Another store that is better than 5 Stars! This is one of the few places that has all your needs related to anything clothing, repair or creating garments, fabric or sewing needs. The helpful kind staff is there for you like that good friend you may have or need. Certainly give them the opportunity as you will not be disappointed! You will be back after your first visit!

OMG it's been at least forever since I've been inside a JOANNES but I was NOT disappointed. Huge variety of every item imaginable for crafting. Tons of variety for fun family crafts and anything you can think of. I just had to take some pics to show a few people so imma share them with you guys too!!!! Your welcome! Love this place. Manager was so very helpful. Super happy we found this place since we used them a lot back in SoFL. The only drawback is the location. Where in SoFL there were many locations here it is scarce. The drive was very long. We went and purchased over $200 and by the time I got home I had forgotten to pick up what I originally needed. This is where traveling to the location I this far is a problem. I will have to wait for the next time whenever we get a chance to go and pick up more than one small item.

It is different in ways from before. They can't have everything everyone wants. But I guess times they are a chamging. Nice clean store but out of my pocket range anymore. Did find a cute pair of Patriotic socks. See pic.

Very nice staff, but a small store that sometimes doesn't have fully-stocked sections, and the parking lot is a little challenging to access because of how it's situated at the intersection. But it's never too busy. It seems like there's much more emphasis on fabrics than crafts, so if you are just looking for fabric and sewing accessories, this is your store.

It was just okay. This is a smaller store this less inventory. The checkout was very hard to find and the queueing step up was unusual. I'll know if I ever go back, but for a first time guest it was difficult to navigate.

Joann's fabrics had exactly what I needed I did pay by check and the new cashier who is a transfer from Michigan sent it through but the older cashier said that you cannot pay by check at Jo-Ann's they were gracious enough to let that go but I found it interesting that a local store does not accept checks there was so much to look at there it gives you great ideas I enjoyed my visit

This place has been around since I can remember, and they've always had a great selection, from fabrics for family blankets, to crafts with the kids. Y'all been helping me and my family with various crafts time and time again. I'm happy to say, I will always come back to joanns for all my crafty-cat needs!

I went in to buy yarn...mostly so I could touch and feel it. Being new to knitting, I am not familiar with the brands, so I don't yet know which ones are quality and which ones are made cheaply. It's hard to order online when you have these handicaps. I also had questions about knitting. I spoke to a staff member there and although she admitted she was not a true knitter, she was able to assist me with my questions. She was very pleasant and encouraging. Overall, the selection of yarns was not as good as I'd hoped, but I got a pretty good idea of which brands were more in line with what I'm looking for. And talking through my projects, even with another hobbyist, was helpful. I will be going back in the future. Who knows...maybe by the next visit I might have some clue about what I'm doing!

Great sale, great selection of fabric for what I wanted. I'm not way at all experienced in sewing but love trying ou new crafts. The young Lady ( I'm sorry, I didn't notice your name tag, my apologies I usually try to be more observant) that cut my fabric was very patient even though I had several different rolls, and request different amounts from each, she had to measure and cut. Now my check out, was a different story, the store just didn't seem very welcoming. I felt like either they didn't want my business or I was an inconvenience. I would have rated a two or three if I just based my experience on my checkout experience, but because of the other employees that were truly trying to be nice and helpful, I'm being generous, but I reserve the right to update this as needed.

This Joanns is the closest location to where I live. I love the staff, always friendly and willing to help. If an attendant can’t assist right away, they page someone to help and assure that I will be helped soon. Today I went in to get some fabric and while I was waiting at the fabric counter, the checkout attendant let me know that someone would be with me shortly. An attendant named Gabby greeted me and was very helpful, had a great attitude, and was very friendly. During my visit the manager on duty, Elaine, politely asked a customer (who was not wearing a mask) if he could either put one on or wear some form of face covering while in the store. I appreciated her concern for others in the store and I felt safe since she was making sure everyone was following CDC guidelines. She calmly informed him that there were signs on the front door explaining that a mask was required to enter the store. I rarely see other establishments enforcing guidelines like this, and I felt very happy to see/hear that Elaine was being proactive. Will definitely return!!!

Today was fantastic. The cleark was awesome. Yata is a beautiful person. I love coming here, however, they have moved the coupons to digital and they never work. We are military and have not been able to use that discount. The cashier was snide and a bit curt. I am a bit disappointed ☹️

The employees try to make this a good place to shop. Cooperate makes it hard, with coupons that don't work and keeping the store minimally staffed. I've written their cooperate office with no response. Still it's 100 percent better than Hobby Lobby and close to home.

This store has a lot of variety and is very well organized and maintained. They have a great selection of items for sewing and crafting as well as decorating. The downside is the service- the employees do not seem happy to be there and they don’t try to hide it. There is rarely more than 2 people working which is not enough, especially on busier days.

Lee, Lisa, and (I believe her name was) Theresa did awesome tonight! I bought some paint supplies and some fabric for a blanket. It was a wonderful experience, and my savings were huge! I saved almost $30 when HL would've charged me more! And the wonderful people here helped me download the Joann's app and save so much with coupons!!! My favorite store!

I had never been to this store since I've only lived in South Carolina for 2 years I hadn't had the time. I went to purchase fabric for my daughter's prom dress. Gotta say I loved the store. Yes you might find lower prices here and there at other stores but the ease of having practically everything you need in one stop is really convenient. Let's just say I went in for one thing and left with more. I will definitely go back just to take my time and look at it all and not rush through it. Very well organized store. Easy to find what you need and if you can't then there are friendly employees who will help you.

Love the variety of products, prices are high, customer service isn't great at all. The employees are kind of snobby and act like your bothering them when you ask a question. They prefer to be on their phone vs helping customers. Better off going to Hobby Lobby. If you use a coupon they treat you like you must not have enough money to purchase whatever your buying.

Great selection of fabrics and materials for crafting! Being able to buy just the amount you need for your project is a huge plus. They could use more employees as the cutting of materials is time consuming and the line can get backed up. All of the employees were very helpful and kind!

A crafter's dream place! Everything you need to craft something is here! Lots of fabrics to choose from. Tons of supplies for sowing and knitting here. Make your own home decor with supplies from here too! Really recommend this place if you're into arts and crafts!

I absolutely love this store! I shop here often for yarn since I am a crochet enthusiast. The sales and coupons cannot be beat! The reason for the missing stars is simply because the in-store interaction with employess can be extremely hit or miss. There are quite a few ladies here that are fantastic, but unfortunately the manager seems to have a bad attitude. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day but as a regular patron that visits the store almost once a week the attitude seems permanent. After my interaction today with said manager, I think it may be time to shop elsewhere!

I went to this store for the first time in years last week. They have a large selection of fabrics, and offered to special order for me when they didn't have enough fabric for the curtains I wanted to make. I got a little lost, simply because there's so much to choose from, and I have recently rediscovered the joy of sewing, and have forgotten so much! Everyone was friendly, even a customer in line behind me who gave me tips on how to measure for curtains! I love the charm, smell, and excitement of this store. I'll be a frequent visitor! :)

Just another expensive craft store. When I went the lady was pretty rude at the front. From what I can tell they do sell quality products however and the sale deals are great, when they will actually give them to you. An entire wall had signs all over it saying sale sale sale with the percentage but when it came time go register not on sale. Showed her where i got it where there was at least 20 others like it and the sale sign stating they specifically were on sale and still had argue with her to get it from sale price.

Joann's is a store that will forever get an artist or crafter in trouble! Their prices and constant sales and coupons are amazing. I enjoy shopping here for whatever creative need can be satisfied with their selections. I do caution that sometimes their items are a little carelessly stocked and the price tags are wrong, but that's few and far between. (I just so happen to find every single one when I go, of course.) The store is usually clean except around crazy holidays or in The wake of unruly children. It is also normally quiet and the staff is absolutely accommodating and helpful.

Our cashier was so patient with us and so nice! My complaint is the ad said all Cricut Vinyl was on sale and they only had 2 price point vinyl on sale. Was NOT what the add said. Very disappointed we drove an hour and didn't get the vinyl we needed

This is the closest store to my home, so it's my go-to for Joann stores. It's generally got what I'm looking for, and mostly clean, though sometimes the aisles are a bit cluttered. My only complaint is that often, the employees are chatting with each other about other employees or even customers, and they aren't discreet. I have stood at a register while two employees had a conversation about another employee not doing her job properly. And, hey...a smile goes a long way!

I normally go to Hobby Lobby put they did not have what I was looking for. I gotta say this store is really neat and although is older it had a pretty cool selection and it had a steady supply of customers coming through the door. It seems like it has a huge customer base. I will be back again.

I love shopping at Joanns but don't like the way they do the refunds! I had a coupon for 20% off my entire purchase. And they did that! But when I realized that they charged me regular price for the 20 + fabric squares I bought, I took them back to get a refund! And they refunded all 20+ but took 20% off of each one for the coupon! I was outraged! And after explaining it to so many "So called supervisors", they couldn't understand or I believe didn't want to admit they made such a stupid error! Thank you

I love Jo-Anns. Its always clean , the staff always willing to assist & the shelves are always stocked. I go in just for the planners and planner stickers. This day in particular I was going in for my job event, celebrating Dia de los Muertos ( Day of the Dead ). I was looking for marigold plants ( fake ones ). I did find 1 but then I was told that was all they had because they've put out the holiday season items. I wasn't upset because they at least had one and all the other craft stores didn't or was closed.

Very helpful - I needed some cloth and I was TOTALLY out of my element! They didn't treat me like I was stupid,but helped me get what I needed. Go after lunch because it seems that the rush hours are first thing in the morning (based on 3 different visits).

I am so glad I foud this place nearby. They have some really cool stuff and great prices and coupons. I use the app on google play so when I get to the checkout it's so much faster and convient. This Jo-Ann Fabrics is somewhat disappointing, compared to others. It is small with a more limited selection across all departments. This one hasn't been updated anytime recently. So, it's still a good place to go for fabric if needed, but wouldn't be my first choice. If you can take the time to drive to another one that has been updated, go there.
