Classy dispensary. Clean feeling, chic advertisements, and a good selection. They often have nice deals and I really do like the staff, always been greeted by the most pleasant workers, but I'm writing this because of Crystal R, who works there, in particular. Thanks to her, (And I didn't even have to tell her this!) I was able to get a bit more and my money's worth for my self bought birthday gift. She helped me find a great concentrate to tag on, stayed in my budget, and thanks to her, I'm having a great night. Great service, thank you Crystal!

This is now one of my favorite dispensaries in the city. The selection, prices, and specials are awesome, but what really stands out is the hard work and dedication of the staff! Last week when I came in there were some technical issues with my order and instead of just leaving me high & dry (no pun intended) Alex, Eunique, and Vincent all helped out to solve it & were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole transaction. They all worked together to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that’s hard to come by these days! I wish they accepted cash tips & hope they start sometime soon because they deserve it!

It's a good store, has parking if you need it. The selection is pretty broad and rotates a lot. All the employees have been friendly and helpful in my experience. Last time I came in, one of the products I ordered was actually sold out. The person at the register, Casey G., was able to help me pick out a substitute product very quickly and she was super friendly while we were waiting for the order.

We were immediately let in the door and security was super helpful in letting us know what we would to be prepared to check out. Entering the lobby, the clerk at the counter was very quick in helping us place an order on the tablet, as we walked in very shortly before closing. The transaction was quick and the clerk behind the counter reviewed our products and checked us out quickly.

Great store with amazing customer service. Tania greeted me at the door with a smile and provided me with a great overview of the process. Once I was in I was helped by Lydia who had a great vibe and answered all of my questions. Also shoutout to the DJ the music was a nice change from some other spots.

Leaving a review was forced on me with the clerk grabbing my phone out of my hand to write an initial review. In return, I was offered a discount less than the normal promos 🙈? The next visit, the clerk attempted to do the same thing despite not honoring the prior visits discount as was less than the standard offer. Silly… Unless you’re willing as a store/company owner to not take advantage of people for free marketing, STOP this societal staff review trend. Are we trying to date someone at a store or in a real estate office? Not the platform. Not to mention, if a bad review gets left, regardless of merit, the reviewer has the right and no material damage can be proven by the victim, regardless of the business lost as a result of said review. Surveys on surveys on surveys. For what? So you can feel good about yourselves? Personally, positive or negative, I’m left with the same fallacy. Online Reviews literally do nothing but stall consumers and storefronts from connecting. Reviews are helpful you say? Well, so are bots in the modern era at writing thousands of reviews. As distributors continue to grow in the “green” let’s fight against big Tabacoism getting rebooted…for the love of GOD!

I’m giving three stars because I’m not satisfied with the return policy of 14 days. I bought a rechargeable vape pen that quit working after a few charges. My shopping experience was poor. I placed an online order and another order at a kiosk and I waited in line over 45 minutes. And then to buy a defective product that I cannot return is unacceptable. I guess I’ll let someone else use my membership bonus points since I won’t be patronizing this location again. Three stars are for the quality of other items purchased.

I like this place. A much chiller, friendlier vibe than a certain other dispensary down on Ohio. Everyone's prices are pretty much the same, give or take. They'll have some solid specials. Only problem—I'd rank their online ordering about a 2. Terrible, slow, ckunky system. Nearly impossible to find items, most strains have no description beyond Indica/Sativa/Hybrid and how they're totally high quality and stuff. Can't see any specials/special prices unless you go from the email but then you go through the whole login process and can't see them/add them to your cart. I was just trying to place an order, having trouble, so gave up. Sorry, no business from me today. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've been coming to Verilife since they opened. The store is OK; very sterile, as most dispensaries in the city are. The prices tend to be 10% higher than other nearby options. The selection is normally pretty good. They usually have at least 1 or 2 options on sale. IMO the friendliest staff in the city - everyone who helps me is great. All that said, I'm docking it a star for the speed. It's the SLOWEST dispensary I've been to. On multiple occasions, the PCS at the registers will be waiting for people to use the ATM. And won't check people out until that person is back to pay. I don't necessarily think they should add the cashless debit ATM cause they're a rip off - but make sure people have their cash before they get up there. As I said, very friendly staff, but conversations shouldn't be slowing things down at the register. Save that for walk-ins or when there are ZERO people in line. Too many times I'm standing there pleading in my head for things to speed up.

I can't say that I'm impressed. The whole interaction felt like a bank transaction. Very impersonal. The employees barely interacted with us at all. It's a basically do it yourself kinda place. You order yourself with no one helping your or talking to you. Then you enter the room and they have it already packed for you. We were okay because I've worked at a dispensary before but this place is 100% not a beginner friendly experience. Not impressed. The selection was okay. The prices were a bit crazy. The deals were pretty mediocre compared to the other dispensaries I've been to.

I'm not one to post reviews but my experience here was above and beyond what I am used to. This was my first trip to a dispensery and I was quite nervous. The nervousness quickly went away once Kelly began helping me. She is an extremely knowledgeable employee. More important was her personality. I didn't really speak to anyone else in the shop but I can tell they have an eye for quality people based on her being there. She made me feel so at ease. She has a one of a kind personality and sense of humor. But I don't want to short change her product knowledge. The weed and oil I left with really mesh with my mindset. Perfectly!!! I only have her to thank. I will be back to see her.

Cool place to check out and the way they do things is unique to me. I love how organized things were and my experience with the local Chicago scene was great. The team was understanding, patient, and made great suggestions while being super flexible with me. One thing is make sure you have cash or else you have to take it out of a atm machine in the main room where orders are paid for. to avoid the $3.50 fee make sure to have cash in hand and check out the site online first for price knowledge. Would definitely recommend these guys and i'm from Colorado originally so overall i approve of this place!
