My daughter has been going to the sports mill for practices for 3 years with her prospect softball team . She has grown so much as a prayer and athlete . Her athletic foundations were set by the great coaching staff at the Sports Mill . They are always looking to update programs and technology to best help players . The only reason I gave 4 starts . Is the parking in the shared parking lot with other businesses, is hectic at certain times.

My 16 year old son has had an exceptional experience at this training facility. The coach staff is very attentive and knowledgable and they are successfully training my son to get stronger. They work his entire body and I am sure he is already seeing a difference in his strength when he is playing AAA Hockey. The facility has great lighting and is very clean, including the bathrooms and showers! There is a great place for parents to watch too. I highly recommend!
