It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but I always leave Pet Supplies Plus smiling. I’m always greeted hello, thanked when leaving, asked if I need help finding something (by everyone), shown where things are (not just pointed), and they carry things to my car if I need assistance. The prices are good and they offer curbside. It seems like a good place to work because all of the employees are so happy and friendly. I like that it’s independently owned and operated - makes me feel like my money is staying more local than if I were to order off chewy or purchase at Target. Would highly recommend!

They have a bath in the back and I love it! Waterproof aprons.. fresh towels..and several shampoo options for your pup. Leaving both my pitties get treats at the front counter and they love that 🥴😁

Very disappointed with this location's self service dog wash room. Floors and all the stations were dirty. Also, I reported to management that ALL of the towels were folded nicely with pet hair ALL OVER THEM. So, Thank God I brought my own towel. Unfortunatly, my dog developed a red rash that had to be treated for days. However, the staff here was phenomenal. Very friendly and engaged with my dog. I've used the location in Huntsville alot and absolutely LOVED IT.

This pet store has all the essentials you need, and while the shelf-prices can appear at face value a bit overprice compared to places like Wal-Mart and Publix, if you join their pet rewards program, you can actually find some great deals. Also, at the front of their store, be on the lookout for their clearance racks - always a great deal to be found there if you're not picky about what brand you're getting for your furry family members.

This is the only pet store that carries the food my cats love, now if they could carry their litter (ökocat original) that would make my day and make it so that I don't have to go all the way up to 280 by the Summit to go to the Petco just to get their litter that helps one of my cats with her asthma

My Shih Tzu had a chicken allergy and I did not even know it the older cashier lady which probably in her sixties asked me what color is my dog and that kind of struck me strange and I told her he is a white Shih Tzu she said oh no please do not buy him chicken most white small dogs are allergic to chicken and then that got me talkin to her about his skin he had very bad dandruff and he would itch and lick all day long and she explained to me she had a white dog small breed and he was allergic to chicken as well she took her complete time and walk me through out the entire store and pointing out the best food for my dogs she even said if my dog don't like the food she would refunded even if she had to do it out of her pocket the food she picked for my dog he loves it his skin and his hair is awesome now please try this place and look for the older cashier lady she is super

My only issue was the advertising. We saw a BOGO 50% mix and match dog toys. But when we took a few toys to checkout all of them were not eligible. Very misleading. That is literally my only complaint. The staff were extremely nice. The store was very clean and prices were very comparable to other pet store. The wording of the advertising was my complaint. I will come back because you guys have items for our pups we can't find anywhere else

Very helpful staff. The sales clerk presented my options for flea control and hot spots for my daughter dog and also explained their bathing room and what products they offer with the price of their baths. My main complaint is that they're pretty pricey compared to other comparable stores.

I like pretty much everything about the store. They're always having a sale on something. And besides that, the employees are friendly too. If you're looking to purchase an animal though, they only have about 12 or 15 creatures. Not bad at all for a pet *supply* store

I love this Pet Supplies Plus! They have a self-service dog bathing room with 3 stations. They supply soap, towels, blow dryers, and aprons. It's been a lifesaver with a large dog who sheds year-round and it's affordable. The staff are the kindest people I've ever met. Andy always has recommendations and a kind word to say.

I love this place. They truly care about your pets and what they can do to help. There are several partnerships with local charities/nonprofits that benefit shelters in our community. Of course, they also carry a large supply of pet supplies and have a self-wash station for doggos.

They carry basic pet supplies, but also lower quality supplies that are unhealthy so check before hand. The place was clean and the cages appeared adequate for temporary housing although for small mammals it's always better to get them from a breeder or professional trainer. The staff is great. Unfortunately, I failed to get the name of the woman who talked to me, she had bright chunky glasses and was studying to be a vet. She seemed well versed and even recognized knew what a degu (an exotic pet I own) was. She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. If just from her this place would get 5 stars although the lack of policing by the company and negligence in ensuring only safe supplies are available is a definite and major drawback. At least the animals the were tended too seemed to not be noticeably ill.

The staff is very friendly here and they give me coupons when I don't have them. The selection is extremely limited on a lot of things and what they do have is not great quality. The pet carrier I bought for a plane trip broke after two uses. Also the staff follows you around like you are a thief, it's kinda creepy

It's a little on the pricey side, but great for when I don't have time to wait for an Amazon or Chewy order. The dead Betta fish were incredibly upsetting. Keeping them in tiny cups is cruel, and promoting the idea they'll live happily in a tiny less than a gallon tank is irresponsible.

Friendly, helpful staff. Better staff than and other brand of pet store. Pet Supplies Plus strives for customer happiness. After each visit when I purchase something, I get an email asking how my experience was in the store. They have cheap selfwash baths in the back. They have a bath card where you can save money and buy multiple baths at once. They have lots of high quality dog food brands. So so so many options on toys and treats. They have all sorts of supplies your pet would need all the way from ear cleaner to food supplements. This is definitely my go to petstore even though i live so much closer to petsmart. My experience is always 10/10 amazing with pet supplies plus. They also have to best deals if you sign up for their emails!
