Great customer service, didn't feel any pressure to purchase. They ordered an Aventon Adventure e-Mountain Bike for me, got it within a week. They provided info on exact day of arrival and called me right away FedEx delivered. Certainly, will be recommending and visiting them again. Thank you.

This is a nice, clean shop with an impressive stock of kayaks. The staff was helpful and gave pointers along the way. They have everything you need from the kayaks themselves to life jackets, paddles, dry bags, accessories, etc. Prices are competitive. Overall, I had a great experience at this shop.

Thank you Kayak Hub for answering our email. We were camped at Bay Bayou RV and came over and bought two used kayaks from Daniel who was very helpful, and look forward to coming back when we return to Tampa again. Highly recommend!

I have visited three times to browse and buy accessories. Bought my Vibe Shearwater at Kayak Hub. They were very busy but took the time to review the whole kayak with me and helped with loading. Very honest and helpful. Prices are competitive. I can't think of a negative thing to say, except for...I wish they were closer to my house and they need a bigger parking lot.

My wife and I bought two kayaks here a couple weeks ago. Daniel helped me in the store and was extremely knowledgeable on both their products, and their store policies. He was able to direct me to the kayaks that best suited my needs, and what sales they had going on at the time. He was even able to deliver them SAME DAY! We have used them a couple times, and have thoroughly enjoyed being out on the water. The kayaks are a great way to spend time on the water and get exercise during the pandemic while keeping social distancing. I highly recommend going here and looking through their stock for the right kayak for you!

After some online research, I called Dan at the Kayak Hub to see if he was still open (with CV19) and if I could come by to check out a fishing Vibe Sea Ghost 110. He said he just got a new shipment in. Score! Dan incredibly helpful, explaining everything about the Ghost and the accessories I would need--and at a decent price! Dan even helped me load it and showed me how to properly tie it off. I have never had such an positive experience in a store! I highly, highly recommend Kayak Hub!!! Great prices! Great help! For Vibe kayaks, right now there is a $100 manufacturer discount! Oh, also, Vibe kayaks have a lifetime warranty! If you have a problem, Dan said, "Come on in and I'll either fix it or replace it!" It doesn't get any better than that!

I don't know if I can add anything to the reviews that came before mine. Customer service is absolutely top notch. I had a little delay in getting my kayak due to global shortages post Covid (no fault of Kayak Hub), but the staff was always responsive, let me know what to expect and if they had any new information. Like the rest of the reviews say the place is pretty awesome and worth the drive over from anywhere in the bay.
