was going to buy online, went into the store to get my items faster. guy helped me out, gave me some advice and I ended up getting something different than i originally intended to buy. friendly staff. great addition to nashville, very happy they've moved here. firearm and ammo price points are great, too. each glock is priced very reasonably, nothing i saw was something I balked at...unlike almost every other local store. I was able to replace every part on my own besides my mag release. I bought some pick tools and should be able to replace it myself when they arrive. thank you!

We drove down from WI to see the GS facility, scheduled personalized range time w/ Evan D & spent additional time and $$$ in the retail store for the several GLOCKS we brought! Range Evan was GREAT, teaching us drills & thrills! Logan & guys in the store made getting site kits & accessories easy & installed in pit stop time!! I’ve read some of the previous sour reviews/comments, but our visit last Wk on OCT 25th was GREAT! Thanks Mr Lenny & crew for making our 1,200miles journey to our Store & Range a memorable one! Will see Y’ALL again!

My husband and I were excited to be able to visit the store that we visit frequently online! I didn’t catch her name but the blonde at the counter as soon as you walk in was absolutely a sweetheart, she welcomed us in and was very friendly and polite. This is an amazing place with amazing people. The staff is knowledgeable and all very experienced. Do not come here expecting customer service you find at the GAP or Starbucks; this is not the GAP and the staff here are not your personal baristas. Expect serious men and women who know their stuff and are interested in your personal protection and 2A rights. I just renewed my membership to the 270range, and interact with the staff every time I come in. They are great people and offer great products and services at a fair price. If you come through the doors with a huge ego, no one will be impressed. If you come with a sincere desire to learn, shop and develop ... this is the place for you. Having a range membership has been incredible. The Range Safety Officer will help you as much or as little as you desire. John Aguirre took my shooting from a 8"x12" groups (shooting single shots), to, now, I can triple-tap post-it notes on multiple targets quickly. Mitch and Evan are introducing me to the USPSA courses and a whole new world of technique and skill. I highly recommend the membership.

I’ve been buying from Glockstore for many years now. Service and support has always been great. But recently used their Custom Shop (2nd time) and that took the experience to a new level. Turn around time was on point (quicker than anyone you’ll find out there for slide cuts). The custom work turned up nicely. Ask for Maria. She’s the greatest. Super responsive and helpful to make sure everything works out well.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews lately and in my opinion I am a 23 year old kid / I guess adult. I do look young and reckless BUT service was good. Cashier was very nice she was very helpful now sadly will be leaving soon to join the TSA. I bought a ghost inc connector and a double diamond connector and a young lady installed it for me with in minutes when they were about to close. I personally never had a problem, all the guys are actually really cool will help if you ask and free install if you buy a product. Overall great service great people.

From the moment I walked into the store everyone was polite and friendly. I came in to take a class with John, and spent 45 minutes looking around. They have so much stuff is overwhelming, but in a good way. I flew in, so I wasn’t able to buy a weapon, but I will the next time. John was over the top helpful, he was a top notch instructor. I learned so much from him. We went over multiple weapons, holsters, ammunition, he even sent me the exact gear I should start with. I can’t wait to take another class from John. I highly recommend the Glock Store and John. I am prior military and police officer, and I learned more in 8 hours than I thought I ever would. Thank You GS and John

I've been going to The Glock Store for over a decade cause they had a store in San Diego where my son's family lives which I frequented as well. I'm now in the Nashville area & that store is awesome. The employees are very welcoming & they have a shooting range & a far array of outer & under wear clothing. I highly recommend them!! They also have great outer & under wear tactical clothing which is known as UnderTech.

I’m changing and updating my original review. After visiting this physical location the staff were great and the facility was amazing! I’m giving a 4 star because my phone experience was horrible for the fist 5 months of my online order. If you need to buy anything here, go in person! It will make the difference in a good experience or a really bad one.

This store needs to hire people that will help customers (except 2 guys ones in his 30s with glasses and short hair and Lance the gunsmith)but everyone else acts like the are to good to speak or help anyone. I really hope this place gets better. Oh and $90 a hour for the shooting range and you can drive 4 miles down the road to Nashville Armory and shoot for $25. I just bought a gun from them and I was thinking I get one free hour on there range but when I went back they said no it’s $90 and I just spent $1,200 with them so next time I will take my business else where! I hope Lenny McGill trains his employees how to work customer service! UPDATE 10/30/22 I have since bought 2 more guns and the customer has got much better at helping you and I want to give a (SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO Bryan) not sure of last name but he’s a gun smith/customer service etc. ask for Bryan great guy (OH Lenny I still need to get my 30 minute sessions per gun . It would be nice if they would tell you about the 30 minutes of free shoot time.)

I've never ordered from here and had anything shipped in a reasonable time frame. I'm not expecting Amazon but 2 or 3 business days is beyond enough time to get something out the door. Especially when your website says in stock.

Did not want to Leave the parking lot until I left this review. First time here. Walked in, met with Logan, who asked what I needed. Got my TLR 6, removed it from package, put on my Glock 43, adjusted the laser, explained the details of the light /laser. Suzy checked me out, extremely personable. Walked out feeling on top of the world!

I can't image the pressure this company is under to provide parts for their customers that GLOCK is not suppling them. I've been waiting 2 years for my GEN5 Pyramid Trigger. They have Never updated me and when I call about it; I get unclear disregarding answers. This last time I spoke with Gabin and I can't tell what a great company representative he is. He answered my question right off the bat with the most HONEST ANSWER with clear and concise professionalism that made the situation palatable. Gabin should be on board with teaching the customer service team how to handle customers with consideration and professionalism that I have not received until I spoke with him. Please have Gabin write your script and how to treat customers because his personality was phenomenal and he spoke to me as if the shoe was on his foot. When I call from now on, I will request to speak with him. Please put on your website the situation of what's going on with the Pyramid GEN5 / 10mm triggers. KUDDOS to Gabin, give this guy a raise and make him a team leader!

The Glock store came up a few times while cruising the Internet the past few years. I noticed they moved to Nashville, TN and if you live in the area or visiting you should swing by. I was fairly impressed. The store front, range, parking, inventory, staff, and more were great. Most of the staff I came even close to looked me in the eye and asked if I needed anything. Someone even offered to show me around the range. I never asked. I remember the days of customer service. I was in and out with nothing but a great impression. I can't remember the gentleman that helped me but everyone was genuine. Don't be disappointed when you walk in and see an abundance of Glock merchandise and firearms. It's a Glock store. I'll be back for sure.

WOW!! 🤩 would leave 100 more stars if possible. We stumbled across this gun store on complete accident and we couldn’t be happier we did. Not only did TJ give us the most amazing tour of this facility but they all welcomed us as if we were apart of the glockstore family. It’s very rare you find a work place environment where everyone is smiling faces and genuinely happy around one another. And even besides that there knowledge on weapons from home defense to competition shooting was off the chart. This is definitely a one of a kind shop I think every state needs at least 1 glock store. Really hope they consider florida !!!! But all in all Thankyou TJ for the amazing tour and hospitality. Will recommend all friends visiting Nashville Tennessee to stop by and check it out. You won’t be sorry.

I do not get to Nashville often, but I was in the area today which gave me an excuse to stop by GlockStore. (I have been itching to since their grand opening a few weeks ago). I am so glad I did! All of the staff members I came into contact with were very friendly, but Mr. Evan Daire made my first time here a good enough experience that I had to drop a 5 star Google review! He was very knowledgeable about any firearm I inquired about, but better yet he was extremely inviting. He offered a tour around the ranges since it was my first time there, which was even more impressive than I thought it was going to be. To be honest, he is the reason I will return to use the range facilities. If he hadn’t have been so inviting & given me the tour, I couldn’t have justified the hourly rate. I also picked up a nice minimal G43X holster while I was there. I will be back soon & looking forward to it. I hope the young man who helped me will get some recognition. Thanks again guys!

I've been waiting for months for glockstore Nashville to open and finally got to check it out yesterday. They are well staffed with knowledgeable people eager to help customers. The inventory is limited as they are in the process of moving merchandise from California but they still have the best selection of brand name parts of any retail gun shop in Nashville.

I just had my first session with Mitch in the GlockStore shooting range. First, I love the range. It is nothing like any other range I have been on (which is normally a straightaway with no variations other than the distance of the target). The range area has targets that can be moved around to make each experience tailored to each user. I cannot say enough about Mitch. This was not my first time shooting, but he took the time to make sure I got started on the right foot. He was thorough in his instructions and helped me correct some bad habits I had. He was patient and never made me feel stupid. I walked away feeling more confident in my skills and excited to learn more.

Logan has helped me threw my whole build of my Glock … He has helped me threw my trouble shooting of why my trigger wasn’t resetting, To helping me field strip my Gen 5 and learning how to put everything back…I like having that Build Station feel… Thanks Again Lenny for coming to Nashville.
