The time that they take to find you the right shoe was perfect for me. They also have great recommendations and have the right knowledge for the products in the store.

I have always struggled with knee pain but after having my gait analyzed and getting the recommended shoes, I have had no issues. Now I can just bring my old beat up pair in for recycling, which I LOVE, and pick up the new model. Super easy and everyone here is really friendly!

Laura LinnHaving your name on file at Mill City/Saint City is an account that will serve you well! I was looking for a pair of socks, just socks. I was going to chance it and grab what I thought was close, but instead they said, hey let me check your account to see what socks you bought from us nearly a decade ago. That was just the info I needed to stop staring at the peg wall.
I tend to think Trader Joe's has the nicest employees, but Saint City is competing hard for that ranking.
Mike RodriguezTremendous customer service. Have now bought several pairs of shoes at Mill/Saint City Running. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately the shoe I run in was discontinued, but several years ago Jonah was able to lead me to the Brooks GTS Launch, which has been great. Two months ago, ordered a sweater that didn't fit quite right, and the staff was able to help me exchange it for something that fit much better.
Lastly, as a healthcare provider who predominately works with runners, I've had many success stories of patients who have been able to go through their comprehensive fitting process to find a better pair of shoes to help them return to pain-free running. I give MCR/SCR my highest recommendation, a great asset to the Twin Cities Running Community!
