Hi we hosted a small birthday party for my daughter recently. It was very easy to understand all the different kind of options for three parties and what was included. It was great that we are able to email out the waiver to sign before the party to make things easier. We had great communication with the party manager. She was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. It was very easy to check in all the kids at the birthday party and very helpful to have the dolly to bring items to the party room. Once the party started about 45 minutes in we were able to begin to decorate the room. They offered items to help but we brought our own. The helper was there to help us with anything in the room. I was glad she was there to help. Overall I felt the party went very well and glad we booked it at defy. See you next time.

My daughter had a birthday party here. We did the 3 hour package. It was...3 hours too long for me. Lol I give this place 4.9 stars. The sheer amount of people here was overwhelming. It was WAY too crowded. I guess there's no limit? Didn't look very fun waiting to jump. That being said, my daughter enjoyed it. Luckily I was able to fins a place upstairs to sit and watch the girls. We had 15 girls total 10-11 y/o. $35 each. That included 2 hours of jumping and then an hour party room. I had ordered an extra pizza so 4 total. Should have gotten just 3 and probably only cheese. They provided table coverings, plates, cups, napkins and forks in your color choice. They also had a lighter in case you needed it for candles. Our party host did a great job and I tipped him. The best part was no clean up! If you're in a room upstairs, they'll carry everything up so it's waiting for you when it's time for your party. You'll have to carry any gifts down though. Second best part is I didn't have to worry about party favors because they give them a water bottle with a sticker and hour jump pass in it which the girls were absolutely thrilled about! Also, our girls were done with the party after 45 minutes and asked if they could jump for the remaining 15 minutes. Our party attendant heard and got them new wrist bands so they could which was super sweet!

We came here today to spend some time jumping. The kids love coming here to jump do flips and do the ninja warrior course. Lots of staff around and they all were friendly. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean. We'll definitely be back. They have didn't membership options if you're interested.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here with 13 kiddos (including her) and that many or more parents. It was an incredible experience from top to bottom. The kids had a blast, check in was a breeze, and I cannot say enough amazing things about our party host, Nathan. He had everything set up before I even realized it, was kind to all the kids, poured our drinks, served the food and was so kind and polite it felt like he was just an extra helpful friend/family member and not an employee. Every single person I dealt with from booking to end of party was kind, helpful, professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend having a kiddo party here. Thanks for making it so easy!

Just perfect. The staff were so good to us. The goodie bags provided were great. The party rooms were clean and everything provided even the cake cutting utensils. They even provided a t-shirt everyone signed. Just so sweet. Will definitely do this again, and it was worth every penny. Thank you, Defy, for making my boy’s and his friends have such a good time.

Great staff and always a great experience. My 7 year old son loves going to jump around for an hour and plays dodgeball. They have staff on hand to keep an eye on all of the kids (you sign a waiver and obviously need to keep an eye on them as well). Having a birthday party there is turn key. Nothing to setup or clean up. Very easy. Big hit.

Overall a great place for children! Good: Wonderful place for kids! Lots of stuff to play with especially if you like jumping and adventures! Also, even for adults like us, we still had a great time jumping and doing the “fall from high” thing, which is super fun! Bad: Honestly, not a lot to do for adults, which is why we stayed less than 1 hour, even though we paid for 90 minutes. Also, personally I think they lack a little maintenance and management here. For example, for some high risks activities, they don’t always have staff to stand by or watch over, and one program was broken but there’s so sign stating that (or anyone onsite to fix it).

We love this place but they do need to have the appropriate aged people setting up party rooms. The last 2 times we came for parties we had to remind the staff to get our shirt, plastic bottles, the free visit coupons, and our drinks. But still love this place and we always have a good time.

This place is awesome!! I went with 8 kids and they had so much fun. Defy Nashville is huge, and has a great variety of obstacle courses and trampolines. It was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!! Defy Nashville is definitely better than Defy Clarksville!

We enjoyed jumping here, the facility was clean and although it was busy the staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy. This place is perfect for kids and young adults. We will definitely be back!

This place is huge and lots to do. Very chaotic. My kids loved it. Safety staff doesn't really pay attention and I had to approach them twice because other kids were doing very unsafe things and they weren't paying attention.

wow. just wow. i loved every second of every trampoline and would highly recommend that everyone else get their butts over there immediately - if not for the fun - for the cool guy who works there, Nathan. he is fierce and fresh and only hits the kids sometimes:) overall a 10/10 experience.

We loved everything about my nephew's birthday party my daughter loved it she said she liked it better than Urban Air but before it was over with she said the fire was better than Urban Air the only reason I gave four stars instead of five is this little boy was running around in the area where it said children under so and so must have a parent or guardian this little boy come running off of basketball court slammed right into my great niece busted her lip wide open we followed the little boy around for a little while trying to find his parents or whoever made us wonder if that little boy was there by himself he couldn't have been no more than six we finally gave up on finding a parent but my nephew was very upset that his daughter got her lip busted like that and nobody around then we lost a set of car keys down in them foam blocks somewhere this other guy lost his cell phone on the trapeze swing him and his son Doug and Doug and Doug until the attendant told them we have people wanting to play y'all have to get out of the way I don't know if they ever found the phone and those blocks on the very very bottom was very dirty and nasty worried me about Little critters being down in the bottom other than the dust and cobwebs and trash 5 ft under the foam blocks it was great we loved it although I think about once a month they should pull those blocks vacuum whatever is under those blocks and clean it up a little bit cuz I have a big fear of spiders I've been bit by a brown recluse my brother was also bit by brown recluse my adopted granny was bit by brown recluse lost her leg set up infection and passed away other than those little flaws it was awesome.....

Almost consistently good trips.. seems hit or miss on if the staff is gonna be on point. Drove 2 hours to get here after I got told we'd have no problems on the phone, then they told me I'd have to wait 2.5 hours after I arrived.. I get it but at the same time why would they say one thing and do another? By the time we got in we paid 80 dollars for Like 2.5 hours of jumping.. left a bad taste in our mouths..

It is a fun place for kids to get energy out, but so many parents just drop kids off unsupervised, and it is just mayhem. When unsupervised teen/preteen boys physically bully little kids, defy does not call parents of the kids(there were several witnesses to the incident, defy asked them to leave but did NOT call their parents), so the unsupervised kids didn’t get any real consequences to their actions.

We went during toddler time, and it was great! Everything was open for the kids to try out and this place is huge! Ninja courses, super jump trampoline, dodgeball, basketball, foam pits, regular trampolines, etc. We have come 2 days in a row now and will be back for a 3rd tomorrow! Toddler time is 9-10am M-F

This is such a fun place! So many trampolines to jump on! But also trampoline basketball goals, dodge ball, obstacle courses, high jumps, kids area and an upstairs lounge with birds eye view of the entire place for parents (or anyone else) that prefers to chill and just watch. There are huge foam blocks to jump into. But beware, it’s like quick sand in there for some reason. They are keeping good Covid precaution practices as well. Limiting time and amount of people per time block. Plenty of space to keep 6ft apart. And plenty of staff cleaning.

I love it. I have 2 suggestions. 1. Put a couple of seats by the tire and tunnel. There isn't anywhere for grandparents to sit to watch their grandchildren. 2. Have bracelets like Chucky Cheese and make the children check all. This is a bad place for a possible abduction.

So much fun! Best indoor park around. We hosted my son's 3rd birthday here recently and they did a very good job if helping it go smoothly. Everyone had a blast and we will be back. The jumping area is huge and divided into different sections. They have a ninja warrior area, Dodge ball, foam pit, little kids area and much more. If you are a parent watching right now they have massage chairs to sit in and watch! A must go!

DEFY is a great place to go with friend or your family. The environment is clean, staff is friendly and they have many trampolines and obstacles that’s extremely cool. My nieces, nephews and I enjoyed ourselves from the beginning until it was time to go. Will definitely return.

I wanted to give this place a positive review but I can’t… we brought our kids here and the two positive things are that the place has a ton of stuff to do and it was clean however the amount of staff is not sufficient. Kids doing whatever they want and it will most likely result in someone getting injured. I’ve been to other trampoline parks and staff is needed to keep things flowing and the little ones safe. We will try again in hopes that things change because like I said it’s a really nice place but parents need to keep an eye on their children, especially the smaller ones.

The venue is awesome. The staff is nothing but teens/young adults and they don't monitor or enforce any rules. There were several kids jumping around in their shoes. Pretty sure that's not allowed, but the staff did nothing about it. Big kids running over little kids. The activities should each have a staff member present and running the show, but they are not.

AboveAll Extreme Air is a huge facility by comparison to nearly all of its Middle Tennessee competitors. AboveAll is 2 to 3 times as big as the other trampoline venues with 4 to 5 times as many activities. The price point is comparable to the other facilities, again, with AboveAll having much more to offer. This is our new jump center going forward.

This place is amazing! They have everything possible from aerial silks, zip lines, trampoline floors, , and a ninja warrior- like area. It has a great atmosphere, love the music, and the staff is super nice! Our toddlers lost their minds and we got in a great workout too lol. One of our favorite places to go!

My kids had a ball here. It wasn't packed with kids everywhere and on top of each other, like some other jump places. They were able to experience all of the attractions multiple times. All of the attractions were operable, too! We'll be back.

Allot of people, the older kids made it hard for the younger kids to enjoy their time there. it is a pretty neat place but I do not plan on going again due to the amount of people, the price and the time allotted for the price. I spent more time stepping in to ensure my children were able to participate as the older kids would cut line over and over again. You also have to pay $3 for a pair of socks for each person who is jumping.

This place was amazing I couldn't explain how awesome it was. Even though I came on one of the busiest days I could still get on the trampolines because of the amount they have and they also have super trampolines, foam pits, slack lines, zip lines, an air bag that you jump in to from about 7, 5, or 3 feet, a entire area for parents to sit where you can see the entire building. It was just crazy 10/10 would always recommend. Also. A huge ninja area.

Defy was so much fun for all of us! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did the two hour jump time and that was perfect. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five was the cleanliness of the entrance and bathroom. However, people were throwing trash everywhere and this was no fault of the staff. I would give ten stars if I could...We had my stepdaughters party there tonight, and we were late because of miscommunication and the staff was soooo amazing! They let us get our wristbands and we ended up having plenty of time to play. We will definitely be back, my children had so much fun. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly. It was clean. Not overcrowded. Plenty of snacks. We had a blast. Also HUGE props to the guy at the front. I think his name was Grant.. or something close to that. He was so friendly and completely changed our mood around instantly when we walked in. I can't brag on him enough. He was so kind. Fun, pretty clean, typical trampoline park. The ninja warrior course is small but challenging. The foam pit options are nice. It is pricey and kinda lame that they make you buy their socks. The bathrooms were pretty gross and had no paper towels, and it was super busy, but otherwise was a fun time for my toddler and my teen.

I took my staff here for the After Hours Unlimited group offering. We had the entire facility to ourselves for two hours and we loved every minute! Thoroughly recommend!

My kids absolutely love coming here. And I love using the massage chairs. However everytime we are there the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to leave reviews for places but the bathrooms are consistently dirty and smelly.

There were only 2 people working. It took over 15 minutes to check in and after waiting in line, I had to fill out the waiver and get back in line. It was extremely crowded. I came with my 3 year old and almost 2 year old and won’t be back. There was not a safe place for younger kids and I had to keep constant watch for bigger kids. It would be a better place for older kids in my opinion. Urban Air has so much more to offer.

Way cooler than the average trampoline park. Lots of cool elements (ninja area, zip line, trapeze…). My 4yr old had the best time. Well priced compared to our out-of-town park! Definitely keep a close eye on your kid though, it’s basically a free-for-all. Way less rules or monitoring than our home park. It works, as long as you watch your kid!

Great for all ages! From young to old, everyone had a great time jumping around and going on the ninja warrior obstacles! Even if you can't participate, it was great to watch your friends fall in the foam pit and struggle across the harder obstacles 😂😅 Make sure to empty your pockets before enjoying the foam pit areas and watch for young kids jumping around the area you're playing

Brought three other people on my first visit and had a time. Tried to go before peak weekend hours -so we arrived at about 10am- and it was already packed with parents standing in groups, conversing, and their children, running around, rules out the window. An extensive waiver needed to signed at the forefront of the day. And I could immediately see why, as I observed several kids nearly falling face-first down some steep steps, nearly as tall as they were, -with no supervision- beside the zipline. The step edges have a strip of plastic that is about as firm as the steps themselves -I would’ve thought some beefy foam or similar thing would be standard-, and there are exposed iron girders throughout the building that could make for a painful collision. They also have corrugated-metal trash bins just sitting out there with sharp edges just daring someone to run by them. They do provide a lot of options for jumping and swinging and bouncing. Sporting a very large facility with very climate-controlled environment. So, that was a plus. There’s a water fountain in the exit hallway which was a godsend. The only other option is the paid snack bar. You can do pretty much everything you’ll want in about an hour. A disinterested crew was sparsely spread out across the place with most on their phones in the front hallway by the party rooms. It being one of the only options in the area really makes it hard to say not to go, but it could use some improvements. Hope this was useful to someone.

Such a fun place! Prices reasonable depending on memberships and amounts of time. Definitely more fun for older ages (missing the ball pit and play gym that Urban Air has for youngsters). But still a great time for all ages!!

You don’t want my review. As a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 8 I am accustomed to mayhem…however, Defy takes the concept of mayhem to a whole new level! I was very surprised that the staff was not more interactive with the children, and that there was no one watching the exit door. I saw no cleaning happening for the multiple hours I was an observer. Did the kids have fun? YES! Will I take them back? NO. I am thankful for the concept of an indoor play area for the children to get exercise during the cold season, however the execution was poor at best.

Above All is always fun. They have recently added some new attractions and trampolines, and are finishing up some more exciting things, including an indoor zipline. The new stunt fall tower is a blast where you jump or fall into a huge airbag just like movie stunt doubles. In June 2019 Above All is changing its name to Defy. It is still under the same ownership, but the new areas and rebranding are giving patrons much more to look forward to!

Nice, clean facility with lots of open space for multiple trampolines and activities. Not very accommodating for young children (under 5) as it seems to be catered more towards older kids. Cheaper pricing for those under 6 and accompanying parents (like competitors) would be appreciated.

awesome place! lots of fun and unique things to do! there was a lot of work in progress stuff for some trampolines that needed repairs but i was told that there was a shift in management and that the repairs are underway with the new management. employees are nice and polite, also fun and good with kids. they are a bit understaffed but if you’re patient and gracious, it’s all good. overall, great experience.

My 7yr old had a blast there! His rating was a 5 but mine is a 4. I’m a bit more discerning than he is. 😊 The check in area floor was littered with the tags from socks and the backing from the stickers from the wristbands. I was pleased to see them cleaning the play area where the kids were though. We also noticed that we were the only people wearing observers wristbands and had to buy socks even though everybody else around had their shoes on. Overall he had fun so that’s all that really matters.

Special thanks to Fady and Larson for helping me out when I lost a sock. All I had to do was ask and they got me a replacement so I was able to keep on having fun. This is a great place to release some wiggles - for young ones and for not quite as young. The Ninja obstacles are challenging but fun. You can jump to your hearts content on the many trampolines offered. My youngest loves swinging on the silks. Any way you look at it, there’s enough for everyone to enjoy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. A great place anytime, but especially if it’s too hot to be outside or if it’s raining.

Visited DEFY for the first time today with two of my kids and two of their cousins: 4, 9, 11 & 18 yrs old. There was a wide variety of activities so your kids will definitely not get bored. We arrived at noon and I would say if you have really small kids its probably best to get there soon after opening. By 1:00/1:30pm there were a lot of older kids and the place felt more crowded. Watch your little ones in the dodge ball zone as there is no supervision. Overall we had a fun time and will be back!

This is a great spot for teenagers and children. I would say there are more opportunities for older children than younger. However, as an adult who loves to jump I think that’s great! Staff is super friendly as well.

We had the BEST experience and customer service at Defy today! It was extremely busy but that did not stop the front desk staff from offering exceptional, individualized service. Great place to let your kids burn off energy but staff have no structure...website recommend you rsvp time slots for jump times and purchase socks.. seems like none of that matters once you pay to get in your in! Arriving at the establishment parking was pretty full which was expected due to it being a saturday.. walked in there were two lines one for memebers one for online orders..one staff member working both...got to the counter and colored wristbands was given to determine your jump time ..there were a sitting area and cubbies to store shoes..no lockers available ..there was two different sides of jumping area ..one for smaller children which i thought was great but i dont think it mattered the age because older children were in the area also...kids and adults were jumping with gym shoes on so I felt I wasted money purchasing socks...you wristband color was called when your time was up..but it seems not to matter because no staff was anywhere in site to assure that the color wristband was leaving..overall my children had a great time but now I know what to expect

Let me start by saying my host was wonderful ! I loved her ! I wished I had gotten her name, but too much was going on . The party room was great ! It was big it fit everyone and it had a nice sitting area out side of it ! Checking in for a birthday party was the worst !!!! I wouldn’t have a birthday party here ever again . Checking in took so long ! I wish they would have just put my host in charge of just her party so it wouldn’t have been so long and difficult. Yes I arrived at 3:00 and told everyone else 3:15 . The party started at 3:45 . I just felt so rushed , and I felt like I didn’t get to I joy the party .

Walking in you get a 'fun times about to happen' feeling just from the set up and decor. We walked up to he counter and told the attendant we were just watching and were given the free wristbands. Then we were expected to figure it out from. That's not all bad. However asking if we had ever been there, would have been a great question from anyone. Directing us to the left and up the ramps would have been a much better start, than us walking straight through the hallway. That is where the party rooms are. It looks like it needs renovating. It could use some deep cleaning and better lighting. Feels like an old school gym. As you get up to the main area, there are, as expected, lots of trampolines in different configurations and locations. Parties for any age would be super! Even if it's for Grandad's 70th, all the kids can play and he gets to watch the fun! There are large pits with large blocks of foam. Those are fun just to jump in! They have a Zipline over a large long foam pit on one side. But it was closed. They have a trapeze but it was closed. They have a fairly high tower to jump off of. The littles were really enjoying the challenge. They definitley need more attendants! There were three that seemed to appear for games. One girl lead the games while the two guys sat around the main area and watched. There was one guy who I would see from time to time during our 2-hour ticket time walking around. Other than him on the floor, I only saw several other people who spent all their time going up and down the stairs getting paper goods for birthday parties. Why are they stored upstairs when the rooms are downstairs? There was a guy who must have worked there, as he seemed to do what he wanted moving a basketball hoop over against the big pad for high jumps then he had his cameras set up to record the tricks he did off the trampolines. As entertaining as it was to watch, if he works there, maybe he could record himself on slow days or before opening? It blocked the whole walkway. One good thing about not having lots of attendants, is you don't feel like you have the safety police standing over you. That has been the case in several places we have been to before. Here you can pretty much run around and have fun! We really liked the area straight back which actually has Ninja Warrior challenges. Haven't ever seen that before but always thought it would be a great idea for a trampoline place! The two basketball trampoline areas there in the back are SO fun! There is one activity area that need immediate attention. It is the swinging rope as you come up the stairs. There are two huge, firm vinyl-covered pieces you climb up on and stand on to swing from one to the next. However, in between there isn't anything but cement flooring!! That really should be addressed. Lastly, for your planning, 1they do not have any 'food' for sale. They do have some snacks, water, Gatorade(?) some soda and frozen Icee-type drinks. From reading online we had planned to eat a pizza while we were there. When we went it order one, we were told that they only have pizzas for the party rooms and those are ordered from a local place and delivered. BUT good news, they did say they are planning on having a kitchen so they can offer pizza. Please put more big vinyl pieces for 'sitting' all over. Upstairs along the fencing and down on the main floor. There is congestion as you come into the center mostly because that is where most of the available places to sit and watch or hold a baby etc is. Upstairs needs some more tables. (Those will be added with the pizza we are guessing.) 🙂 Lastly we recommend you have someone sit by the door. Or make it part of staff station rotations. There needs to be someone there to not only see who is coming in and what they are doing, but also who is going out!

This place has SO MANY cool activities beyond the many trampolines! A zip line, trapezes, slack lines, and obstacle courses. They were all fun to try with the safety of the foam pits below. I was there with my college age daughter (I’m in my 50s) and we had a great time. Lots of the smaller kiddos to do. And we even enjoyed watching some of the really experience Las guys doing amazing tricks. I’ve decided to buy a summer pass. A great time and a fantastic workout!

I try not to write reviews very often. I like to write reviews that appropriately reflect my experience. Simply put my experience here at DEFY can be attributed to a gentleman named Maruiel. I hope I spelt that correctly. Nevertheless, because of the effort of the staff and the excellent hospitality I will be returning, and this business will become one of, if not the first business I think of attending when looking for a fun filled family friendly experience for a day or night. Whilst leaving I also got a slight glimpse of the nightlife they offer, and it seems incredibly interesting I will most likely also attend for a fun night out!

My oldest son is 6 years old and absolutely LOVES this place! Very laid back and fun atmosphere. Lots of room for parents to sit and watch their kids play or get in there and jump with them because anyone can jump! I also have a 9 month old so we just sat on a roomy couch and watched big brother play. You have to buy socks (around $3) which are available at the front desk because they have grippers on the bottom of them. It was under $20 for my son to jump for an hour. Not bad at all!

I do feel like some parts of the facility should be closed off for some young children who like to bounce continuously, especially in the back where the wall walkers/runners are. Buying tickets and signing waivers online was a waste of my money, and time. I bought the tickets for 2 adults and my 2 year old thinking we’d be able to walk right in, sign in and get our wrist bands and be on our way to play- it does advertise that doing do allows someone to “skip the queue.” In reality, we had to wait in a crazy busy line for easily over 30 minutes, and had I not already bought the tickets I never would have stayed so I felt trapped. There was no organization in the lobby, people were just standing in big groups blocking the front counter, lines weren’t moving at all, and it was just ridiculous. I think that someone working there really needs to make it so 1. There’s a reason to buy tickets online 2. Encourage people to know what they are purchasing before getting to the front (not kidding, multiple people ahead of me had to count multiple times trying to decide what they want) and 3. Figure out how to move lines along, for example, not letting a mom and dad have their 6 grown kids put their socks on and wrist bands on blocking the line waiting to pay holding the line up. My first experience there was great, but last night was absolutely disappointing and I doubt I’ll be back. There’s no encouraging people to stand so far apart, and while I get going is taking a risk anyways, there are no precautions that they are taking to make it any safer... allowing 8-10 people in heards just standing in the lobby with no concern to anyone else. Many people around me were irritated with the whole process as well. Like I said, I loved it the first time I went but my experience last night was enough to find a different trampoline park that runs a little smoother and has a leader who knows what their doing.

Great place to take the kids to burn some energy and have a blast. I am a helicopter dad when at this place though. There can be some older guys that like to play dodgeball with the kids and think they should hit a little kid in the face with a ball. This happens about every time I am there. There seems to be pretty slack young adults watching over most areas. Still a great place for the kids and I would recommend going. There passes are pretty good deals as well if you can snag one before going!

During my experience at Defy there was this terrific girl named "Gracie" that took time out of her busy schedule to tell me and my family all about the activities, fun things offered by Defy. She was a very well mannered, polite, and caring person. She made my family and especially my children feel very welcomed at Defy. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the fact then when I returned to Defy that she is no longer employed. Why would any form of management let such a terrific employee go??? Shame on you Defy management. This place would be a sure 5 star review if GRACIE was still employed. I still can't believe this.

Everyone had a blast! 2 complaints re pandemic times: NO hand sanitizer to be seen in the entire play area (just the lobby) and hardly a mask in sight... but my local friend told me the restriction was lifted for this county. The lobby area where you put your shoes in a cubby was pretty filthy.

Great trampolines, awful front door. As my niece was walking out the front door, the door fell off the hinges and was hanging sideways and almost fell on her! My brother in law picked it up before it fell down completely. My brother in law and my brother put it back on the hinges while a DEFY employee stood there shocked that the door fell off.

We booked my 6 year old daughter's birthday party here and had a good time. There was plenty of room in the private party room. The pizzas we ordered were there on time and the drinks were cold. My only complaint is that things felt rushed. The check in process was very confusing! The staff assumed adults weren't jumping without asking to confirm so a lot of our party had to check in twice. By the time the entire party was checked in and jumping it was like we wasted 10-15 minutes of out time. Be sure to get there a few minutes early when you go. I wish the paperwork would have mentioned that. 45 minutes in the party room is also not a lot of time to eat lunch, eat cake, and open gifts. Again, it felt very rushed. Perhaps extended the party time to 2.5 hrs with an hr in the party room. Also, our party "helper" was nice and helpful when prompted but was very timid and I would have appreciated a little more from her. This was our first time so I had to ask her a lot of questions.

My kids had a good time,,, however while there I noticed a place where the rubber on the sides had not been maintained and 3-4 metal screws were sticking out in the play area. I told 2 staff in their black/ white shirts about it. The first guy did nothing. The second lady was nice and went and got a supervisor. He came to see it and still did absolutely nothing to fix it and walked away. This was in the back in front of the vertical red/black poles. About 45 minutes later as I was leaving a little girl about 5 years old sliced her foot on it. All they had to do was put a sign or something and close it down until it could have been glued or tacked back up. Do these people care about the safety of the kids? Not today.

We had our son's birthday party here. He and the other children had fun. However, I agree with another person that posted that it's not a good value. Wait times were long even for birthday checkin. The party room was not setup. My wife and I gave them a little time while the children were playing to see if maybe they were running a little behind. When she asked, the response was "oh, we set that up?" Drinks and other things weren't ready in our room as well. The hostess kept disappearing for awhile on runs so we ended up serving some of the food and drinks to the children. The room also had some food on the floor from another party. We've had better overall party hosting experiences elsewhere. I do like the free play time as opposed to structured play time. The children were able to play on what they wanted when they wanted. They do not have ice, so bring your own or bring cold drinks and have them put them in the fridge. You can also buy cold ones there. The staff was friendly, just not efficient. We will probably be back in the future but most likely won't do a party.

It was a lot of fun and everything was very entertaining for the kids..however you'd think the employees would be more energetic and kid friendly. This place was awesome! Came here on a Saturday with our entire extended family. Easy to get in and register and sent several hours having a blast. My kids loved the dodge ball, as well as the American Ninja Warrior section. So fun! Will definitely return!

Had our son's birthday here. It was a good experience overall but not a great value for the money. Pros: They communicate beforehand and get your pizza order. The room was ready and the table was already set with plates cups and napkins which is great. They also provide socks for each jumper. Cons : Very expensive for the level of service they provide. They do have a party attendant that eventually shows up to help bring in and serve the pizza, cake and soda. The birthday coordinator at the front writes down the guests and gives out socks (most of which were way too small for 9 year old boys and girls). After the event they ask if you want to tip the teenager assigned to serve the pizza and cake. I did leave a tip then scratched my head afterwards about why I did. The price should include it especially since they are for the most part just passing out pizza and cake. I had half the jumpers than anticipated (7 instead of 15) so they gave me some 1 hour vouchers that are only valid Mon. through Fri. We won't have birthdays here in the future.

Went with a Groupon, so price was good, but even without, it's probably usually worth it. We did not opt for a monthly pass, but we might consider it in the future. The space was not crowded first thing in the morning, but with COVID, so I'm not sure what it's normally like. We went during COVID, and a bunch of the things to jump and play on were off limits, but I'd say more than half was still open and usable. That being said, there was a lot to do here! There are a number of basic trampolines, but there was a dodgeball setup, basketball, obstacle courses, ninja warrior courses, trapeze, rope, and slackline setups -- the works. Kids had a blast and the experience was definitely worth having. However, the staff working the floor were not the friendliest. I wouldn't say they were unfriendly, but they were certainly aloof. For a good portion of the time we were there, there were a handful of employees glued to their cell phones. This is nothing that would spoil the fun, but I didn't see the need to have the staff there to just do that.

We have been several times with adults and kids. Everyone has a ton of fun here. There are many things to do inside and you don’t usually have to wait too long for anything. Sometimes certain kids will occupy something for the entire time so it would be nice if they had staff monitoring to make sure everyone has a chance to enjoy all of the attractions. They try to make you buy their socks which are the exact same as the socks I bought at another place, same brand and everything. I lied and said we bought them there because I’m not buying all my kids another pair of the same socks to say I bought them from above all.

While the place is great for older kids I’m constantly disappointed in the lack of staff to keep the older children out of the six and under area. There’s often a staff member near the area just sitting and playing on their phone or Apple Watch and occasionally glancing around but never says anything about the teenagers jumping in that area. I’m constantly having to do it myself because the sign on the wall is clearly not enough to keep older children out. I would like this place a lot more of I felt keeping my younger children safe in their own area was a priority. Really disappointing to see the staff only cares about the older children and teenagers that come to the facility. This place is far too expensive for me to feel that way.

I took my daughter during spring break and they had a whole spring break selfie area which added to the fun. The super trampolines were our favorite outside of the tightrope and trapeze. Lots to do to keep you occupied for an hour. Clean and cheerful. Spacious with plenty of seating for adults who don’t want to jump with their kids.

Defy was a great time. The kids enjoyed burning energy and had a blast! I will have to say though, it wasn’t as clean and safe as I pictured after reading the “extensive Covid protocols they apparently follow.” Mask requirements are not in place and the cashier claimed it was a facility large enough to socially distance. Although, it was pretty packed with large groups and little to no social distancing. Most of the guests were not wearing masks and was very unsettling. The facility also wasn’t the cleanest. I will try Defy out again once Covid hopefully ends.

All of our guests had a ball at my son’s 10th birthday party! Above All does a wonderful job of communicating ahead of time to ensure that all of the details of the party are taken care of. We were able to order extra pizzas electronically and bring any additional foods and drinks that we wanted. That was definitely a plus, because many places limit what you can bring. I would suggest bringing bottled water and then just ordering whatever additional drinks you want from Above All. Our flyers were quite thirsty after all the fun. Do the waiver at home, the line can be long. We were there for a birthday party which was very well run, however, when we left there was a sign that they were sold out for the next two hours so keep that in mind if you decide to drop by rather than buying your ticket in advance. Of all the indoor jump parks in Asheville this is by far the best. They understand that there is a big difference between a seven-year-old and a two-year-old. It is so nice to be able to take small children somewhere to play without the worry of them getting knocked around and stepped on by older kids. I greatly appreciate they set aside a time for younger kids to come in. My four-year-old and one-year-old have a blast every time we come. So much that my four-year-old is always kicking in screaming because he does not want to leave. This was a very nice, modern trampoline park. It has many combinations of trampolines, foam pits, and stations such as a trapeze, obstacle courses, and Dodge ball. My grandkids visited, so I took them here for an hour. It was our first time in a place like this. They seemed to have a good time, but I did not care for it because of their Extremely Loud Music. It's good to have music, but that loud is ridiculous. I don't see how it helps the experience at all. I don't think it helps with safety because you can't even yell and get your child's attention if you need to, or yell and get anyone's attention, for that matter. And I think it's too expensive.

Brought my girls to this place on my middle child’s 9th birthday and we loved it, I brought along my 4 siblings, sister in law and nephew and we all had so much fun. It was more expensive than other jumping places I’ve been but the money was worth it, everything was clean (except restrooms, there were theee stalls and only two were clean) besides that we all loved it there. We will definitely be back but next time on a Friday to save money as I have a pretty big family. I liked how there’s sitting areas everywhere inside for those parents that do not like/want to jump but still want to be close to their kids. I also saw a section they have upstairs with TVs playing sports channels and massage chairs, what I do not know is if that area is exclusive for parties or is open for all. Also after 9 they turn off the lights and the whole place has neon/black lights everywhere, I am not sure if that would be good for parents with small children as everything looked pretty dark inside, but it definelty looks very cool and fun for teenagers and older people. Thankfully our time was up at 9pm, so we didn’nt get to be in there with the lights off. We were there for two hours and it was just enough for all 11 of us.

I am giving this 3 stars due to the ease of planning of the party on the front end, however, the day of the party did not go smoothly. Our party room was booked so closely behind another group that it was not ready on time. In addition, the staff appeared to be very unorganized which created a chaotic atmosphere for the party. I was fine I guess. I was just disappointed. The back hallway by the bathrooms, beverage machines and som party rooms is smelly. And, It was very loud, not crowded, but music blaring! And my kids only got to jump for 45 minutes when they called their wrist band time up. So be prepared- it is not a 60 min hour. At Above All, 1 hour is really 45 mins.

I've been to Above All several times as a family fun night and we have enjoyed it. The last 2 times the staff has seemed more on edge and have forgotten how to have good customer service. Tonight someone blew the whistle at my son because he laid down 2 seconds too long on the super jumper. It was obnoxious and unnecessary as my son had hit his head and stopped jumping. I understand safety and appreciate this initative. I, however, do not need someone to be rude for the sake of a power trip. Please work on the customer service of your staff. Also felt like there were too many people on staff today and it was weird as everything we did was heavily watched by several people.

My kids really love Above All. They looked forward to it all day. We got there a little before 9, there was hardly anyone there and they were ecstatic because there was music playing and cool lighting. Things turned very depressing when we got to the counter and was told it was only for ages 15 and up. They let in a limited number of people at a time so it never got too crowded. We did an hour and a half and it was enough for my 9 and 11 year olds. Started off rough. The girl at the front desk wasn't very helpful at all and was very rude (Maravel). It was a group of 5 of us, I wasn't jumping and instead of telling me in the 10 minutes that it took us to sign in, she did not once tell me that I needed a waiver and bracelet to go and watch everyone jump. Instead, the girl telling the rules at the top had to tell me. The facility was nice though. The front desk staff should definitely make sure that they're doing their job to their full extent.

This place is so fun!...for the kids, yeah that's what I meant :) Seriously though, it is fun for anyone who wants to jump around in a huge open area with so many things to do! They have a wide open jumping area, two basketball hoops with a run-up trampoline, a trapeze bar to swing out over a foam pit, other foam pits to do flips or whatever into, and a "ninja" section that has obstacles like American Ninja Warrior! It doesn't get 5 stars though, because it has lots of quirky rules, which isn't that big of a deal, except that the employees are not helpful until you look dumb for not following them. AFTER you do something against the rules, the employees are there to tell you that you did it wrong or aren't allowed. It gets frustrating and tiresome. One main thing is that they have a "homeschool" rate if you bring kids that are homeschooled, but they don't tell you they have that rate available, they make you ask for it. When you have kids there to play that should be in school, unless they're homeschooled, that seems like a clue to me, but they still want you to ask for the special rate. Also, they make you buy socks with rubber strips on the bottom now. Never used to, but now they do...again, they act like you're goofy if you didn't know and then you must pay another 3 or 4 dollars a pair for the ones they have there. The overall experience is very fun though, and my 2 year old cried when we had to leave, that's how fun it was :'( . We'll be going more often in the winter for sure, and we'll bring our rubber bottom socks! ;)

Kids had fun...nice big trampoline park. Stars knocked off for no wet floor signs during a rain storm with very wet floors at entrance. I asked them to put one there for safety. Another star knocked off for lack of paper towels in bathroom and no air freshener for bathroom. Literally the foulest urine smells I've encountered. I realize they had a hand dryer, but paper towels not stocked in dispenser. I'd also spray paint the door handles to bathroom with silver metal Rust-Oleum...they are rusted out pretty badly.

I'll tell you what, if you're old enough to drive yourself there, do not go or you will look like a predator. My buddy and I felt very uncomfortable waiting in line with kids under the age of 12. This is the best place to jump! My kids absolutely love it! I would recommend this place to anyone of all different ages! I couldn't get my kids out of here! Definitely a really fun place to go!

This is a great location for kids and birthday parties it's very clean has plenty of space and games for people to play there's not a lot of waiting area for parents if you're not participating but I don't like the fact that you have to buy their socks just too be able to participate so it's a money grab

We love the Above All facility so much but the staff is not very friendly or very helpful w checking in. Not to mention the last 2 times we’ve been there the dodgeball station has been run over w unruly teens using foul language or being way to rough and I’ve had to get a staff member involved. This area needs more supervision. Management please do something

The attractions are fun, no doubt. Wish they could open the warped wall but oh well. The staff for the most part are not very attentive. Dodgeball reffs don't pay attention very well, so most peopel don't get out, and some are usually on their phones.

Great place and affordable fun except they’re putting lives at risk. If you notice the fire exit by the selfie station is completely blocked with garbage boxes and bags. I told the manager he seem totally unconcerned.

I came here with my two boys and had a blast! The place was as packed as I'd ever seen it with cars and trucks parking on the grass/outside the parking lot as it doesn't appear that while at peak capacity they have enough parking. Once inside it felt a bit like chuck e cheese but even a bit more frantic with all the kids and teenagers running around without a care. This bring up another concern, which is that the staff didn't really seem to discipline or keep any semblance of order. There were lots of older kids in the 6 and under play area and other little things that add up to feeling like the kids are just out there on their own. This could be a problem if you are a parent that thinks it OK to drop a younger child off and go sit down with their phone. If you are like me, a child man, then prepare to have a blast bouncing and throwing and flipping around with your kids. Once you get out there its a blast and most of the worries I've listed above don't really matter any more.

Fun for the kids and adults. Not necessary to make people buy socks that are specifically from Above All if you already have the ones with grip from another place. No need for the extra charge if you are already coming to jump. That is just extra aggravation for consumers.

I took my kids and we had a pretty good time. The reason for the 3 stars is we were really disappointed that the dodgeball court was closed bc they were short staffed! We payed a higher price to go on a Friday night and dodgeball was one of the top things on our list to do. We were very disappointed.

I couldn't find another way to reach Jonathan Castro. I fail to understand why you're so unnecessarily petty. Countless people have been fired for reasons irrelevant to their job performance. You fire everyone for literally anything which results in this location being incredibly understaffed to the point where you have to schedule 12 hour shifts to minors & overwork the few shift leads you have left. You value "safety" so much yet you don't even have enough workers to attend all areas of the floor. New hires are treated like they're disposable when the reality is that you need them more than they need this job. Do better

Good place to have fun for few hours. Make sure you get your friction socks and water. Their socks are cheap and cost 2.50 a pair and water $6 in a vending machine..This place is very open and clean..

The people were great but the facility could use more safety features getting out of the pits the black borders were very hard on knees i lost alot of skin on my knees and the pit under the swinging rings does not have enough padding my husband swung off and his leg went straight to the bottom no foam caught him and he damaged his foot also there were no long tracks for gymnast to do any runs which was disappointing

A fun trampoline park for younger and older kids and adults if they like to jump.. It has a a whole area of just trampolines, a separate area for Dutch ball on trampolines, jumping out of tall surfaces on a pit full of foam blocks, rope walking, aerial Yoga swings and a whole back of Ninja obstacles some similar to the ninja warriors TV show.. Anyways a fun place

This is a one great trampoline based sports center with different areas that layer on b ball and various other sports fun while bouncing. It is a novelty operation and a good place for groups looking for active fun.

Double One

It's a great place id recommend coming when there isn't a lot of people. It isn't fun when there's people on literally every trampoline. Other than that you should come to this place.
