Lizzie GilmoreCame here to get a new pair of running shoes to help me prepare for my Marathon training and was recommended to try Fleet Fleet.
The staff was attentive and knowledgeable - s/o Gabe!! I landed with a pair of HOKA's which I didn't expect. The AI scan of my foot taught me a lot and I felt that I could take my time on my decision and felt comfortable with my purchase. Happy to know I have a reliable shoe to always purchase when needed.

My daughter got a great pair of running shoes for her Cross Country season that fit perfectly and that she is happy with. Will was patient and informative and answered all our questions. Great selection of shoes and socks! I love that the store is also a hub for information on running groups and events.
Rashmi TambeThis store is legit. I love that they have a great variety of running shoes available (also clothes but I usually go in for shoes) and really knowledgeable friendly staff. Their 60 day return policy is also pretty great. I've never had to use it but it's nice to know that it's available.
S DeamExcellent customer service! I feel so annoyed that I cannot remember the person’s name who helped me because they were so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend the 30 minute consult for the foot scan and gait evaluation. Lots of brand selection and variable colors. I’ll be back for my next pair of running shoes and will be recommending Fleet Feet to everyone!

On a recent visit, the salesperson, Brian, went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with my left foot, provide over half-dozen different sizes/models, and got me squared away with a return. I really appreciated his help, wisdom, and patience. Highly, highly recommend.

Will took a 3D model of my feet, explained that I should be wearing shoes at least 1 - 1.5 sizes bigger, and recommended shoes with more stability to combat my natural pronation. The shoes Will recommended have been fantastic and looking forward to future races in them!

Matt PawsI really love the friendly and knowledgable staff at Fleet Feet. I felt like they cared and I wasn't just another annoying customer. I came in on Friday afternoon after a Chiropractor appointment looking for a wider model shoe to combat a grade 1 turf toe injury. Your staff helped me out and explained the differences between EE and EEEE very thoroughly. I left the store in a new pair of shoes, socks, metatarsal pads and a variety of other gear. A day later my feet are feeling great and just finished my first speed workout in 2 weeks. Thanks!
