It was busy, but they handled everyone very well. Got a good deal for ball, bag and shoes. They make sure you get what you need and try at all to sell you what you don't need. 20..30 mins later Got a custom fit ball and I'm very happy.

Maybe the best place to buy a bowling ball or equipment you may need. The customer service was awesome. They know what they are talking about and were gladly to help with what ever questions we had. I highly recommend Mike's!

Amazing experience! I'm in a bowling league but never really put a lot of thought into my ball. I literally drove 20 minutes past my home lanes to get to Mike's shop. You do have to schedule an appointment for a free analysis, but Mike was happy to watch me throw shots for 15 minutes and he gave me some tips. Then he picked out a ball for me which I thought was perfect so I bought it on the spot. A little over one hour at the lanes and I had a 15 minute lesson and a brand new ball! Mike was so great and he's legit too! Mike is a highly experience professional bowler and coach at the U of MN. Trust me you want to head over to Mike's Pro Shop you will be glad you did. Best part, the price I got was only a few dollars more than online and I got to have all the fun of buying from a Minnesota bowling legend.

Got A ball drilled by Jeremy. Great Job. I took a lesson from Mike Schmid, and what a great experience it was. Great guy, and very patient with me. I haven't bowled in 50 Yrs, so I am just getting back in the game, and Mike helped me a great deal. I plan on taking more lessons from him, and buying more equipment from Mikes Pro Shop. I highly recommend Mike and his staff, all great people! Huge selection as well. Do yourself a favor and go to them for all your bowling needs.

I didn't know that they could drill holes the same day. The staff is very knowledgeable and VERY NICE. I will be buying all of my future bowling needs from them. They also had some fun novelty high heel bowling shoes. Lol! Best place to go for all of your bowling needs and a good conversation.

Unbelievable, how awesome these guys are. Went in to look at bowling balls. Never thought I would be walking out with a new ball fit perfectly to me in a matter of a few minutes. They also got my wife hooked up with a very nice starter package! Will definitely be back for all my bowling needs.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that will get to know you and learn how you play before they let you purchase anything. It’s evident how they care about the game and that you leave their shop ready to play at your best, either you’re a beginner or a pro. They have a great variety of things too, you’ll for sure leave the place not only satisfied with your purchase but also knowing you can always come back if you need any adjustments or if you need bowling lessons, advices or truly anything to do with bowling.

Mike Schmid was a great help. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything bowling. I picked out my first ever bowling ball. Mike sized my grip and had my ball holes drilled soon after. I bought the package which included my ball, bag and shoes at a super reasonable price. I was in and out within 30 - 40 minutes. I am so impressed and I recommend this Pro Shop to everyone!

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and passionate about the questions I had. Gave me great details and insights about the shoes I was looking for and other products I was curious about. He showed me about 5 or 6 types of shoes my size and price range of $50 to $70 to get the right one. I will go here again for other major purchases. More helpful and productive than trying to do it through Amazon.

These guys are great, they help me on which ball will fit me best and found the one I like. Came in today to buy the same one for a cousin and they were helpful and got on to it right away. They answered all my questions and give me tips on how different level balls work and react plus which one will be a step up from the ball I have. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone who have questions regarding different bowling balls or want to buy a ball from them. Can't thank them enough!

It's nice to find a place that understands customer service. For the last four months they've treated my brother's family and myself great. What I appreciate is their willingness to address some of my special requests. They have a wide selection and its obvious they have a lot of experience. It seems to me it's about making us better bowlers and NOT just about the sale. If you are a new bowler, have a family, or an experienced bowler this is the place to go. They were really helpful to my nephews 9 and 12 and my sister-in-law.

This Pro Shop is the very first Pro Shop I have ever gotten a ball from. Even though I left my ball with them for 2 weeks and came back and it wasn't fixed, they got on it right away. Amungst that I got free games and lessons, which I have never had bowling lessons ever. This has turned my experience a whole 180°. They are very knowledgeable and they make sure you are taken care of. Even for a rookie like me, I need all the help I can get :)

Need a bowling ball or wanted one so I called and Bob told me to come on in. by the time I was done picking out the ball I wanted which took awhile only because of the big selection I was felt like I was special. Mike gave me some helpful information so I could pick the best ball for me. I was treated like I was buying at $1000 suit. I just wanna say this place has every bowling pball you could dream of. And they also have a equal selection of bowling shoes, the staff is very knowledgeable from drilling your ball to helping you pick out the right bag and shoes that will fit your style and skill set. They don't force equipment that you dont need. Big thanks to both mikes, you have a life long customer, and the new shoes "the 9" wow are they the best ever....
