Moofasa 1211Highly Recommend, I've never had customer service in a Shoe Store like here, Assistant Manager Mark Robinette went through about 20-25 pairs of shoes trying to find some that would accept my custom orthotic, and fit my foot without rubbing in painful spots. He had to take out the shoes insert and get mine in, after finally finding a pair that seems to fit excellent so far, he informs me if I have an issue, I have 45 days to bring back the pair and he'll find something that works or get my money back. Compare that to foot locker where once you've walked on non carpeted floors they tell you the shoes are yours. I'll definitely be back, and suggest you try out an American Shoe company.

The guy named Mark was great I went in and pointed to my shoes and said I don't care what color they are,but I need a pair like these. That feel like slippers. He went in back brought a pair out in my size and tried them on and bought them.

Went to a major sporting goods store before stopping here and was less than impressed with the options and customer service. Lauren helped me understand the sizing and New Balance as a company (I am a fan of the Lifestyle shoes, but have never purchased gym shoes.) Highly recommend this location and I will be back! :)

Janet FOnly place I can buy shoes. Not in stock. I had to order. Will order spring/ summer shoes too. Expensive but they work with my Richie braces, orthotics, and narrow foot.

Michael YorkIt's cool you can check out all the different types of shoes... But they all seem to be better priced elsewhere. Also the "clearance" shoes at the time were all over a hundred bucks. We just ordered them cheaper on Amazon
Neighborhood Handyman LLCStopped in for the first time last night and was greeted my Meghan. Outstanding experience from the start. I have foot issues and was looking for something specific. Meghan immediately found me exactly what I needed. She also showed me options as far as similar styles that might serve me better, and was tremendously knowledgeable about feet, physiology, and the different styles of shoes to address different issues. She was tremendously helpful in every respect, and outstanding from a customer service standpoint. I left with two pairs of shoes, my girlfriend with a pair of sandals, and both of us talking as we left about what a great experience we had with Meghan taking care of us so well. Thank you!!!!

Rik StardyThey're out of the inserts that I need and the clerk has no idea how to order them. they don't have them online and there's no way to actually get ahold of anybody at New Balance. Might be time to jump ship, there's a lot of other shoe stores out there.
Update: They did call me and they ordered the insoles that I needed.
