Mostly here for swimming. Great pool quality and clear visibility without smell. Neat locker room and shower equipment. Good programs of kids swimming lessons. Friendly staff, too.

Love the Rec. Always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is easy to access and theres always enough for you to use. Much nicer than some gyms I've been to.

COVID has done this facility wonders... I have been getting wonderful workouts in. Somebody call Motts because I have been having thee JUICIEST pumps west of the Mississippi while nobody is there. Good gym. Could use more attachments for cable machines.

I am very hesitant to go to gyms since I prefer the privacy of working out at home but the Rec Center was very inviting. Love the availability of the equipment and various forms of exercise that you can ask about.

Plenty of cardio equipment as well as a 1/11 mile indoor track. Lots of free weights and three basketball courts. Overall it's not usually too crowded here, but weights and basketball courts sometimes get too full. The pool has plenty of lanes and the racquetball courts are almost always available.

The place is clean and offers many services from a working out classes such as yoga to HIT. There are outdoor activities offered. They have a fair amount of equipment, a pool with life guards, a rock wall, basketball courts, and racket ball courts. This is on the college campus so free Street side parking is going to be hard to find, the Lincoln Garage is available for parking at a fee. Due to being a college gym there are college students using the gym. The full time students free access to the gym and most of the services.

Great selection of equipment, well stocked weight room. The snobby gym rat dudes can be a little off putting in the weight room, and I've been advised more than once that I should lift lighter with more reps cuz I'm a lady, but after giving them a good glare and doing my thing they back off. They aren't mean or rude, just presumptuous. I prefer to go late at night so I don't have to wait for barbells and such, but even during peak hours I've been able to find something else to do. Staff is always friendly, and generally people have a good vibe.

We love the staff and students here. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Clean equipment and locker rooms. A fun, energetic atmosphere and a great variety of fitness classes.

Horribly intimidating vibe compared to the Y, so many young guys who only weightlift and think their gods. Have gotten more than a few judgmental looks for trying... Makes me not want to work out. A plethora of activities though, climbing, swimming, cycling, Zumba, can be very fun if the weight room is avoided!

Have lots of amenities but only full time students are allowed to use the rec for free. Should consider to provide free entry to the part time stidents as well.

The rock wall is one of the best in Idaho especially for the cost of free for students and for non students it's also probably the cheapest without a 45 minute drive
