I love this place but I would like to see more softball related items. It's easy to find football, basketball, baseball even soccer but I haven't been able to find any softball related items for jewelry or much at all. This is a great place for either a one time project or someone that does crafts for a living.

Very clean and well stocked. Bought a bunch of stuff I didn't need and will do it again. Staff was friendly and they had a lot of good clearance deals.

It's a little pricey but if you catch it at the end of every season it'll be the only place you need for everything decorating, crafts, school projects and lots of science gifts and stuff you can gift to younger kids. :)

They have a good variety of craft supplies in many departments. Many workers asking others do they need help, but I didn't get asked once. I didn't find as many sales 😬 in the scrapbooking section. But 🤔mostly I was looking for anything unique for my daughter's dollhouses,be it Barbie all the way up to the American Girl Doll size.,and didn't find anything. What I did find I feel confident my daughter could duplicate!

This Michael's is always clean and well stocked, and I usually have no problem finding what I'm looking for. If I ever do have a problem, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Their selection and frequent sales and rewards program makes them a go-to if I'm looking for crafting or framing supplies. Being conveniently located doesn't hurt either. Their website can also be a helpful tool to check to see if something is in stock before making a dedicated trip.

Okay...so some people collect tchotchkes (or chotski, bric-a-brac, dust catchers, etc) like "Precious Moments" figurines, Hot Wheels by Mattel, or Ty Beanie Babies, etc etc. Me? Well, apparently I've started collecting average, plain old... bowling balls. I currently have about 17-18...they seem to anonymously arrive on my doorstep (either that or they're related to bunnie rabbits). Anyway, with all this in mind I decided to pop in at Michael's for some "bowling ball" craft supplies. As usual, the store is brimming with seasonal supplies & Spring is definitely in the air! Mounds & mounds of beautiful(!!) silk flowers, garlands, wreath bases & fully finished wreaths, supplies for those upcoming Spring weddings, wicker baskets, glass vases, metal & wood containers, & much MUCH more. The art supply dept has been expanded with all kinds of colored pencils & pens, charcoal & pastels, sketch books in various sizes, blank canvases from mini to huge, & supplies for all ages. New t-shirts for various projects in a rainbow of colors. Various supplies ranging from yarns & soft goods, to beading supplies, to wood crafting, paper & scrapbookng supplies, baking equipment & party supplies, & an entire section of supplies for popular kids' crafts. Like the saying goes "something for everyone & all ages". Now, I just need to do some more online research & figure out just what I can do with a bowling ball (x18) ...besides bowl!!

Like my experiences with a lot of big-box retailers, ya just can't find everything you're looking for in stores. It looks like they took out the calligraphy section and I was looking for a heat press for shirts n things. I thought they might have one, but no. And I know they use to stock calligraphy supplies. But...at least the store is neat and the staff is friendly and not overbearing.

They don't have as many items on sale as hobby lobby does but since they do rewards points it's well worth the slightly higher price. They don't have much as far as inks, but it's nice to get something back from the hundreds of dollars I spend on junk.

As much as I adore and enjoy a variety of crafts and general creative endeavors, I would rather shop elsewhere for supplies. Michael's is overpriced, the associates I encountered were less than helpful and the store layout is crowded and claustrophobic.

I love this store. There is a wide selection of products to purchase. Almost any "crafty" need can be fulfilled here. Though the Michael's chain tends to be a little expensive, they have fantastic door buster sales. This store is clean and neatly organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. It was the first time I've been there. I was looking for Acrillic Paint and of course hopefully it would be cheaper. It wasn't and the canvases were up there as well. It did have a lot other kraft,hobby,x-mas. I was helped by an employee in the paint isle who was very knowledgeable. Heard the best time to go is with coupons.

A wide selection of products to browse; prices tend to be higher than what you would for identical items elsewhere and online. It is easy to lose track of time while enjoying a visit through the store looking at all the available crafting materials. Public restrooms available.

Michael's has always been my favorite craft store. Its quick and convenient and close to home for me. Just if you have a return, make sure to have a receipt. Most places give you what it's worth on a gift card instead of cash with no receipt. Michael's is ridiculous. I bought a $40 item. They wanted to give me 10 cash without the receipt. I said absolutely not!! And walked out. All and all, other than return items purchases, it's a great store and friendly customer service.

My mother & I went shopping at Michael's, her for yarn & myself for art supplies. One lady, Kelly, was accommodating & helpful. The store was clean & organized. Once we reached checkout things took a minor turn. I had a 40% off a purchase coupon but did not know that I couldn't use it on a $9.99 set of Craftsmart brushes. I didnt really want to spend 30$ but due to my cashier being in a rush to get to the next customer I was hurried into taking all items. The only thing she could state was "you can't use that coupon with that item because it's our everyday low price". I was employed with Michael's in Ga for several years & worked in a couple of depts. The cashier was in a rush, I was not taking any more extra of her time than necessary, she was rude & definitely needs customer service guidance. Question: even though the paint brushes were a $9.99 Craftsmart item why can the coupons not be used on them. Other than that our shopping experience was decent.

Michaels carry many of the products that I use with the art projects I create. I would like to see Michaels carry more leather as well as rabbit fur. Many people eat rabbits, and rabbit meat is sold at many grocery stores. Why waste the fur from the rabbits. Let it be sold to make gloves, caps, and other small items. I don't believe that animals should be killed for the sport of it, only for food.

Checked in at our local Michael's for an estimate on a unique fabric piece that we wanted to get framed and wound up with a very talented and personable guy named Justin who not only went out of his way to work with us to make sure we got it just right, but took a personal interest in our project. He helped us bring the project in on the budget we had and the final product blew our expectations out of the water. Can't recommend him enough and will definitely return there to get some more work done in the future. Thanks Justin, you delivered above and beyond for us!

I LOVE Michael’s stores. They have every crafting need item you can think of, and I do quite a bit of crafting for myself, and with my granddaughters. Baking, Wedding planning, Jewelry, Card making, whatever you may be interested in doing, or learning about, I’m sure they will have what your looking for to help you. Michael’s carry a very large selection of Home Decor items and have a speciality framing center and floral center inside of it. And there prices on some things are cheaper then wholesale prices. They also offer different crafting classes throughout the month for kids which is awsome.

2nd time visiting this michaels,very nice very neat. The only issue I had was with my 2nd vist,i asked for help to find and item that would work with an up coming project(I had a photo to show). I ask the cashier if she could page for someone to assist me on the floor . She spoke Into her head set and who ever was on the other end did not seem to want to be bothered. No one came to help me instead the cashier was informed by who ever was on the other end of the headset to notify me that michaels does not have many fabrics,instead I should try Walmart or Joanne's. I Told her thank you and walked away. Gag is it was not fabric I was looking for if only they took the time to assist me properly I would have been on my way and possibly bought more.....I was overwhelmed at that point.
