Me and my boyfriend went in this Saturday for breakfast around 10, and were thrilled with the wonderful staff and food! The service was quick and lovely, and the sandwich, oh my god the sandwich… I got the Turkey&havarti sandwich with fig jam and mustard (with added avocado) and was blown away. We also got a breakfast bowl, a blueberry/banana smoothie, and a strawberry muffin, and everything was scrummy! The interior design is beautiful and comfy, and everything was perfectly tailored for a great experience. We will absolutely be coming here again, definitely our new favorite spot for this summer! (And fall.. and winter… and spring) Thank you all so much! Also the iced coffee came with frozen coffee cubes instead of frozen water, so my drink was never watered down! Such a pleasant surprise!

Trying to get a good start to my morning and needed some different. Found this place and decided to give it a go. Great fresh options from the food to smoothies you name it I was rather impressed. The place is clean and welcoming with just a pinch of cozy if you’re sticking around to eat there. Group favorites were the bagel and lox, breakfast bowls, and the Dr.Feel-good juice. Cheers !!!

Yum! Breakfast Crunch Wrap was tasty and so fresh and clean in flavor (make sure to squeeze the lime wedge with it into the wrap)! Atmosphere is cozy and cute! Little chilly, but totally worth it due to the large windows and abundance of natural light! Go here NOW!!! :)

My partner and I are visiting from out of town, and I just had to stop in for a vegan bagel it was so good! And the staff were just lovely, super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the cafe is absolutely beautiful, if I lived here I’d come all the time.

Very cute place. Super open and bright. Lots of sunlight, plants, ect. The food and juices were both amazing. They let you sample them too if you’re unsure like I was! A little pricier, about $25 for the sandwich and juice but very good.

Stopped in for lunch today and enjoyed multiple items! Everything was delicious and all of the staff were friendly too! We enjoyed the Banh Mi, Crunchwrap, Gyro, tamarind slaw and soup of the day. All vegan foods and all delicious!! Highly recommend!

We really loved our vegan meal at Simple Cafe. The philly cheese steak and gyro were both absolutely delicious and great mimics of the traditional sandwiches! We also enjoyed the Baklava milkshake of the day! I highly suggest eating here for a nice vegan sandwich!

We were so excited to find a new place that was organic and local, as we are always visiting the same places that provide organic healthy options. Sign declares it right when you walk in. However, we noticed the milks for drinks and smoothies weren't organic, and almond milk is one of the worst due to pesticide load. With many questions we came to find that the only organic thing on the menu was strawberries and it was mid May. We truly appreciate the honesty so I give them 3 stars. Would love to change the review to find that they have sought out to have a truly healthy organic menu. At least for now, they could take the misleading sign down.

Delicious smoothie flavors & lunch options. Lovely atmosphere (lots of green plants)! It was quick and easy and healthy. Not the cheapest, but seemed like the ingredients were fresh, so you get what you pay for. A smoothie from there was a full meal for me.

Google has never pulled up Simple Cafe and Juice Bar when I search “Juice” in Asheville... and I am considering contacting Google about their error because THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I am upset I have been missing out!! The environment is spacious, roomy and bright. The vibe is chill and relaxed, and the service is with a smile and beyond helpful. I had the golden overnight oats and they were delish! Will be back for sure and for sure you should visit too.

Very cool place! The vegan Crunchwrap is incredible and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Great ambiance; lots of plants, books, comfy chairs, and nice music. I came around 9:30am and the sunlight was beautiful, coming in through the window. 4-stars only because the two female employees with colored hair that were taking the orders were a bit unfriendly. Not rude, just unwelcoming, which clashed with how inviting the environment felt.

I parked at ingles and had a short walk. I was waited on immediately at the register. I found a 50's daddio beatnik table right away my roasted veggie sandwich and tamarind side salad took a whopping 6 minutes to get. The food was delicious. Service happy.

Recently visited and ordered a lox bagel and coffee. The ambiance is nice and seems tuned to a "locals" type of place which is also nice. While the lox bagels were very tasty, the amount of salmon on them was ridiculously small. The fish barely covered the center of the bagel. For example High Five Coffee and other local establishments cover the whole bagel. We may try again to see if they will be more generous . Coffee was great.

Warm, friendly staff and a cozy, inviting atomsphere are just the start of this lovely dining experience. Everything we tried was fastastic: the smoothies, the cold brew coffee, the sandwiches, the salad, and the muffin! The prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is top notch! Highly recommended for folks eating a vegan diet or anyone who loves well made, quality, good food!!

Thank you for all the vegan options! The person at the front was so kind to answer my questions and reassure me without making me feel like a nuisance. The menu is extremely vegan friendly - all mayo, dressing, etc. are vegan unless otherwise specified on the menu... meaning you essentially have to request animal product. They have a few meat/egg items clearly labeled, but TONS of options with seitan and other meat substitutes. The gyro was SUPER yummy, perfectly textured and flavored seitan, smooth and creamy vegan tzatziki. Also, who gives you that much spinach in a side salad? It's usually just random mixed greens at other spots, because it's cheap. This places gives you a solid side salad, with a spicy garlic herb dressing! Seriously, thank you. I haven't "come out" to my family as vegan yet, and was worried about what I would find in such a small town (visiting from Denver, CO). This was THE PERFECT spot. P.S. All the non-vegans were also VERY pleased with their food - turkey sandwich, breakfast sandwiches, juice, power balls - and I doubt they even noticed all the vegan things like I did. Just another normal, but absolutely delicious café with friendly staff.

If you don’t eat meat or dairy, a reliable source for savory breakfasts - with various options - is a big deal. You can go heavy on the veggies or the meat alternative options (or actual meat, if that’s your thing). The juices are flavorful and nutritious. The inside atmosphere is lovely, but they’re pretty fast if you’re looking to carry out.

The food was so good! I got the breakfast bowl and strawberry shortcake smoothie - it was delicious! The smoothie was my favorite part, it tasted fresh and naturally sweetened. Not many places have smoothies that good - this place should be your first stop when you come to Asheville! My boyfriend got the crunch wrap supreme and he was really impressed too - this was our favorite stop in Asheville to eat! We are probably going to even stop by before we go back home. The only thing was not being able to sit anywhere - they only had a few chairs outside. So I would call ahead and just take it with you to a local park. Overall the food and smoothies were amazing.

Stopped here before driving home to NY. Got a vegan breakfast sandwich which was amazing but what surprised me was how effing good the vegan crunch wrap supreme was. We ate it like 2 hours later and it was still AMAZING. the hot sauce is sooo good and so spicy. def need to go here again when we are back in the area!!!!

Truly an awesome juice bar! This is one of the few places in town that JUICES TO ORDER (no bottles in sight). Absolutely delicious fresh juices and delightfully complex and knock-out-good smoothies. I’ve never tasted smoothies as interesting as these — they taste like decedent dessert. Pastries and snacks are so yummy (and healthy, made with integrity’s ingredients). Yet to try food, but the menu looks fabulous. Highly recommend — our favorite spot in town. Friendly staff, beautiful space to hang out with plants galore and funky retro furniture. 👌✨

The food here is incredible, not just the breakfast food but also the lunch menu. All of it. They do both vegan and non vegan food, but this is hands down my favorite spot for vegan eats in a city with a lot of REALLY great options. Literally everything I've tried is amazing. The vegan crunchwrap supreme was always my favorite, and then they added a vegan lunch burrito to the menu that is now tied for my favorite. So oftentimes when i get lunch takeout, i have to get both, and ALSO have to get either something else i'm in the mood for or something new to try. For breakfast I'm a huge fan of the vegan lox bagel (they use Joeys bagels...yum) and any of the juices. But honestly it's all amazing. Oh and the hot sauce...I'm no connoisseur of hot sauces but theirs is my favorite ever because it's both sneakily very hot and actually really really tasty at the same time. They should bottle that up and sell it it's so good!!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We were in Asheville for four days and ate at Simple three times. All of the vegan options that we tried were simply amazing. Portions are generous and the prices are totally reasonable. Food this good and no vegan tax gets 5 stars. We went for lunch 2 days in a row and then grabbed the most amazing breakfast burrito on the morning of our long drive back to S. Florida. We can't wait to visit Asheville again soon; first stop, Simple Cafe.

I have never had a meal here that I've disliked. The staff is friendly and awesome. My favorites from Simple are the Thai Nectar juice, Cocoa for coconut smoothie, and their vegan bahn mi (which is the best bahn mi I've ever had). But seriously, you can't go wrong with any of their items!

I honestly can’t remember if I’ve ever written a restaurant review, but I had to do it for this place because the name needs to get out there. Possibly the best affordable vegan food in Asheville, and it’s not even a vegan restaurant. Everything is new, fresh, and creative. It feels like the chefs are allowed free reign with their ideas here, because this place stands above and beyond any other vegan food I’ve had in Asheville, and I’ve lived here my whole life. Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic. So excited that there’s finally a restaurant where people care about the food they’re serving, and not just that they’re serving it!

The best vegan burger in AVL! So far everything I’ve had has been tasty, the bahn mi being one of my favorites. The only thing is that I wish they used soy free items (like Mayo) for vegans who can’t tolerate soy products

Fresh, organic, creative and delicious! Kind staff and comfortable peaceful atmosphere. Loved the roast beef sandwich and side slaw. (Craved it again today!) My hubby’s carrot cake smoothie was ridiculous!! Sooo good and hard to believe that it was healthy as it tasted like a carrot cake milkshake! YUM! I had just ran the Asheville Marathon and needed something healthy and Simple Cafe & Juice Bar was certainly delicious. The açaí bowl was great and refreshing! This is a cute spot for sure.

I went to this cute little café to do some school work, and what I ordered was fantastic, the coffee was so delicious and I was over the moon. The only thing I would critique is that they play their music a little too loud for my liking, I actually had to leave and finish my schoolwork elsewhere because of that. Otherwise great café!
