The products speak for themselves, but the staff here is amazing. Been here a couple of times, but in my first visit one of the sales associates asked me if I had waxed my canvas chore coat (non-Fjällräven), and proceeded to smooth out the wax on my amateur attempt. The second time I went in was to buy a wool sweater for my wife, which she loved. I could not find the hat I was looking for, so they helped me order it. While there I noticed their service side of the house was busy, and I got to see bags that you know there are stories. I asked to take a picture of one of the bags getting repaired which was vintage. See pic on orange bag for reference. Bought some wax for my Kanken hip-pack, see pic. Day 1 vs. day 598 and the other pic is post wax. Fjällräven should consider doing a marketing campaign where people show their bags and tell there stories; this was an idea of yet another sales associate at the same store, which I personally would love to see and here this. Bottom line, you can buy a backpack anywhere, but theirs is the best. Any other product I’ve acquired I have used and its quality is superior, but the best thing is its employees. Also have visited the outlet north of Seattle and can say that the staff there is awesome as well.

I had not seen a Fjällräven store in person in the US before and was pleasantly surprised by both the selection and atmosphere in this store. We visited on Labor Day and the sale was small with a limited selection. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of the store. They have almost every color of backpack you could imagine with an equally great collection of jackets and outerwear. I am not a huge fan of this brand but found it difficult to not buy something in this store. They really make it so appealing and easy to shop. This store is a treat with some great Norwegian flavor. Stop in if even just to browse!

This is the biggest and best Fjallraven store my wife and I visited to date, and we were blown away by the service. Sam Hopeoy (I hope I got the last name right) was professional, knowledgeable and patient. We stayed there way, way longer than we intended to, bought more than we planned to, and walked out thoroughly impressed by the brand. Awesome experience!

While buying a shirt there I asked if there were any Specials. The salesperson said no, but when I got home a visited the website, it promoted but online for pickup in stotre and get 50% off a second shirt in the store; I could have had two shirts.

Definitely a 5 star experience - amazing customer service. The pants are sized in swedish sizes, so it can be a bit difficult to tell which size to get if you're new to Fjallraven. But the employee who helped me explained it to me and actually took the pants off of two separate manekins to let me try on. He was super nice and patient as well, which makes a big difference. The pants are amazing! I'd highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for any hiking, technical, or just all around well-made pants to wear. They also have a lot of high-quality jackets.

I visited this store in Seattle a while ago and fell in love with the Fjällräven brand. Until then all I knew was the very popular backpack that my wife ownes (that comes in a bunch of different colors). I discovered a ton of every-day-wear clothes that I can wear into a business meeting and then immediately go for a hike. I was super happy to find out that Fjällräven just opened a store in my hometown (Asheville) and was excited to make the trip. The store is beautiful, staff is friendly. Although the clothes and gear are a little higher price point then some other brands, I learned about the emphasis on environmentally friendly manufacturing practices and the long-lasting quality from being walked through the collection. I will be wearing Fjällräven for a very long time.

This store is hands down one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. The customer service was PHENOMENAL and they tend to every care me and my sister needed. A young man that was there (assuming he’s the manager). Has left me absolutely speechless with what a help and sweet man he has been the 20 mins we were there. We came there from PHOENIX ARIZONA! I will never because my kankens unless it’s from THAT STORE! if the staff is reading this, my heart is yours for the love you gave me and my sister that day from the 30 minute speed we took to get to the store. I will be coming back and hopefully with you’ll remember us.

Great outdoor clothing and their backpacks Amazing. It's definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for, I will definitely keep buying Fjallraven merchandise as long as they keep up the quality.

Great selection of merchandise and the staff is always friendly. Alterations are free and the tailor always does a great job on my jackets and pants. Everything here is well organized and visual merchandised flawlessly. It's a fairly large store with great selection and Fjallraven has quality items!

Quality outdoor goods. HUGE wall of colorful Kanken bags. If you don't see what you want, it's probably in the back. Reps are eager to help find what you need. In store tailor was actively hemming trousers.

Relaxed, laid back atmosphere with helpful staff who will run upstairs or wherever to look for additional sizes if needed. Matthew has been exceptionally helpful over the years and has a long-standing history at the company, despite the often quick turnover found in the clothing retail world. I really like the winter wool line of tops and recommend the pants for the other three seasons; or I oversize them slightly so I can wear a base layer with them in the winter. - Hiker/Backpacker/Fisher/Hunter/Explorer

Was incredibly friendly and gave us some really good advice and suggestions on navigating the city that saved us a ton of headache. If you are tall and have a long torso this is the place to go! The customer service from Michael was fantastic he almost made me buy the whole store. I will be back!
