Went in for the first time today, and Adam was great. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us out a lot. Great little store with one of the few true gunsmiths in the area. A gunsmith that can make parts and do something requiring more skill than drifting night sights onto a slide. It's not a place to go if you're looking for all the little items that the big gun stores have, but they do what they do well.

Recently moved to the area and went in search for the best gun shops around. Quickly found a lot more than “just a gun shop” at Tampa arms and will be bringing my business to them for all my needs. From FFL transfers, best prices on accessories, wealth of knowledge, maybe a good laugh and just an outright stand up crew I would recommend them any day of the week. Shop with confidence at Tampa arms, if they don’t have it they’ll sure as hell help you find it.

Took my Schofield in 45colt in for a new barrel. Had the gunsmith mill the cylinder bushing down to fit the cylinder to the barrel , and correct gap. Did a awesome job. Very happy. A+.
