Same day printing with a $30 rush fee. Customer service was excellent and the shirts came out great. We emailed our designed to Mr. Nathaniel and he did a great job executing an amazing t-shirt for my niece’s championship basketball game. I recommend this place. We needed about 20 shirts with our logo on it ASAP as well as a few custom masks. Big Frog came through quickly with professional customer service and made our logo look great on the shirts. Nathaniel was amazing at handling our order and helping us feel confident in Big Frog's service. The only issue was the mask style, they did not have any pictures online so we were a bit disappointed with the humongous mask size and that it didn't have any elastic. However, I will keep Big Frog as my go-to place for custom products!!

Big Frog has supported our kids school for many years and the T-shirts they produce each year for our Fall Fun Run are terrific. The runners look forward to getting them in their goody bags. A contest is held each year for the design selected on the Front and the school's Partners for Education are featured on the back. Big Frog's unique printing style allows for color to be used on the front and back which is great for the student artists and the corporate logos. We also love their convenient location!

I came into their store completely defeated and with little expectations because another company had printed shirts for me that came out badly. On a fluke, I contacted Big Frog and Brandy immediately told me not to worry and to come in. This was 4 days before the the event. When I arrived Brandy listened to me and instantly began to design a logo. I couldn't believe what she had done, she created 2 designs for me to choose from. Jordan was extremely helpful, going above and beyond in customer service. For example, I was lost and stuck in never-ending traffic getting to the store. I called the store just before closing to let them know that I was on the way and having trouble. I spoke with Jordan. After about 10 minutes Jordan called me back to inquire about my progress. He waited for me to get there (with an anxious pre-teen wanting a special shirt for her birthday) then patiently helped us with our order -- all after the store officially closed. His follow-up thereafter was consistent with his service and the product was just what we wanted. The low minimums and 24-hour turnaround are great! That saved me when another company (online ordered by my sis-in-law) messed up koozies for my nephew's bachelor party. Also, having a on-site designer to test drive -- and, in my case, improve -- my design is a real plus, as is being able to see it on the big screen. To my point about designers, it should be noted that Jordan Solomon was absolutely amazing. Watching him work Photoshop and other tools with incredible speed and accuracy was so much fun! He is an asset to the Big Frog team, with his skills, sense of humor, and great attitude (i.e., patience when I kept changing my mind and send screenshots to my sis-in-law for approval). I've told everyone I know about y'all. And this was my second visit. Y'all did last minute t-shirts for a cook-off about two years ago.

More than the products, it was the services that I liked. DTG printing is much faster and cheaper for a "one off" but truthfully, it was Jordan who made it all worth while. I am not sure if that was good training or just a a guy of quality character, but he was top notch in helping me. He not only guided me away from my original idea but backed up his suggestions with visible proof and great understanding as well as attempting to help me build my idea for what I wanted to convey. Truly, great guy. I hope there is some type of scholarship for a guy like that in order for him to own and operate his own store. He's young but he's going places.
