Awesome store, I went here with my friend today and it was very fun. They have so much gear in stock, it's insane. I bought a belt pouch and a pair of high quality socks, and my friend got these amazing boots and a helmet liner. The staff was respectful and helpful, 10/10

Functional looks great. I liked this shop a lot. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to show customers around. They greet you and ask you if you're looking for something. I popped in today to grab some rain Gore Tex rain gear and ended up getting lost in the back for about an hour. Note to self - I will be coming back when it's time to invest in some proper sh*t kicking boots. They had some really rugged looking military grade footwear that definitely caught my attention. And also to come back here when I have time to browse their huge selection of clothing, patches, bandanas, headgear, backpacks, camping gear, military memorabilia and just all round cool as hell random bric-a-brac.

The place was very organized, clean & well stocked. Customer service was awesome & I got everything I needed with a military discount. I can’t wait to be going back here to be buying more products. I couldn’t get over how large the store was, you could get lost in there pretty fast 😂. My only con I could say was I wish there was more parking available lol

Awesome store, I'm really into pocket knives so I always love coming in to see what new store they have. Also have a great selection of clothing from military uniforms to casual T shirts. There's work and military style boots too. Mr Hahn and his staff are always very friendly and willing to help.

Haven't been there in a while and had more military stuff than I remember. Wasn't looking for those type of things. Was looking for work pants and didn't have much of a selection other than Carhartt and was looking for other brands.

Large Selection sometimes you can find some hard to find items, like Saratoga MOPP uniforms in the array of JSLIST suits. They have a lot of militaria from all eras, and they have a consistent supply of early 2000s pouches and gear. Would recommend for sure, just make sure to plan your day if you are making a trip from across town. They close around 5-6.

When you go, think of it as a museum. Surplus usually has the notion of "production over demand" per Webster Collegiate Dic - meaning, discount pricing. In the age of e commerce its hard to pay 20% over retail. Really cool stuff though, that they dont want to sell.

Nice people. It seems like a real family ran establishment. One young lady took the tim to help me find what I was looking for. The place has alot of uniforms and accessories. I would say if your looking for army surplus in las vegas don't waste time at other stores jusr go here cause it's the only REAL surplus store from what I see the others are more like a store to buy new tactical gear and hahns has all that too along with plenty of uniforms and gear for police and security jobs. Again highly recommended

The stock was pretty cool but a lot of it was actually display. The variety was decent and of good quality however it was extremely expensive. Honestly only go if you are aware of what you need exactly and if you are familiar with army surplus stores.

I'm a surplus store nut,with that said these guys have a little bit of everything. From camping to survival needs. A nice selection of clothing along with knives too. For the rock hound a small selection of books and guides along with tools. For me a great staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great military surplus store with TONS of items, unique, rare and common. I was looking for an FM12 gas mask and surprisingly they had just got one in stock! The staff was awesome too, they helped me get everything I needed and if one of them didn't have an answer, they would find someone who did. Will defibe visiting again to pick up more stuff!

When I went to Hans world of surplus located on lake Mead I was like a child in a candy store they have so many things that I could use and for good prices plus the employees are kind and courteous and help you with whatever you need if they don't have it they'll tell you where to get it if they know where and if they have it ordered just wait for it cuz it's well worth it. Every chance I get to go there I do but I have to make sure I have time to spend in there because there's so much to see yes I will recommend Hans world of surplus Inc to anybody and everybody who asks I love it. They're the only place in town that are like that to find what you need.

Great place, only thing I would say is out a quilt store or hobby store next door for us ladies that aren't into that stuff because after 1.25 hours running the AC in the car and trying to call /text my husband with no response, I had to go find him before my car overheated. Lol! I do love that kind of stuff from time to time to. Just when we were there it was 115 degrees outside and they do run fans and stuff so it was cooler but I don't handle heat well so I couldn't stay inside long. My husband was is heaven. And I could tell that other people were to as they were being helped. The lady working the counter was great. She knew her stuff and even discounted my husband's finds from the bins. Got my son a knife that he loves. Very impressed with everything. Couldn't say more about them. The only thing weird was the drive over there was a bit shady through tent city but that's not their fault. Top surplus store I've been to with my hubby. Highly recommended!

Even if you don't have a particular item you're looking for you will find enjoyment seeing their selection. Staff has always been friendly and helpful every time I have come here. Pros: They have a massive inventory and probably have what you're looking for. Helpful and friendly staff. More than just surplus; lots of new gear too. Cons: There appear to be no deals here. Prices are either normal or bad. No good if you're looking for used gear at good prices, which is the primary reason I visit surplus stores. $20 for standard foam sleeping pads is a bad price. Granted, their selection appeared to be all unused gear. I expect to buy a used pad for under $10. Good store overall but it gets 3 stars for not living up to what I expect from a surplus store (and I have been to many of them all over the country).

In all of my searching for military uniform items, I did not find any place in Las Vegas with the variety and volume of military uniform items I needed. The reviews by others are just as positive and those reviews guided me to Hahn's. I was particularly pleased with the Army Uniform Items for Sale. First time there today. Was referred by my new employer. There is tons of Military, Security, and Law Enforcement related equipment. Unfortunately they ran out of the size in the pants I wanted. I was informed they will be ordering more. Will upgrade rating next visit. *WISH THEY HAD MILITARY DISCOUNTS as well. Maybe Veterans day would be a good day to do so. As Army Surplus goes this place has a lot. Military memorabilia from different eras ranging from World War I to World War now. It almost looks like an Iraqi Supply thrift store. I went in there to see exactly what they had and just peruse around the area. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable and very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices on the other hand were outrageous for second-hand gear. Not very competitive pricing. This woobie was $45!

This is a great place to shop for camping, hunting, and general outdoor living supplies. They have a great assortment of military memorabilia and supplies. There are tons of things for decorating and showing your support of our military past and present. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It's like a military history museum with all of the things on display from medals and gear to weapons going back to WWI.

He recently passed in 2019, all his medals had been stolen and while the Navy was able to send me his US medals and ribbons they could not send me his foreign medals. What an amazing place and even better people! My son had just joined Civilian Air Patrol (CAP) and they had told us this was the best place to get uniforms. When we got there we looked around for 20 minutes but had a hard time finding what we needed in the size we needed. The place is huge and stuffed full of inventory. So I asked the grizzeld old guy behind the counter, who turned out to be the owner. He asked what we needed this for (he did kinda of look like he might already know) My son, 13, chimed up "It's for me, I just joined CAP". The owner went from Gruff to proud grandpa mode in under a second. He dragged us around the store in a whirl wind looking for one thing here and another there and when we couldn't find something he dragged us into the back stock room to dig through all the new stuff that had just come in. In the end my son was fully outfitted and they gave us the CAP discount. I won't shop anywhere else!

This is a great surplus store for clothing and shoes, but not a huge selection of surplus "gear". They had a large selection of uniforms, belts, boots, jackets, etc. They also had MREs and some knives, as well as pins and badges. I was hoping for more flashlights and other accessories. The staff, however, were extremely nice and helpful.

Great and very fiendly staff, great artifacts everywhere you look. All you need to do is look up. Prices are fair over all maybe a little more pricey on some items, very well stocked and organized. I take my grandson just to look around. Treasures to be found. Much of their items are new after market items from web gear, camping, hunting etc. But they still have a huge selection of truly used and serviceable military sulpus from ammo cans to uniforms, patches /pins galore. I was reviewing these guys from the UK before my trip to Vegas, I thought the reviews played down how well prepared they are. Nice place. If they dont have it, you dont need it Well, update. 3/12/20 I went in today to see what gas masks they had. The salesman that i got left alot to be desired. He acted like he didnt want to be there, I was bothering him, and couldnt wait for me to leave. Besides that, the pickins were very very slim. Hard to find a belt my size that I like. They had it, no issues. Only problem I have is I want to look around and always find something else I been looking for. So that means more money spent and more excuses for the lady when I come home with something new. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. They don't linger around or hover over you while you look around. I carry a backpack everywhere I go. But they don't like that. Have to leave it up front with them. Great prices, great staff and a top notch never before scene selection of everything you could wrap your mind around. They have the best, and I mean the best, selection of tactical gear and military memorabilia I have seen. The store is borderline a musuem with its selection and product they offer. And I just dont mean out dated, I mean they got some WWII merch if you got the cash. Want a ballistic helmet with NVG's? They got it. Want a plate carrier with striker plates? They have 54. Lots of supplies in regards to survival gear. Different fabrics, tarps, and other useful supplies for roughing it and camping. Better stop for camping supplies than a Big 5, if you're planning on doing more than tailgate camping. WOW: what a great Army & Navy store! It was "Old School" like I remember Army & Navy stores being in the 1960's & 70's. It was the KING of Army & Navy stores. Excellent selection, with lots of goodies...they had EVERYTHING! The combat gear was a little over priced, but again... they had everything! They made Dogtags while you wait from the *REAL* G.I. Dogtag machine too. Great customer service. I did 20 years in the U.S. Army Infantry, and 6 years as a Cop, and they had everything that you would need for hunting, preping, camping, Police Tactical, etc. It was just fun to look around to tell you the truth! I was in Las Vegas and I wanted to pick up some Air Force stuff so I hopped on Google and started doing my research on the term military surplus. In particular I was looking for Air Force stuff. I figured that my chances would be pretty good because Nellis AFB was right down the street. Actually I went to Nellis AFB for M-60 school back in 1989 but that is a different story for a different time. I headed on over and when I walked in the door I was pretty blown away because it was huge. This was exactly what I was looking for. I decided to cruise through all the aisles so I could see what parts I needed to focus on. I started off to the left and they had a bunch of backpacks and camping type stuff and in the middle of it there were a bunch of MRE's and stuff like that and then way off to the right there were tons of used uniforms and stuff like that. There was a second building off to the right that had a ton more clothes as well. They had a really good selection. I decided to start searching for an Air Force Security Police badge like the one I used to wear when I was in. There was a case up front with some Military Police badges so I figured that I was in the right place. I had a girl help me out but she couldn't find it so she brough over an older dude that seemed to know his stuff and he pulled one out in about a minute. Score!!! I hung out in there for about 2 hours and tried on all sorts of stuff. In the end I ended up getting the Security Police badge, 3 USAF tshirts, a duffle bag and some assorted pins and stickers. This place was a ton of fun to roam around in and if you are in the area you should check it out!
