I wish I had known about these people YEARS AGO!!! There wasn't a single bad thing I can say about this business or the people in it. The whole time I was there I was treated with just as much as respect as someone spending tens of thousands even though today's purchase was relatively small. While two staff members were working the numbers to find the best way to accommodate my needs and save me precious time and money, the owner (Kevin) came by to introduce himself and get to know his new customer. At the completion of the sale I had three people helping to load my truck. I wasn't left to load several thousand pounds on my own as some would do. I've been looking all over the country for these plates and Fitness Trends had them in their immense inventory AND provided superior service at a fair price. The next time I'm looking for equipment from a reseller, they will absolutely be my first pick to find it. Thank you!

Kevin was extremely helpful in finding me a piece within my price range and it was even delivered the very next morning! Love this place! Beautiful facility, great customer service, great products! I feel like I hit the jackpot! I really really wanted a spin bike for my home but they are so expensive! Luckily I found this place in a Google search and they had a used spin bike in my price range that is amazing!! They made sure it was serviced and working like new before I picked it up. Danzell worked with me and he is so quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls. He went above and beyond to find a part for the bike to make it complete. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

My wife and I went into Fitness Trendz after looking at multiple fitness equipment stores around Tampa Bay. The customer service and show room are by far the best that we have been to. I would say that I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received from the moment I walked in the door. Not only did the owner personally greet me, but he made personally scripted a home gym for my own special needs. The whole transaction from the selection to the delivery was absolutely seamless! We absolutely LOVE Fitness Trendz! They are in business to build relationships and will look out for your best interest! We just purchased an Arc Trainer 650a. Originally we went in looking for an AMT (twice the cost of the Arc Trainer). After trying out an AMT unit, Kevin seen me struggling from the arthritis in my knees and recommended the Arc Trainer which was designed to be gentle on the knees. I tried the machine which flowed like butter! We purchased the machine immediately. My Sports Medicine doctor was happy when I told her about my new purchase! We are extremely appreciative of Kevin and his delivery team for surpassing our expectations with his honesty, integrity, and fair pricing!

If you’re looking for a local, dependable, and knowledgeable company for fitness equipment, this is the place. We couldn’t be happier with Dwight who showed us equipment in the huge showroom and worked with us regarding warranties. Also, Peter, who came to deliver our Precor elliptical was amazingly informed and knowledgeable about the “ins and outs” of the product. I ordered several pieces of equipment from Fitness Trendz. They arrived on time, as promised. The condition of the equipment was great (exactly as described). When we unpacked everything, we noticed that a bar had fallen off the pallet during delivery. I called Fitness Trendz and spoke to the owner about it immediately (it was on a Friday). By the next Tuesday, he had the replacement part delivered to us and had called and paid an equipment mechanic in our area to install it. I've been in the gym business for 22 years and have never had such great customer service. I Highly recommend this company Will definitely do business with them again.

They had the products on hand for same day pick up but they were so kind to accommodate my schedule for pick up. They loaded my truck and had me on my way.
