Excellent service here! We came in today to get my son a skateboard. He’s a beginner. Staff took the time to walk through everything with him and were super friendly. Then they even assembled the entire thing for him. When we came in, the shop was super busy but we were greeted right away, every employee jumped in to help, and we did not have to wait long at all to be helped. Great customer service… professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Gravity will have our business for all my son’s future skateboarding needs.

I needed to get my bindings adjusted on my new skis but there was a sign outside saying they couldn't take new service orders for a week. I was so happy when they were able to take care of my needs in less than 10 minutes! Everyone working was super nice and the owner was incredible and so easy to talk to. It is wonderful to know that I can get my skis serviced here in the future. I can't say enough wonderful things about Gravity Sports. Definitely go there for all your ski needs.

This shop deserves 10 stars! An excellent group of hardworking people that truly strive to make the Las Vegas ski and snowboard community better. I've had my skis tuned here for the past 3 seasons and they always look brand new when I pick them up. Gravity also offers rentals and new gear for purchase. Skate shop in the offseason. Super friendly staff and a great environment to hang out in while you wait. They are one of the only ski shops in town, so keep that in mind and be respectful.

My favorite place for all my snowboarding needs!! Emmanuel the owner is THE BEST hands down. Helpful, fun to talk to, and so passionate about all things ski/skate/boarding related. He helped me pick out some rad new bindings and gave my board a new wax (much needed). I won't go anywhere else...this is definitely my go-to place.

Gravity Sports Las Vegas is one of the best local shops to rent quality gear for your day on the snow-capped mountains. I recently got back into snowboarding and required a whole set-up (board, boots, and bindings). I should also mention that I needed an extra long board and even bigger boots. Upon entering the small shop, the owner and his team immediately checked me in and had me seated for my fitting. They made sure to inquire about my normal riding stance and boot size and if I needed any additional gear (i.e., helmet, goggles). The team ensured that my large boots fit perfectly and that my rental set-up suited my liking. They were short-staffed that evening but assisted everyone in the shop who had an appointment. (I highly recommend making a reservation for your rental and a time for your fitting & pick-up because supplies are limited). While I patiently waited for my final rental board set-up, the team went out of their way and took my girlfriend's board and waxed it free of charge. I had a great day on the mountain with my Gravity Sports snowboard rental. Their expert customer service and quality gear are only two of the many reasons why I will continue going to Gravity Sports Las Vegas for my snowboarding needs!

Best ski and snowboard shop in Vegas! The customer service is BEYOND AMAZING! I needed bindings installed on my new skiis. So glad I found this place. I also needed new bindings for my old skiis, which I purchased there. The prices are very reasonable and you can't beat the customer service! The only place I will take my skiis to get serviced in Las Vegas. It's a cool shop too. They even rent skiis there much cheaper than it costs to rent them at Mt. Charleston. They also have a really nice selection of new and used skiis and snowboards.

Both times I've went in (once for ski rentals and another for ski and binding tune) I was turned away because of either no stock or shop backlog. Clearly they are getting a lot of business, but their system of handling said business is strange. This year a wrinkled piece of paper with sharpie on it hung on the door that said the shop was full and not accepting gear drop offs. Fair enough, but they wouldn't even allow me to make a future appointment for drop off; just told me to try again in 5 days and maybe they'd have room (or maybe they'd turn me away again). Went to REI and was able to drop my gear off and have it back two days later.

If I could go 5+ on this I would. E's customer service is outta this world superb! Bought bindings and some clothes and accessories there. He setup my board for me at no charge not to mention the killer spring sale he's having right now which is beyond generous! If your looking for snowboard gear this is 💯 your spot. Generally a cool kickback atmosphere that makes feel right at home. Superb superb superb 10 stars.

Emmanuel is just an amazing guy. If you spend 2 seconds talking with him you will realize that he is the owner and he works 12 hour days pretty much every day. I have a couple skis that I dropped off and they came back nearly perfect from all that damage I did to them. This is the place for all your ski and snowboard needs!

They have a really personalized approach and good prices. We even got 10% off the whole purchase. Nowadays customer service like this it’s hard to find so they definitely deserve five stars.

The best snowboard wax and tune you can get. I have had my boards tuned at sin city and mcghies and no jab at those shops but Gravity is just next level. I'm sure it's the same quality for skis. My 3-year old board looks like it has never been ridden and the edges are perfect. The p-tex job was better than I thought possible. The job was a work of art and was cheaper than everyone else. The owner is the nicest guy to everyone and he is obviously invested in customer service and his shop's reputation. This place deserves your business, even if you need to drive across town to get there.

This place is the best! I called the more popular places in town to get a wax job on my boards. Othe places want 25-45 just for a quick wax. Gravity did the proper hot wax, the way it's supposed to be done, for $10 a board. The owner dude has the best positive personality. It's actually a joy to just talk to him. His staff also have great vibes, good knowledge and are extremely helpful. I asked about rental rates and they are way cheaper than the Mountain and the other local ski shops. Do yourself a solid and come to Gravity and support these guys. They were engaging and awesome to my kids to and hooked them up with some free stickers for their helmets and boards. Thanks Gravity!

Gravity Sports not only has an amazing selection of gear..they are beyond helpful and above and beyond knowledgeable and all around awesome! I cannot believe the level of service I received. Best place for rentals in Vegas 100%! Super friendly and helpful staff, went in for rentals for my first time snowboarding and the owner was so amazing and helped me get everything I needed and for a very affordable price. The gear handled great and will definitely be going back. You do need to make appointments due to COVID but it did not take long to get sized for everything I needed.

This is the best place for your ski or snowboard rentals, it was my girlfriend and I first time skiing and the staff make everything so smooth, they even give us some very helpful tips. Emmanuel was extremely polite, and genuinely cared about setting you up for a fun day in the snow. I was working at the local ski resort, and my friend needed a board. I found myself in Gravity, asking Emmanuel if he had a board my friend could rent for the day. Emmanuel was on it, he found the right size board, boots, everything. He even discounted the rental since I worked at the ski resort. If you're looking for a down to earth guy, Emmanuel is that guy. Whatever you need, Emmanuel will do his best to provide. Family owned the husband and wife run the place and they're trying to get their store off the ground they're amazingly awesome super good customer service would recommend them for any type of ski or snowboard rentals. Emmanuel and gravity is just absolutely the best. Such a nice guy, and is super knowledgeable. He'll get you set up right no doubt. Search gravity out and head there. Parking is small, next to a gas station. You have to look for the shop a bit.

We were looking for ski equipment for my mom. Visited 2 different places without luck and were recommended to try Gravity Sports. So glad we did! It's a small local business that you'll miss it if you don't pay attention, but once you find it, this is the place to go for all your winter sport gear as well as some skateboards items. The owner and the assistant whom I didn't their names were super friendly and nice. They were very patient to explain the proper gear for my mom, who is a beginner. They also had the right equipments available, so that was a bonus. We bought the demo ski, and they offered to put in new wax for us even though I thought they looked brand new. And at the time of visiting this shop, they are doing a 30% discount on all gears! They offer rentals at $45 a day, which I thought was very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back.

Hands down the best ski shop in Las Vegas. I met the owner for the first time today and I was blown away with the service he and his staff provide at Gravity Sports. I went in without an appointment for a ski boot fitting or more specifically a custom heat molding / stretch fitting my new Atomic Magna 100 ski boots to accommodate my wider right foot. I really would not have had a good time trying to break these new boots in when I go to Vail in 4 days. Well they fixed me right up and saved my trip. My ski boot is now custom fitted perfectly to my foot and quite comfortable, what a huge difference. Amazing price, awesome service, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, really good vibe. If your looking for a the best place in Las Vegas for ski / snowboard equipment purchase or rentals go to gravity sports!
