If you’re considering purchasing a Peloton… I say do it! It’s easily the best purchase we’ve made. You can get $100 off accessories with your order using code 8ZEJD7. They offer free financing through Affirm as well. Make sure you inquire about any promotions for healthcare workers or military members. You have the option to purchase an extended warranty for your equipment, which I highly recommend doing before the one year is up. We decided to purchase new, as the warranty is not transferable if you buy secondhand. The quality of Peloton is superior to any other bike or tread I have ever used. They make the workouts fun with awesome instructors, upbeat music, and different themed workouts. They offer more than just bike and tread workouts. They have yoga, meditation, strength, stretching, bootcamps, and outdoor runs. Download the app on your phone for a trial. You will not regret it! The Nashville Showroom is one of my favorites. The employees are all very welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Alexa and Ashley for providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for their customers. Peloton is more than just a company, it’s a community. You can try the bike or tread in the showroom. They’re taking walk ins again now but I highly recommend setting up an appointment so you’ll have minimal waiting time between customers. They also have Peloton Apparel on the racks, featuring brands like Lululemon and Nike.

My wife and I wanted to say thank you to Alexa in the Green Hills location for all of her help with our recent Bike+ purchase. Peloton should be damn proud that they have her on their team. She really knows her stuff and she made a big purchase easy because she truly highlighted the long term value of the product. My wife and I both left the store and agreed that what we experienced with her was one of the best "non pushy" sales processes we have ever experienced. Our only recommendation to her, DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING!

Excellent experience! April was a fantastic associate to work with - not pushy, very engaging and enthusiastic; she KNEW the product. I was skeptical. After going through a serious illness, treatment, another serious injury, and physical therapy, I was not sure Peloton was the answer for me - I thought the bikes were made for younger, more physically active people. April encouraged me to try the cycle in the store. She showed me the huge variety of live and pre-recorded classes, “outdoor” virtual biking hikes (beautiful scenery to cycle through), and all the options of the bike. She did not pressure me to purchase the bike. I went home, thought about it, and called back within a couple of hours. Another knowledgeable team member at Peloton in Green Hills is Alexa - I have known her for years! Peloton is a great option for me during these times of being aware of cleanliness of workout facilities and convenience of working out at home. Others may think of this as a luxury, but I look at this as an investment in my health. Peloton delivers the bike to your house and assembles it. They offer accessory packages, too. (You need the biking shoes). There is a monthly fee for classes. The company is about to start making the bikes in Ohio, where they will employee 2,000 people (Wall Street Journal). Do your research when making an investment like this. I am glad I did!

I went to the Peloton store in Green Hills to check out the bike. Rosa was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the product. I was looking to use the scenic rides more than the classes and she was able to walk me through the experience. She answered all of my questions and I was able to make an informed decision to buy the bike. Any time I've visited the store after that the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They'll even let you try the bike out in one of the private rooms they have so you can 'try before you buy'. If you're trying to decide whether to purchase or not, stop by and they'll help you out.

I am soooo glad that this showroom was in Nashville because there isn't one where I live! I have been wanting to purchase the Peloton since 2016 and the experience in the showroom just solidified the deal. I wanted the experience in actually riding the Peloton so I went online and scheduled a ride and they treated me like I already owned the bike! Rosa, other staff, the manager all were so extremely helpful; not pushy or aggressive. Even while I was waiting to purchase, because I was waiting on my sister, who also purchased, I didn't get endless calls asking me if and when I was still interested and Rosa just set up a call back date that I chose! I know many are a little leary because of the price but I can tell you this was the best self investment I have made. And people should do their research first on the language, age of instructors (which I do not understand why that matters because most of your instructors in you gym are young)..any who, that's not why I am here, I just wanted to let anyone who was interested about my Peloton showroom experience. I love this show room so much I just come back in to say hello from time to time! I almost forgot! I did my century ride in the show room, which they decorated for me, 45 minute Tabata ride with Robin and they were there cheering me on the whole time!!

Regarding some of the comments here: I disagree on many points: 1. The folks who sold me my bike were wonderful. 2. I don't care where the bike is made. It's a great bike and much better than any other spinning bike (I've tried them all). 3. The issue with music piracy is a much broader one that anybody who owns a bar that plays music could be accused of. 4. Regarding setups only for millennials: Not completely true. There are a lot of rides with music and a pace suitable for older folks (note the number of 50+ and older on the leaderboards). 5. Sometimes a bike purchase is just a bike purchase -- not a political statement. 6. The most important point: This provides incredibly good exercise and the whole Peloton operation, while not cheap, is well thought out.

Terrific Store - bought a Peloton right before Christmas was delivered in a week been riding it since great store, great bike. The sales people and the manager were polite and helpful. Always weary of reviews where the first thing they mention is race.

I had never seen a peloton bike in real life until I visited the Nashville store. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. Rosa talked me through everything and even set me up with a test ride. I told her I wouldn’t be able to do it until several months later. What blew me away was the fact that she reached out to me about week before I came back to confirm my test ride. I was amazed by the HIIT workout she selected for me. The interface is simple to use and the live feed makes it feel like you’re actually there. I will say once I’m settled into my next location I’ll be adding a bike to my house.

Disappointed with lack of work outs for anything other than "millennials". These workouts are all about being hip...and while we love our Peleton there is little to watch that isn't intended for the younger set often times with rough language. I would really love to see some workouts that are more appropriate for all.
