the stuff they have, and for the most part it's all displayed in an eye catching way. But, they must have just gotten their big Christmas shipment of products because there were boxes piled up in many of the isles. I had a question and it was a little hard to find someone to help, but once we did they were a great!

They had really great stock in store and the staff was very pleasant. We went when they had the Christmas ornaments on a crazy good deal. They were PACKED. Never ran out of stock while we were there and the employees seemed pretty used to managing chaos.

It was messy and disorganized but who cares when it's all fun wonderful arts and crafts stuff?! It looked like a person before my arrival had gone thru the store and thrown all their favorite things up in the air so they could dance in the joy of arts and crafts as it fell all around them. Can you blame them and shame their joy? Can you ask they put restraint on what brings them happiness? I cannot! I shall not!

I always go to Michaels when I want to get creative. Also, every year after Christmas I buy decorations for my family's next Christmas tree decorating contest. I love the varieties of ornaments and garland. DIY ornaments are the best so the whole family can design 1 or more ornaments each year.

I like the assortment of items; it has a smaller selection then say hobby lobby but it’s organized. However I’ve never been able to find someone to help me find products when I’m trying to locate them. It took me quite awhile on my own to locate the soap colorant and fragrance to make bath bombs; They are also higher on price then hobby lobby but I’d still recommend them.

I love Michael's for the quality of their products, yet I do have difficulty finding an associate to help me find what I'm looking for. It seems when I'm out, which is during mid-day, they are a bit understaffed. As a manager of a few businesses, I do understand payroll management, however, as said manager, I've always strived to make myself visible to customers, allowing my staff the ability to carry on!

This place is a makers Paradise. Every time I had a question they were able to answer it. Also 99% of time they were able to tell you accurately where everything was. And they are very doable on their products. Service is impeccable. This store is always clean.

Great crafts store people are always friebdly. The deals are always great got almost $200 in. Christmas decor 80 % off after Christmas I love this store always a great place to shop for mom or grandma for birthdays or Christmas I recommend Michael's over any other craft store in the city

Michael's Michael Michaels...holds a special place in my heart...the only thing I don't like about this place is they close at 7 pm due to the pandemic...right now they are in the middle of moving items to different areas..sort of a major redecorating/overhaul of sorts..getting ready for the fall and the holidays. The place is still clean and the employees are still as friendly as ever...i love this place and you will too.

Okay I just so happend was speaking to a individual concerning a item that I was interested in buying ,it just so happens that this individual had a gift card from Michael's. Since I wasn't that far away I excepted the gift card and went there. Let me tell you readers something that's considered Cowabunga ! When I entered the store I just stopped and looked around. Considering I'm remembering correctly I even turned around and grab the door for the ones coming in right after me! They have all types of items in that store. You name it and have a stable moment of patience, you will most definitely find exactly what you wanted, yet didn't even know you wanted it. Speaking to ederly. I guarantee you that once you enter that store it would some how or way to pull your attention closer with objects and items that are considered sentimental value for the mind of a good time and place of your days of bewilderments. And for the artist eyes by hand and imaginations it's a must check it out, and a I'm amping up my my drawings with a Poetry artist touch! And that, Ladies and Gentlemen is why I liked going there and love the fact that I shopped there.😉👣💨

I love michaels but i give 4 stars because theres 2 older white ladies[1 is manager and other is just sales associate] here that are super rude and a bit ignorant. 😔 but other then that, the store is clean and organized!! I dont like that they dont keep everything stocked and full... I'm an artist so I always come to michaels to get art supply... the brushes are nornally stocked all over the place which sucks so it takes me a while to find everything. I love the coupons and love when they have super deals on canvas!!
