Decently priced kayak rentals 20/hr, packed beach but the kayak section is separate, water is decently clean, warm, not overly supervised but you're provided safety equipment

I will definitely recommend this place it's big beautiful and has plenty of things to do anything from kayaking, horseback riding, swimming and more. Visit and enjoy stop at the office so you would get information on available spots for the day and just a heads up you take care of your own trash so bring extra bags for your visit.

Usually a great place to take a walk. Lots of trails to venture off into. Has a lake to swim in. Bathhouse. Huge field to play football or whatever. Pavilion that can be reserved. I say usually because due to COVID the gates are closed and you can’t get to the trails unless you park and walk a long walk.

Their were guys smoking pot on the beach! The lifeguard kept blowing the whistle every two seconds for stupid things. Idk Lincoln woods is kinda getting ridiculous 😬 Water quality was great tho

We got a spot under the tree to keep in the shade if we wanted to. After a couple of minutes another lady that was under the tree spotted an eagle 🦅 in the tree . It blended right in up there. I took a couple of pictures but it's still hard to see in there . See if you can spot it. I'll give you a hint,it has yellow talon's. I'm sure it was an eagle and not a big hawk. It was huge.

I love to see the sunset in that place. In summer they rent Kayak, I have never done it, but for someone who likes it, the information may be useful

This state park has something for everyone. We use the sand beach, the boat launch for our kayaks, the sites you can rent cheap for parties/get togethers, and the walking/hiking paths. The sand beach is the only place our dog isn't allowed.

I love walking there especially in the fall and winter when the loop road is closed to traffic. It’s also great for mountain biking, road biking and bouldering.

Such a beautiful beach, it’s clean and so is the water. There is a concession stand, bathroom and changing rooms and showers. There are also life guards from 7-8am to 7pm. The only complaint is the ducks because if you bring food to eat on the beach they might come close but that it, over all it’s good.

Is a good place for a walk as far enjoying the water the lifeguards don't let people go over 4 feet deep they are just kids with a little power controlling people.

This is my go to park year round running hiking biking, fishing and just about any other outdoorsy thing that you'd want to do.being super close to the city and makes it a a very easy destination to get to to escape being in downtown Providence.

A great place to spend time whether Walkin reading a book the trails fun and clean the park is well kept up and very well policed a wonderful place to spend you're spare time I spend my time there after reading my book walking deep in the woods collecting bottles and cans from the 60s and 70s when things were different I did over 100 pounds the month of August in the northeast corner
