Allot of items for a Cinco de Mayo party. The Associates are always busy doing something, not enough time to assist you. When the male Manger is there he will make sure you get assistance even if he has to do it himself. I can't remember his name, but he has been their for along time.

If you need any decorations items for any occasion, it's here. Kids birthday party you forgot about, they have tons of small toys and stuffed animals, small Chocolates, notepads, erasers and balloons of every size. Don't forget Bout them for Halloween either. They have it all in one easty to find place, like 8 aisles.

Got large numbers(21) balloons for my daughter's birthday. A few hours after picking them up one was loosing air. Went back the next morning, they replace it and said possible factory defects.

Party City is the go to place for various decorations for parties. Ballons, Masks, Confetti, and much more. If you have someone who is a creator who can create certain decor from their own talent and ability, much of what you need can be purchased from Party City.

Typical party city experience. Pretty good selection of deco and supplies.... just way over priced. Two staff members on duty and neither acknowledged us as we stood there for attendance. Overall store was clean and we were able to get all that we needed, but my bank account much prefers getting themed deco from Amazon and balloons from the dollar tree.

Great clearance prices. Patient and awesome team working there. I was asked by every employee i come across if i needed help. Great customer service ladies and gents. I ended up buying more product due to and unexpected huge mark down on the item I went for. Keep up the wonderful attitudes! Y'all impressed me.

Great prices for full costumes, individual items that you can mix n match are fairly prices as well. Store was very clean and organized. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience. In and out in less than 15 mins.

A ton of the costumes were sold out so we had slim pickins'. The guy at the photo wall went above and beyond to help us find two good costumes. He put in the request and the other guy told me it wasn't in stock. The original guy (I'm seriously kicking myself for not remembering his name) went in the back and found THE VERY LAST ONE, and it was perfect. So not only was he good at him job, but he was dedicated to the customer service. AWESOME.

It was ok not a big selection of costumes. Everything was separated. The staff didn't seem as if they knew what was going on. It seemed like the staff was only focused on helping certain people. I made that statement because four people was helping one lady. Another gentleman and I both asked for help and the group of staff brushed us both off as if they were extremely busy standing in one spot talking. It could have took 2 seconds to point me in the right direction.

The manager was extra helpful. Went in late for a last minute birthday get together. He kept asking was I sure we were using te ballons I was getting that night. He showed extra concern because he didnt want them to not be "just right" for the actual get together. It was nice knowing he cared. Then as he had to let me out the heat after being in the very cool store made a balloon pop as soon as it hit the outside air. He did not hesitate to run inside and get a new one for me before I could even say anything. He even apologized the cashier had over filled it. Great service. Great store management.

I always enjoy the way Party City sets up for Halloween. It's very organized, well thought out, plenty of workers on staff (don't have to search forever for help). They also have an amazing selection of "Do it Yourself" costume pieces. And in case anyone didn't know, you can shop their costumes online, and then pick up in store.

You are forced into a great mood jus remembering all the great times from the products this great place sells!! Plenty old time favorites as well new attractions!!! Oh yes 1 more thing I no this to be true The World's softest cotton candy they sell is also world's best flavor!!!

Great place if you want to be life of the party. Always has neat cute things for any type of party you can imagine. Will be low on items after holidays, hence 4 stars because other party cities have a better stock

The selection was huge, I wish I had more time to browse. The guy working the front counter was fun to talk to and I saw another employee helping a customer pick out a costume. I found what I needed and a whole bunch that I wanted.

Good variety and selection, but prices seem a little high unless there is a sale. Many items are not available elsewhere locally, so it's the go-to place for last-minute parties!

About like most other Party Cities. My only complaint is that the staff wasn't familiar with what products they had in stock. They told me there were out of specific items but upon walking the store found multiple locations of what I was looking for.
