My family really enjoyed themselves. The customer service is very kind, knowledgeable, patience, fair and helpful. I can definitely yes yes we'll be going back and if you haven't been you should go, I believe you'll enjoy yourself. On Sunday you get $3 off wrist bands. They have food and snacks. They also offer beer and wind to enjoy if you'd like while your there

Mini golf, water-spraying bumper boats, arcade, ropes course, go karts, batting cages, maze. You buy a wrist band for the number of activities you plan to do, and an employee manning the gate at each activity marks a number off the wristband. Be aware that children under 56" tall will be required to have a paying adult accompany them on go karts and the ropes course, so choose your number of activities accordingly. We bought one wrist band for 6 activities and our two girls used the same one. If we bought two, it would have been more expensive. The mini golf course was in good condition and was enjoyable to play for the kids and adults.The girls are both BARELY 56," so the ropes course was a little difficult for them to maneuver since the safety sliding harness couplings had them stretching to the very tips of their tiptoes. One of the precious male employees went out of his way to help them, so we were very appreciative. The girls got soaked and laughed so hard their faces hurt on the bumper boats. It lasted a good amount of time, so we didn't feel like we got shorted. Mini golf was by far the best bang for the buck. The maze seemed to be the worst. The arcade required a pre-loaded card. Each game cost between $1 and $2.50, which was too expensive for our budget. Great parking lot.

Cleanish on the inside and somewhat organized. Very pricey for a family of 3 it was over a hundred dollars to do three activities. The staff was nice but it could use an upgrade on the inside for what your paying for, the bumper cars are the best part!

Tjos place was a fun cute little spot. We had to come to little Rock to drop our son off at a motel to get shipped off for boot camp, he wanted to golf before we left. So we googled thos place and let me just say the girls that work here are AMAZING. the most friendly, down to earth funny amazing humans Them girls was was awesome. We had a blast we will come back next time we hit up Little Rock.

Many of the arcade machines were out of order, and the ones they did have were outdated. It's not very big either, as big as I'd expect at Larry's pizza but not from a place that calls itself a "Fun Park." We didn't even use all of our $30 arcade card. The go-karts were fun, the mini golf course was large. We didn't get the chance to try out the ropes course or batting cages but they also looked pretty nice and others seemed to have a good time there. The pool...bumper cars thing was odd, it didn't look interesting or fun beyond the age of 6. The employees were friendly. Overall, not the worst experience if you're really looking for something to do, but not worth the cost if you do have the option to go elsewhere.

Lovely kids play place! Adults can find some fun things to do too . Visited Little Rock with the kids and we all had fun! We had a blast with their bumper boats . I love that it’s well supervised by their staff. I just found them a bit pricy even their snacks were overpriced to me. Other than that, it’s a fun place to visit!

We went yesterday while on vacation with our twin 6-year olds. I wanted to state here that the employees were nothing but wonderful and polite. They all seemed to have smiles on their faces (despite the place being very vacant as it was a weekday closer to closing time) and were so kind to us and our kiddos. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but we all had a lot of fun and would definitely return. Again, A+ for the staff!

I went there only mini golf. There had 36 hole. So it 18 hold each. It fun to play.. just only 1 disappoint is one course is tear of on grass carpet.. but nothing else I can complain.

This place is very run down. Very. One of the golf holes didn’t even have carpet on it. Most of the club grips are punctured on the end and worn out. The arcade is an afterthought.

We only did 36 holes of putt putt. While we did have fun we found the course was in major need of maintenance. Not all of the water features were working and some of the green needed repaired. It had rained earlier in the day and we had to skip one hole because there was not proper drainage.

This place is reasonably priced and I had a great time here. The arcade at this location is small but the go kart track was fun And I had a great time great time on their many golf course. Their Mini golf course was well designed. You get To choose one of the 2 18 hole courses to play on. This not only Keeps your experience fresh but also helps eliminate crowding. I never felt rushed.

It was a pretty good experience! We were there just for the mini golf which was nice. The staff looked liked they hated their jobs as none of them sounded friendly. However, they have a nice mini golf course (besides a few of them being ripped up) but we got to see some wildlife there which was neat. Saw a few deers and an armadillo. Would recommend if you want to have some family fun!

I've come a handful of times now and enjoyed it everytime! I typically come on Sundays and plan to stay atleast 30 minutes to a hour per activity(due to going in large parties). I swung my first bat here and had a great time! I usually plan to bring extra clothes if I'm doing the bumper boats! That or I make it my first activity I do of the day and dry through the stay. I will come back and recommend! 👌

Go-karts were super fun and most of the place seemed pretty up kept except for the mini golf. Some holes were nice looking and perfect and then other holes were missing large patches of the fake grass which made it very hard to play those holes. Staff seemed nice and the wait for everything wasn't too bad when we went.

Played mini-golf here. The course was fun and somewhat challenging. The downside: there was ONE register open, handling all transactions for games and food. It took over TWENTY minutes to pay for the golf! Hence minus one star...

Wish we would have been recommended to by the bands instead of paying for each item individually. There was only one staff member there which ran the water boats that actually seemed to live his job there and was super nice. No one inside offered any help or even spoke to us when we were clearly lost.

Unmasked staff and patrons in indoor areas -- and we are in the peak of the pandemic! If you have come on a discount day, look sharp because they will charge you full price unless you specifically mention it. Apparently, this is their policy(!). Golf course is clean and environment is pleasant enough. Maze & Ropes were closed due to lack of staff, so you may want to call ahead if you are coming for that.

Had a family gathering in Cabot and we ended up here. All in all it was a good value for the money. They did appear to be pretty severely understaffed. We were unable to do the ropes because they didn’t have an attendant available. We did however do go karts and bumper boats and the batting cages and mini golf. My family & I had a blast on Saturday at the Big Rock Mini Golf& Fun Park. It was our first time there we can't wait til we go back in 2 weeks. We will be taking more family with us because it's a fun family place to go. We will make this a place we visit at least twice a month from here on it was just that much fun. The staff were very helpful and generous. I took my 3 year old and only had about 250 tickets and he wanted a toy that was around 400 and they gave it to him and he didn't even have to beg 🤣. Reasonable prices. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because... 1 it was not air conditioned and very hot in the arcade/ticket purchasing area. 2 Most the games in the arcade do not work. The air hockey tables did not work at all and 1 did not even have a puck. It would just take your money (play card). Most games would just take your money. The NFL the balls would not drop after putting money in, you would have to reach in and grab any balls in reach, but after you did throw that 1 ball it would be stuck with the others. I have no doubt the nice staff would of reimbursed me for all the games I wasted money on, but I'd rather lose $10 than wait in the long hot lines again. The go-cart lines were long, but they were outside and in the shade. Was not bad at all inside was alot worse. They have 2 separate go-cart lines single riders and double riders. Its was basically instant acces if you were a double rider 😎. All around it was a good experience i will be going again but solely for the go-carts as that is what my child enjoyed the most.

This is a fun place to take the family and enjoy some game time. The offer mini golf, go carts, batting cages, and a few other things. The only downside is the traffic noise from the interstate.

We visited our parents in Little Rock from Oklahoma City - we have a 6 and 8 year old and we are always looking for fun things to do. We came to Big Rock Fun Park on a Thursday and we had so much fun. We had checked the hours previously and thought it closed at 10, so we weren’t in any hurry and just enjoying ourselves. We left around 7:45pm and realized as we were walking out that they must have already closed. We felt so terrible that we kept the employees after hours- we would never do that normally. But I just have to say- not one employee said anything to us and not one person was unkind or rude in any way. So impressive for a bunch of younger workers who had every reason to be irritated. Great job and we will definitely return!

Big Rock was a fun place for my family. The ropes course and maze were fun and the mini golf course challenging and fun. The staff was friendly. A couple of issues were the wait to ride the go-carts, and trash laying around the grounds. If you can improve the efficiency of the go-carts (and open the bumper boats), we’d be happy to return.

When we went, most things were shut down which was fine because the weather was yucky and we just wanted to play at the arcade. I can't speak for those attractions but found the arcade horribly overpriced and limited. We're from out of town and compared to the arcade we went to in another state 2 days ago, this arcade was extremely and unfairly overpriced. A dollar or more per game with caps on how many tickets you can earn seemed a bit greedy. Many of the machines we wanted to play were not even in working condition. We blew through $40 in 45 minutes and had only 500 tickets to show for. Other than that, the staff was very nice and the facility was clean. I don't recommend this place for arcade gaming.

Our children had fun. The go carts are a blast, the aerial ropes course was cool, and the maze was fun as well. But a lot of the batting cages were not working correctly. The owner did give the kids extra tokens to use, but the malfunctioning equipment was frustrating. There were also quite a few video games that were not working as well. The friendly staff did not hesitate compensating us for the losses, just frustrated with the malfunctioning equipment.

I'm glad there are places still open for family entertainment. I only know about the mini golf part because that's all I did. The course was in fair shape, several of the hole close to the trees had leaves and stick all over them and looked like that hadn't been swept in weeks. A lot of the cups were beat up causing the ball to jump over the hole instead of going in. It would be seriously over priced if there were more family places to go. All in all we had a good time and would consider going back.

Took our grandchildren here for a little fun. We did the bumper boats and go carts. Only four of the eight bumper boats were working. That was probably a good thing. Too many boats could have been very crowded. The go carts were fun as well. The staff there accommodated my wife's request and took several photos as we took our turn on the track. We would have tried the put-put but it was too hot for us. I would recommend this place. It is not a large amusement park but has plenty to offer for a few hours fun.

Great place for fun with kiddos. Loved it all !... Except the food. Disappointed with the food. Pizza take like cardboard, chicken strips were tiny @only 3 small ones. Nachos is from small carton to dip in.. Just eat before you go... But honestly everything else is great. Would have been 5 stars without the food.

Fun place but don't expect to make a day out of it. There isn't much to do, but the go karts and bumoer boats were really fun. Lastly with the exception of the young lady and guy working the front counters, the staff is rude and unfriendly. The go kart crew acted like they hated their jobs and were annoyed by our presence. The bumper boats attendant was also rude, as well as the guy running the maze. The place is basically ran by teenagers so keep that in mind.

They seem to have a little bit of something for people of all tastes. From bumper boats, arcade games, and batting cages to miniature golf. The prices are all posted on the website so you don't get there and get surprised. I feel as if the prices are incredibly reasonable. And to make it even better they take debit cards! I really thought this place would only take cash. I came here with my classmates pretty late after a conference. Our miniature golf game ran a bit long and we were there after closing. The staff was still quite kind to us and seemed to want to make sure we just had a good time. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again.

Fun park that offer several outdoor activities from water to go carts. When your thru with the outside activities, cool off in the arcade room. Grab something to eat and drink. Nice place, my granddaughter really enjoyed it.

It's mainly designed for kids. They did have some pinball machines that I enjoyed. I would not attempt to try to play mini golf unless you want to get sunburnt which is why I just played pinball inside at 1.50 a game, yeah. Expensive arcade. 10 dollars for a sunburnt round of mini golf.

Now that little place has got it going on! Had problems with the cashier getting things right but I didn't let that spoil my time there. Was just looking for some fun for my daughter before she has to go back to school,so I stopped by, and the rest is history....it was a good time to be had by her. My first time playing putt putt , riding the go carts...she did the aerial thing, even though she's afraid of heights,...she enjoyed it!! Enough said 😎

It's a bit dated at this point. I've gone there for years as we don't have many places in Little Rock to amuse us. It has its old charm but it's in dire need of an update. They absolutely do not enforce any type of Covid safety guidelines, so if you're high risk or cautious about that, I can't recommend it. Go early in the day to avoid the people who flock their in the evenings. Still a fun place, just in need of a facelift and some TLC!

Was packed to the gills at 7 p.m. Friday night. This isn't the same old course, they built a new ones over by the batting cages. The holes were mostly easy, a few were neat (one intended to dare you to lose your ball), an overall good experience. A little expensive at $10 for 18 holes, $16 I think for 36, but being outside with family/friends and whacking little white balls is always fun. They've expanded the video games a bunch and have expanded menus with alcohol now.

Had a great time there with my son. Hadn't been since the name change, but I like what they've done with it. Only paid for one wristband for all the activities my 5 year old son and I got to enjoy. They pretty much have the central AR monopoly on go karts and minigolf... not much else to it.

The mini golf was really fun. The maze isn't very big but was impressive we enjoyed it. They played Christian music which we loved. The reason for not getting 5 stars is the employees. The employees are not friendly or welcoming at all. Only the young man doing the airal adventure.

She had considered my posts and reviews, even seeking advise from a friend who is in charge of a church security team, and now understands that the anti-gun policy only keeps law-abiding individuals from carrying a firearm into the facility, leaving themselves and others defenseless against those who might wish to bring evil against them. The sign has been removed and the policy changed. I have a great deal of respect for the owner’s handling of this matter. With this matter resolved, only positive things remain for me to say about this place. I will be changing my reviews and recommendations, as we otherwise had a great time. They have a very nice place, with friendly staff, and lots of fun things to do. I have had nothing but great experiences at the park , and I am a frequent visitor. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My grandchildren love it there. I've never had a bad experience. My only suggestion would be to include more electronic games and perhaps some coin-operated rides for toddlers and preschoolers.

Came here with husband and daughter about 6 months ago. Such a fun place. I haven't been to hundreds of mini golf courses, but this is definitely the best course we have played on. My daughter's favorite part was the hole where the ball rolls into a little stream and is then pulled back onto the course with a little help from the current and setup. It is so cute. There was no one behind us at the time we went so we let my daughter do it a handful of times because she loved to watch it. Would definitely visit again! My husband also tried out the batting cages and seemed to really enjoy it :)

This is my first time revisiting Gator Golf, now Big Rock, and I had a blast. I took my kid and she did just about everything, even the ropes course. The staff was friendly, even though it is a bunch of teenagers. They were super helpful during the activities as they tried to be sure we had fun. The arcade games are expensive, but I still had fun. I look forward to my return.

2 adults and 1 child. Cost $50. We did mini golf, go-karts, the maze, and the arcade. We then spent a few more dollars and did a few rounds in the batting cages. Grabbed a slushy and headed home. The park was clean and fun. We'll go back.

Family friendly. Excellent, attentive staff. $50.00 bracelet held up for (3) trips. My 10 year old got in the bumper pool, played laser tag and video games. He drove the go carts along side me for a second. Then was gone! He had enough to come back for a second ride another day

TL;DR Review: It's a lot of fun, if you're loaded... All of the employees we interacted with were very nice. The mini golf is solid, and as far as I know, your only option in the area. The bumper boats are a barrel of laughs. We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here, but she's 8 now, and yesterday we attended her cousin's 9th birthday party. The staff took care of pretty much everything other than supplying the food (I think). My kids did the maze, and they had a blast. The arial ropes course looks good, but my daughter was in flip-flops so she couldn't do that. WEAR CLOSED-TOE SHOES for that. I was able to drive the birthday boy around in a go-kart, and had a blast at that, although... He REALLY wanted to drive, and they wouldn't let him because you've got to be 18. A little silly, too, because you can drive an ACTUAL car at 16; but I guess this is probably an insurance requirement. Anyway, this review would be five-stars if the drinks and arcade wasn't OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. The cheapest games are $.75 and some of them are $3. Without looking at prices I ordered two large drinks. I took a double-take when the attendant told me the price was NINE DOLLARS for my two drinks. That's completely predatory, and someone should be ashamed.

Very nice family fun park with plenty for the family to do! Staff has always been very helpful and the cost is pretty much the same as other family fun parks entertainment in the area. They’ve even added some new things like the maze and the adventure course. We’ve been a few times and will most likely keep visiting!

We took our daughter here for a Spring Break outing, and it was so much fun! My wife and I used to come here when it was Gator Golf, and I am glad to see it restored and active again. We rode bumper boats twice, rode go karts once, played mini golf, and spent some time in the arcade. All in all, we had a great time. And they have some great deals too! We got wristbands for 4 activities each, and it was only about $50 for all 3 of us! You definitely don't leave Big Rock feeling like you were ripped off, as is my experience with some other "fun parks". We'll be going back for sure, especially after they finish the elevated rope course, which I think is scheduled to open in Summer 2017!

I took my 5 year old on a Monday, so it wasn’t busy, which was great for us, from a crowd- perspective. The staff was not super informative when it came to us being a first time guest, but we made it an adventure figuring it all out and had a great time!!

Expensive for activities offered. They do have alcohol but it is very overpriced $6 for a travel size bottle of cheap wine, $5 for a 12oz can of beer. It was $54 for a 5 and 17 year old with a 4 activity wristband . They have the bating cage which was closed, golf, bumper boats, bumper cars rope walk and small maze.

There has been nothing to do, everything fun is closed. Then I found out these guys are open for business! I was able to release some frustrations smashing (imagined) Corona balls in the new state of the art batting cages. It was simply therapeutic. The float boats was a joke, it's high priced and just a small square of water with 15 floats...not the greatest place but it'll do if you're looking for a night of fun... just check out the area before purchasing tickets and decide.

After being unable to connect by phone, I went to Big Rock to schedule my party. They kindly explained to me that they were having phone issues on their call forwarding. Because of the inconvenience of my driving there to schedule my party, they quickly offered me a special rate on the go carts and extra tokens for the arcade games. I understand they have new ownership and are trying to update and improve the facility. I will definitely recommend them for parties and can't wait to have ours. Also, the plans they are showing for the new mini golf course is amazing!!! So glad that Little Rock will have a new and updated fun place for our family to attend. Wasnt bad. games was alright some was broken or wasnt labeled that they dont give tickets so missed out on alot of tickets. Eat before you come or after. 20 bucks for two halfs of a rubbery chicken sandwich and 2 drinks was not worth it. Now for the golfing, it was fun and surprisingly had a handicap alternative course as well. Course was nice had waterfalls and "rivers" throughout the entire course.

Good use of hills, obstacles, and water on the two mini golf courses. My nine-year-old absolutely loved the go-kart track. The human maze was a lot of fun, and well-designed, but it's uncovered and the sun gets brutal in that maze on a hot day. The bumper boats were a bit of tame fun, and there are some good air hockey tables and a few good arcade games indoors. And there's a challenging little Laser Maze where you have to avoid the laser beams like they do in Hollywood heist movies. We didn't try the aerial experience or the batting cages but both looked pretty good. Oh, and they have a little cafe with some tables where you can sit down and eat something.
