Solid Target store. They just completed construction on the front end so it’s a bit more modern. There is about an equal amount of employee check out stations and self checkout stations. Bathrooms are clean, the store concessions are all self serve now. Starbucks must be good because the line is always long. Hawaii Targets are awesome because they always carry summer clothing, obviously, but the also have occasional spring/fall lighter styles of clothing. Employees are helpful and parking usually isn’t that bad considering they have a two level garage.

Aloha from da Bigpake: this by far one of the best all around stores you can go to. They gave everything from cloths to liqour. And their app will price match other locations so you can always get the best price no matter where you are. The customer service is always super nice and friendly.

First time visiting this location, and it was a very pleasant experience as always with Target. The atmosphere was great, the workers pleasant and I found some great deals. Overall a great experience and I would come back and recommend to anyone over Walmart on the island.

4/5 "Liked it" Can be a little difficult to get help when this store is busy, but overall it is a nice store. Clean, open layout, with decent selection (for Hawaii). Shop here on occasion, has a good selection of name brand items.

I was able to buy a smart phone which was on sale. After visiting 2 stores. First store said it was sold out in all stores on oahu. I called another store and was told they have it. I was happy that I called another store, they said they would hold it for me. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have been able to purchase the phone.

I like how Target carries many organic or vegan/plant-based products. Even for hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, feminine sanitary products, they carry eco-friendly, animal-cruelty-free products. I wish they carried more plastic-free items.

Here on vacation and our daughter left her very special (gifted by a family member) purse in the bathrooms. 4 days later after searching many places we came in and they had it for us in lost and found! All money and contents still there and Aniaha (so sorry if misspelled) went through a lot to actually place the item. So appreciated and saved many tears for a little 5 year old!

Drive pick up needs to be improved. Better Job on pulling purchased items, folding them nicely, and placed in a bag. At check out, customer's should have the choice to purchase a bag or NOT. Sat in my car to wait for a parking space for the pickup and I don't understand why there are so many cars just parked in the stalls to wait for their items. Customers should have the option to say when they will pick items up and Target should already have the items ready.

Hated mainland targets and this target made me a forever target goer. The staff is super nice, when things are priced wrong, they are quick to fix it for you. The frozen fruits and veggies are the cheapest I've ever seen it outside of wholesale farmers markets. Absolutely love it

This is a great Target, and lucky for me- it’s close to us! It has a great Starbucks, great stock, clean bathrooms and they recently did a ton of renovations. Sometimes kids clothing isn’t stocked but it had the best food selection of any Target I’ve been to. It’s very busy on weekends and from 12-6pm. Very thankful for this location! Oh, they also have drive up services which has been a lifesaver for our family.

This is my go-to store but recently the prices on the shelves don't match the prices they'll charge at the register. It has happened about half a dozen times over the past couple months with many different items. If you're changing your prices that's fine whatever, but if you change the price in the SYSTEM you need to change the price on the SHELF. I need to know what I am going to be charged BEFORE I ring it up, that's common sense, and it feels like a bait-and-switch if you're being charged the wrong price when it's too late to go back.

The workers are friendly and helpful. At the Self-Checkout area I was greeted when I entered the area and received prompt help when I had a question. The store is clean and well lit, pricing is good, and shelves are reasonably well stocked considering our current economy. Returns are easy because receipts are included in the Target app so that I do not have to look for the paper receipts.

This store is really big by Hawaii standards. Grocery, pharmacy, electronics, clothing and sporting goods. The store is always so clean and organized. The price check machines are nearby if you don't know the price of items. Parking is abundant and pretty easy to get in and out of the lot.

Just another target but it’s always packed. There’s a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut. This target is pretty big, park on top of u don’t wanna deal with finding a spot.

Customer service is above and beyond! I was looking for swimming shoes and life vests for my toddlers and a lady went to the back to locate what I needed and brought me back a few options to choose from. Another time I was trying to get some things right before they closed and a young man helped me find some things and asked what else I needed. One of the things on my list was a paper towel dispenser that I said I didn't need right then but he went and found one for me and I loved it! The cashier also got a cart for me. I really appreciate their hard work and that they genuinely cared and wanted to help me! I really wish I had gotten their names.

Posted w/ Yelp: Love this Target....especially the pharmacy. I have a ALL my prescriptions filled here. No long lines like the regular Longs Drugs store. Pharmacy is fast, organized, friendly technicians and I've been getting all my vaccinations there. Recently did my flu and Covid Booster. Very friendly ladies. They should give them a permanent small booth for vaccinations vs the pull away screen since the just remodeled. I even have my prescriptions now delivered to my home at no charge. Love them. The Target store really stepped up its game with the remodeling. Looks more like the newer mainland stores. The expanded grocery department is great and the beauty section is more spread out looking more like a beauty section then just store rows like other big box stores. The snack bar section.... WOW.... really nice. Good job Target. Oh, and their Staff is always friendly AND courteous ... simple things like when they cross your path they STOP and let you/the customer cross by first whereas other stores have rude employees and do not treat service or customers first. These things are noticed!!!

I called this Target to ask about a specific product, plus to learn more about their order pick-up services. I spoke with Mickey in Human Resources. She was SO nice. She went above and beyond to research my issue. She carefully explained how to order from my app and how the pick up service would work. She was concerned about the availability of the supplement I was wanting to buy, so she took her own time to look into it. She was extra kind and helpful, made my day. Thanks!

We had an amazing experience at Target today! Their guest services representatives were the best . They went out of their way to assist us with a furniture purchase and when it didn't fit they placed it on hold for a later pick up. They did it all very professionally and with a true aloha spirit.

Target is absolutely amazing. Their management is great and the staff are friendly. My personal favorite thing is their price check policy. If the item you want to purchase shows up cheaper on their online store, and the amount is not outrageously different, they will let you pay that price. I once paid $10 for a $20 makeup pallete. Anyways, the store is clean, has great sales and is overall my favorite store!

I love Target and this store covers basically everything I want from Target. However, the clothing departments are always crowded and it makes it hard to casually browse through clothing. I usually plan to check out the clothing section at those Targets on island, if that is what I'm going for. Parking is easy at this location, as well!

Target has one of the widest selections of merchandise and offers one of the most flexible pick-up/drive-up options. The employees were courteous and highly attentive during my visit, despite being insanely busy while adhering to the physical distancing restrictions.

Love Target! This location is kept clean and the employees are helpful and kind. Pretty busy normally but lines move quickly and the aisles are spacious. Has a good selection of Hawaii goods and souvenirs. I come here about once a week!

I had the best customer service by Kai today! I feel lucky that he was there to help us. My 91 year old father had been wanting a chair for awhile now and actively looking for a week. He deserves a chair that will make him happy, and as an elderly senior on a fixed income he gets thrilled with getting a special discount. Not only did Kai patiently take at least 20 minutes out of his busy day by stopping what he was doing to showcase the chair, it’s because of his kindness that compelled my dad to fall in love with this chair (seriously) and decide to purchase it. My dad moves very slowly and is hard of hearing, so it’s refreshing to find someone who shows such kindness to elderly veterans like him. Kai not only went out of his way to take the chair out of the new box, but he loaded it onto a dolly, walked us to the register, took us to Shylo (sp?) to ring up, found a $5 coupon to bring a smile to my father’s face after asking if Target gives veteran’s discounts, helped me find a coupon on my Target app, and waited with my parents at the door while I got the car. I couldn’t believe how helpful and patient he was, ensuring we had the best customer service, since many times people are too busy to go the extra mile. Kai went above and beyond. Shylo, the cashier, also brought a smile to our face to add to the happy experience. She was so kind, patient (my 87 year old mom had difficulty swiping her credit card and Shylo couldn’t have been sweeter), and gracious in helping us apply a coupon that Kai found on my app. Our entire experience in buying this chair today made us all feel like happy, lifelong Target customers! If the two employees could bring such joy to our family in one shopping trip, this is where we want to shop! My parents hadn’t been to this particular Target and since I found the chair online we ventured there today,

Wanted to commend Serena as a team member at Honolulu West Target. I was trying to take advantage of the buy 2, get 1 free promo on music, dvds, etc. I had a cashier tell me one of my items did not qualify and I should go back and pick another one. I had a customer service representative tell me they didn't qualify and I should look at the Target app to see which merchandise qualified. As I was trying to do this, I flagged down Serena who not only helped me find the Target app, but looked up my items and saw that all of them qualified for the promo and then took the time to walk with me to customer service and make sure I got the discount on all my items. Thank you Serena for going above and beyond your team!!!

It's never really crowded inside although the parking lot downstairs can be horrendous. I recommend parking upstairs, it's a lot easier and less hot. The lines at the Starbucks inside can get really long. Service is great except for one rude cashier I experienced once. Other than that, it's great! There's so much stuff here.

First time user of order pick-up and I am sold! I placed my order online at 9:30 a.m. (7 items) and got a notification that it was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. I went down and, being the day after Christmas, the store was BUSY! The person in front of me had a pretty large order to pick up, so the wait was over 5 minutes. But when it was my turn, I got my order within minutes and was on my way -- filled accurately, too!

Your staff is INSANELY helpful, delightfully cheerful and going the extra mile for your guests is something your staff never thinks twice about - it's automatic. Walmart may be much less expensive but it's plainly clear that they are unhappy and would rather be working elsewhere. I think it's worth the extra few bucks and and the extra few minutes to visit Target. I'm disabled vet and this afternoon I asked an associate for assistance reaching a product in your grocery section and not only did he do so cheerfully (and with a good bit of fun humor) he stuck with me for a good 15 minutes - giving up part of his break to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. Who does that anymore? Oh, I know - Your associates!

Very efficient and easy pickup for my new huffy 26" 7 speed women's cruiser. I ride it off right after I picked up, it is an attractive bike and smooth ride. Love all the features came with it too, water bottle holder, front basket and rare rack, all very useful and save you a lot of work. Enjoyed the riding back home for 10 miles :-) Thank you for having everything ready and easy!

They're doing renovations right now so they only have a family restroom inside you have to go outside for regular restrooms. Certain areas are also going through renovation but I'm sure things will change and look great once it's done.

we ended up ordering the wrong item which was very similar to what we wanted. The young woman (Grace) was very helpful but could not allow me to refuse delivery. Because we had no use for the object we ordered in error we need to return it. She did explain that we could return the item on the 27th of April. I was somewhat agitated, but Grace was very patient and did explain my options clearly.

Crazy thing happened today that i just have to share. My faith in humanity restored by the target self checkout lady. I forgot to bring my wallet to target today and did not realise it until after I went through self check out with like $110 worth of groceries. It was 15 minutes before the store closed . There was a line of people behind me, and I awkwardly told the women running self checkout that I couldn't pay for my groceries because I didn't have my wallet. And she came back 5 minutes later with a target gift card and said "here you go, this is my random act of kindness for you". This women so selflessly bought me a weeks worth of food, when I was the one showing up at her store last minute, in the middle of a pandemic when you know they are super busy . Feeling beyond grateful, not sure what I did to deserve such kindness from a stranger, but I am resolved to pay it forward. Thank you to our essential workers right now, they are out here saving us everyday.

This location is always busy. It is stocked well vs. other stores on the island. Just wish they had more office and school supplies available. The Target RedCard and Cartwheel help you save even more! Take advantage of the savings.

I love Target! This particular Target has some wonderful people working for it. We visited a different location with coffee tables on display, we found we liked especially and asked when it would be back in stock...they told us and were able to give us a Rain Check. Sweet, right? A couple of days later we happened on this Salt Lake location, pulled out the Rain Check and asked if they had any stock of it (the other store was unable to tell us if any other on the island had stock) The lady that helped us started out rough but she was extremely helpful. After her pulling up the item on Rain Check, it was realized that the item was not a coffee table at all but something entirely different. She then proceeded to find, verify and check stock of the actual coffee table we were searching for. Moods dampened a little when we discovered that it was $60 over our budget. She then took us to the customer service counter at the front and was able to sell us the product at the price that we'd seen it advertised for $150. Needless to say, I am very happy with the purchase and once more I love Target!!

This place was crazy. I have been here several times over the past years and every time I come here, I get overwhelmed. The parking situation here sucks. There is always a line. The merchandise is the same as their Kapolei location from what I could tell. The checkout lines are always long here but at least they made the attempts to get more cashiers up. I came to check out their Christmas stuff. It was pretty crazy as I found out that all of their Christmas stuff went to 70% off. Apparently people were waiting for the store to open up so they could get in on the savings. Crazy. There was stuff everywhere, but I got some good deals.

Cartwheel is the pits. I have to get out my phone & one handedly scan the contents of my cart. They were not helpful at checkout. The new hire was great but the manager was curt. I asked if they could scan my phone and then it would automatically deduct Cartwheel discounts. I got a snotty, "No you have to do it." I guess she was irritated because the newbie was messing up on the register. How do you learn? Why not get a better trainer? Or better yet make Cartwheel user friendly. I don't want to cut coupons or hold up a line of busy people to save money. Technology should be seamless in this instance.

Higher score would be likely, except that I noticed that Target raised its prices suddenly on one of the items that I purchased by 90%. Product: Coffee Mate (Original). Last week it was $3.29. Today it went up in price to $4.19. Consumers like myself understand that prices go up. However, when they jump so high a percentage in one week, it leaves us with a little pause and hesitation about Target's good deals and pricing. On the plus side, I enjoy the cleanliness and organization of your stores. Just perhaps, ease into price increases a little bit at a time, rather than 90% price jumps.

Target(Lawehana Street) is great! I went to return a rather large mirror today, unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt & there weren’t anymore like it on the floor or in the back so, the girl that helped me try to figure out how to return it was very friendly & helpful! She looked it up on her phone & since I had paid for it with a card, they had my info I’m their system & I was able to get my money back.

Good location with parking garage, Starbucks, and the classic snack food counter serving popcorn, pretzels, soda fountain, and Pizza Hut etc. My kids love that! They miss it at Targets stateside (in FL) that remodeled and took the food counters away. They love to get a popcorn and drink to snack which help this mom’s shopping go smoother and quieter. :-) this Target has everything you need and is kept clean.

My first time at this store and I walked away with such a positive attitude. I suggested two things in which was only for the good of the store and that thought went to Ryan. We both smiled and shook hands and I headed off to the Starbucks and I'm guessing that he heard that I needed a espresso. As I'm standing in line Target's own super woman (Lisa) swoops in and took care of my coffee bill. My suggestions has nothing to do with just being a suggestion but it took the teamwork of Ryan and Lisa and the training of Target to make my day a pleasant one. I'll be back!

Access is a bit convoluted from the freeway. Typical Target, clean, bright, organized. Good for basics and essentials. You can order things from their inventory online and pick up at a counter just within the entrance. They have some food groceries now. Enjoy before Amazon/online retail does them in, which is inevitable.

Online price matching, order pick-up, reasonable grocery prices (some of the cheapest on the island) and my last trip the store was very busy but it was still very clean and organized and didn't have to wait to checkout since several registers plus self-checkout were open.

Love shopping at Target. I always check out the sports wear sale rack. Only stopped for swim goggles and yogurt but it's so pleasant that I browsed groceries and pet products.

Target @ Honolulu West, 12/4/2018, @7:30pm; I was helped by Target employee, Tristen who was so kind and helped me get a product that was not restocked on the shelf. This kind of customer service is refreshing & keeps me being a faithful Target customer. I have to say that I’ve never been disappointed with the Target employees whom I ‘ve asked for help. They are polite, friendly and motivated.

I normally shop at Ross or Walmart but went to Target with a friend today to shop for seasonal items for a work-related event. I'm an event coordinator/planner and found some descent prices for frames and purchased a variety of 15. As I was going through the self check out, my co worker called to ask my opinion on some other items. Unfortunately, I had concluded my purchase and had just requested $40 in cash and rushed away without the money. We live over an hour away from this location. I tried calling the store several times with the phone ringing and ringing for five minutes and then was disconnected. I was finally able to get through and spoke to a customer service girl. I believe her name was Kaily. I explained what had happened and asked if I could please leave my name and number in case the next customer would have been kind enough to turn my money in. (Wishful thinking!) She said that she couldn't. Really? I worked in retail management for 12 years. She said that I would have to come in with my receipt and speak to someone at customer service and perhaps watch a security video. I explained that I was already headed back to work and wouldn't be able to turn around. She still would not take my name and number down. I'll go back in later this week to figure it out. I know that it was ultimately my mistake but her lack of care or understanding was disappointing.

I always have an issue at checkout. Tonight I had to ask the cashier for the $15 gift card that was part of a promotion, since she didn't offer it, even after scanning the coupon and being prompted. She also didn't apply the bag credits and when asked, she said to go to customer service, since she forgot and couldn't do anything. This seems to be a common problem particularly at this Target location.

Convenience and price is what I come here for. It might just psychological, but I still have a sense that the quality here is better than Wal*Mart. Staff is generally focused on what they're doing and not on customers, so if you like shopping without being bothered that's a plus for you. Starbucks, Pizza Hut and a seating area are near the entrance.

Who doesn't love target? This one is somehow always busy though! Doesn't matter what time of the day, its crazy. I have tried going early in the morning, late at night, mid day. Doesn't matter its packed! Especially at night time. I swear everyone tries to grocery shop at 10pm here. The staff has always been friendly. No complaints!

Target is my favorite! If you shop in store, especially for higher prices/big ticket items, make sure you check their online prices as they are often cheaper. Their Guest Services counter will do the price match for you. I have saved a lot of money this way!

CONSUMER CELLULAR SERVICES ~Founded 1995 with 40 customers, Privately Owned, 2018 celebrated 3Million Customers. ~However, you are only able to purchase a Consumer Cellular phone device from any Target Store nationwide or they have been given an award for best Customer Service. Consumer Cellular is available online or by phone 7days a week 4am -5pm Hawaii Time. HUH! 🤔 Listen... So much advertisement with cellular services so I just wanted to share to those who may be interested. I could go on but instead look at a portion of my monthly bill and it's for (6) Phones - (3) Iphones one is the iphone 11, Samsung, ZTE & Motorola. What I pay now, I paid for only (2) phones to one of those larger Cell Phone Carriers. Been a HAPPY CUSTOMER GOING ON 3YEARS. You decide ~I just wanted to share.....

I usually do all my shopping here basic needs and also groceries. Ive always loved this store till yesterday 5/4. My hisband and I came in to purchase ponchos that were sold out which we totally understood but we went to the kids clothes section to see about purchasing my son a raincoat for the monster truck show. We stopped an employee to ask for help around 3:45pm and he tells me “ Im on break this isn't my area”. Ok so we were like “ can you tell me who can help us?” And he replies “ I told you Im on break and you need to find the employee for this section.” I then proceed to say “ how am I supposed to know which employee works where?” And he said “ not my problem Im on break” he didnt have a nametag on so I dont know which employee but he was a teenager kid with dark short curly hair. Now I know breaks are important but he could of been more customer friendly saying “ hey this isnt my department so I don’t know for sure where the location of this item is but if you wait here Ill get you some help” that is easy and took one second and wouldn't have left a bad taste in my mouth about the customer service from this store. I easily spend $800 a month in this store because we literally buy everything there instead of going to the commissary. But yesterday I was like really taken back by the lack of the friendliness from this one staff member.

Target is clean and the service is fantastic! Great overall selection of goods and I can even get my favorite beverage from Starbucks or a bite to eat from Pizza Hut while I stop! A must stop recommendation for all.
