Had a great experience in the men's shirts. Went back even though the policy said that they would not return it because the tags were taken off, they did me a solid and swapped a shirt that was clearly not fitting well and took care of me as a customer. I will definitely go back for help there all the people in the men's clothing department were more than accommodating

Nice clothing, helpful staff, usually good to great deals after holidays. I picked up some custom painted Christmas ornaments for a good price. Can be a bit pricey for some items but all in all a nice upscale department store

Reubie and Mae were so amazing in the perfume department. We found a perfume that had been sprayed on a card and loved it but couldnt find it . They found it and were so knowledgeable!! Frankly incredible they could smell something and pick out all the things. Loved that experience!

The gentleman at the at the watch counter was AMAZING! He helped me (Clueless with watches) find an amazing gift, within budget, for our anniversary. He helped explain everything from upkeep to how it works! The lady at the makeup counter on the other hand (Sandra?) Was the exact opposite. Very rude to everyone around when I came back and just kept saying "can't you see I'm busy?" In a VERY passive aggressive tone. Will NOT be shopping makeup here, ever. Feel bad for the poor gentleman having to work across from her.

Overall it's a big department store that has lost its luster. The styles are boring. Only one person on the second floor really offered to help. The hours are exrremely limited.

Their men’s department carries tasteful clothes for every day and when you have to dress up. if you hit the sales right, the prices are very reasonable. Tom is one of the few very knowledgeable salesman left for guys who have to dress up. Though they seem to have many helpful folks.

He helped us sort through the tables and narrow down the right shirts, based on fit preference and body type. In a time where customer service seems to be going out the window, Joel reminded me that there are people out there that still care about the customers and take pride in their job.

My experience today with Amber in the bra department was absolutely phenomenal! I went through breast cancer treatment this year and explained all my current "pain points" with bras to her. She listened, was empathetic and directed me to bras that would work well for me and my new body. She even helped me in the fitting room. I know this may not be a big deal to some... but to me it meant the world. My body has been through a lot of changes this year and having assistance and someone helping put on bras and look for the best bra possible made my day. (Although we're over a year and a half into the pandemic... other stores in the mall are refusing to do this.) Thanks for the excellent customer service Amber. I'll be back!

Nice store, with a huge men's department. The staff were very polite and efficient. The only downside, for me, was having to look in multiple sections for sweater versus just having them in one general location. I know that brands like to have their own areas, but it can sometimes feel like a scavenger hunt to find things.

Very helpful staff. I went to buy a suit and immediately got measured and they knew their stuff so they picked a suit that fit perfect first thing. Some things are higher priced than other stores in the mall, but I haven't been disappointed by their quality. Their selection was massive too, definitely the largest suit selection with various styles compared to any other store in the mall. Very fast quality service and great selection - good place to shop.

They really have an amazing selection of shoes. And the Clinique line is wonderful. I really only go there for those two things. Everything else is exorbitantly priced. The shoe women are all from a different country. I'm not racist. But they are 75% of the time really really rude. They gentleman manager is very kind and helpful though. Shopping for formal dresses. Unfortunately a lot of the ones we looked at (sizes 5/6/7) were damaged in someway that we had taken off of the regular dress racks(stains, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers). Still a decent selection other than that.

This particular review is meant more for the men's shoe departemtn than the entore store. Most of my work day consists of being on my feet. Every time I go in for shoes, I have something in mind and the staff (actually knowledgeable) help me determine what the best option really is. I have tested "pushiness" by leaving for a few, and there is no pressure. Very solid team.

Dillard's has lots of modest and classy dresses if that is what you're looking for. They always have beautiful clothes on the clearance racks. The sales associates are professional and helpful. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are nice! There is seating for family to wait outside the dressing rooms.

This store has wicked cool Christmas trees and decor. But the prices let's me know I should of went to college. I can't afford more than half the stuff. I went into Dillards looking to get a dress shirt, pants, shoes, tie, etc.... the whole getup. While I was looking, Tom Purdy approached me and helped me with my measurements, helped me choose a good brand and a nice pattern for the occasion. I was VERY impressed. Down to the last detail, he was extremely helpful as far as getting me something that matched well. Then when I was looking for shoes, Dan Ward approached and helped me pick a nice, comfortable boot to match with my outfit. Overall, I was extremely happy with the customer service. These guys killed it and really made it all come together. I really am excited to wear this outfit and know I’ll be looking good!

I love Dillards but I only shop when they have their extra per cent off already marked down prices. I have gotten bargains on shoes and beautiful clothes. For the most part their quality is above average. The return policy on these sales are only 3 days with the exception of damaged items.

Just had a great shopping experience for bras! After nearly losing my mind digging through other department stores looking for DDD, Dillard's was the first department store I found that carried it, and they go all the way through size I (from what I saw). I got fitted by a fabulous woman who took the time to explain what to watch for in an ill-fitting bra. (Ladies, take the time to get sized by a store that carries a true full range of sizes. I had no idea I was wearing my bras incorrectly, and a proper fitting bra not only feels heavenly, but it elevates back pain and improves posture.) It was a neat experience for me. I know Dillard's can be pricier sometimes, but I've always appreciated that they had a mother's lounge in their restrooms (way to support breastfeeding mamas!), and now I'm really blown away by their bra size selection and great customer service!

If you have never shipped at Dillard's because it is too expensive, here is an FYI. If items have pink tags on them, they never go back up in price. And on top of that, they have days when they add a percent off of the pink tag!!!

The girls (Nadine) in the Boise, Idaho store in the Beauty (Ester Lauder) are amazing.
