If you like spicy pepper 🌶 this is the place for you. They have endless varieties of different BBQ sauces, seasonings, salsa, dips, even energy drinks and more. The guy who works there is extremely funny and was very welcoming and kind! Recommend.

An excellent place for everything hot and spicy. The biggest collection of hot sauces, salsa, and dips I have ever seen. I ended up getting the King Japapeño and Cinnanero hot sauces, I'm very much looking forward to trying both. Great atmosphere and vibes.

Such a great selection. I came here to see if they had something for my brother as he loves hot sauce and I was blown away with the selection. The staff were super knowledgeable about all the products and really helped me pick out something he will really enjoy. They have other locations as well and are online. Definitely worth checking out.

Neat place to get some unique sauces and rubs! They sell gift sets and a variety of different bqq and hot sauces. Staff was very friendly and let you taste almost anything in store. It’s a great place to buy gifts for that hot sauce lover we all have in our lives. Everything is very organized and neatly arranged to make it easy to find something if you’re looking for something particular. We loved the blueberry bqq we bought from here, really good on chicken. Sounds weird but it’s delicious! Be sure to check this place out when shopping for the holidays, glad we stumbled upon it. Hope to visit another location on our travels!

The Pepper Palace might be a little on the pricey side...but well worth it! First of all, free samples can be had of nearly everything in the shop- and it is really good! Although the shop charges a premium, it's so good that one shouldn't complain. Will definitely order from again.

Traveled in from Texas, had to stop here to see the variety and was not disappointed. You’re allowed to sample everything in the store and Samantha was an amazing help, super friendly and attentive. Would most definitely recommend stopping by if you’re a spice fan and if you’re around Faneuil!

This was my heaven. Hot sauces, of every flavor and intensity, wall-to-wall. This is a must-see. I personally purchased “The End” after tasting it here. No regrets, no complaints. Just the pure, almost masochistic joy of a good hot sauce’s burning flavor. My mouth waters even as I recall this visit.

There's quite a selection of hot sauces here, and some not so hot sauces as well. If you were looking to add some kind of flavor to pretty much anything, you can find a sauce that will do it here. It wasn't the largest selection we've ever seen but it was good. It's downtown Boston, so the prices aren't necessarily inexpensive, but you'll find something you like. The store was clean, but the the customer service was indifferent, hence 4 stars, not 5.

Best selection of hot sauce I've ever had. They give you tortilla chips and can sample anything you like. When I went the store manager was very knowledgeable, friendly, and recommended my new favorite BBQ sauce (Blueberry BBQ). They have expanded across the US and you can also order online. If you have the time to go by in person to sample some, I would highly recommend it.

Let me tell you something. Me my fiance and best friend were touring Boston and came across this place strolling by. We decided to stop and the second we walked in we felt welcomed and a valued customer. The gentleman at the register said help yourself to any sample you like after I said we were big hot sauce fans. Make a long story short we ended up buying 6 bottles and got one free. The customer service was amazing. I work in customer service and that man did exactly what I would have done if I was in that place. And I am using the sauce now as we speak and let me tell you it is awesome. Thanks my man cya soon.

Stopped by and had to get some garlic stuffed olives. I live in Appleton Wisconsin and this is where the place originally is from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend stopping by if your around in the area.

After seeing this place online, I had to stop in and check it out! It was a great experience... they offer samples of all the sauces (there is a huge selection). There is something to suit most tastes; not just maxed-out heat. They do have what they claim is the "second hottest sauce sauce in the world", you have to be over 18, and sign a waiver to try (which I did not!). Also, buy 5, get the 6th free offer. If you're in Boston, and looking for a quirky store, check them out!

Is it a tourist trap? Sure! But as residents of the North End, I still consider it a nice perk to be so close to such a selection of hot sauces. I was especially pleased to find a few options that had only natural I ingredients with no preservatives, fillers, or sugar. Our favorite hot sauce so far has been "Wake Up" (and you definitely do when you have some of this.)

What an incredible array of sauces, rubs, and other items for the connoisseur of everything hot and spicy. You have the option to sample many of the sauces and such, though with the really hot stuff (reaper peppers, etc.) they politely ask you to sign a waiver so that you don't hold them liable. A must visit while at Faneuil Hall.

If you want hot sauce this is the best spot to go that I've come across so far. There's a great selection of hot sauce here and my dumb self went and bought the hot sauce they call "the end". It's said to be the second hottest hot sauce on the planet. The gentleman that sold me the bottle was very awesome to me. I went out side to pose for a few pictures with my new prized hot sauce and , I dropped it. Splattered all over the hard cement. I had to get another one so I ran in and told the guy I need to buy another one because I dropped it and he just gave me another one free of charge.

Perfect place to go taste testing lol. I now have a high tolerance for heat due to this place. I have experimented with their spices, bbq sauces, hot sauces, jellies and more. My fave hot sauce that i cant resist and you wont be able to find other than at pepper palace is the "Ghostly Garlic" hot sauce. It has the perfect balance of heat & flavor & the garlic tatse comes thru so well. Amazing customer service & the more friends you bring along, the more fun you'll have.

Not a big selection of brands, if fan of “hotones” you wont find any featured sauces. Mostly carry Pepper Palace brand and few others. There is about 40+ sauces and salsas to sample from though which is fun

All pepper palaces are basically the same, so there's nothing out of the ordinary here. It has tons of sauces and other hot commodities, many flavors, many heat levels, etc. The location can be hard to spot, as it's underground, so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting.
