Great service, straightforward help, easygoing store, great shoes. I wish I could give them more support. I hope my salesperson is being treated well. I came here looking to get hokas, and ended up getting some new balance 1080s because they felt really good. I wouldn't of gotten to check them out if my salesperson hadn't known to show them upon my emphasis of standing all day, and her consulting for nurses and related fields. It's a simple enough thing, but it's nice to get a good experienced suggestion. :)

After buying a million pairs of shoes online and returning them all, I came to PRO. This dude Kyle was working and he was *spectacular*. He gave each customer his focus, while still multitasking. He found me a baseline shoe and did not rush me to find something perfect for my foot/style. Absolutely not buying running shoes online ever again!

Kyle was very intuitive about my joint integrity. I'm telling you like I told him , you can't get this treatment or "sensitive" knowledge at a stupid footlocker. At least not in America. I really said nothing to him about being a life long runner that fell off. He only knew I wanted to get back in shape. Little did he know, my mind was made up leaving work today that I was hellbent on returning to what I know. How to run... thanks To The Most High Yah using this man to show me different shoes. Perfect place to get your running shoes.I was on a visit to Milwaukee, from Sultanate of Oman and my friend recommended this shop when I told him I need a custom fitting running shoes .Mr.Paul ,who attended to me,was patient enough to listen to my needs .He ran a few tests to find the perfect shoes for me .I am really happy with the final outcome ..Will recommend to anyone who is in search for a good running shoes . i am BLOWN AWAY by the stellar customer service at PRO. susie helped me last friday. the shoes i went home with weren’t perfect for me — when i went in today, nathan helped me. not only were they amazing at my initial visit, but today, when i returned with a problem with the first pair of shoes, they were equally as kind and patient — THAT is VERY important. i will 100% recommend this store to my friends (i’m posting on my facebook as soon as i’m done with this review), and will absolutely be a return customer. so, so, SO pleased.

I am not a runner but have always found success buying comfortable shoes to walk in. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming and attentive. You might pay a little more than say a department store who has a sale but it is worth it to find comfortable shoes that you wear a great deal.

The employees go above and beyond to help you find your fit. I was looking for a specific legging, but they didn’t have my size. I left the store and that evening the store manager personally called me with an alternative option that she found. Not only are the quality of the products incredible and every store is aesthetically pleasing, the service is also impeccable. That personal touch wiIl keep me as a returning customer for as long as I live in the Midwest!

I went to performance running for the first time last week and it couldn't have been better. I have really bad shin splints and knew I needed new shoes. Audrey took the time to help me figure out what shoes would be best for me and also recommended inserts. It's been a week now and my shin splints are basically gone. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
