Had my boat towed here after my trailer Hub blew for the second time. Derrick and his team in Service and Maintenance were awesome! They explained everything to me and had me back on the road in less than two weeks!!! I couldn't be happier and this is now my GoTo Maintenance store for all my Tracker Boat!! Thank you guys!!!

Love. OK to update my review. First off your sunglasses hut gal is my daughters hero after she fixed my baby girls glasses. No charge. I took my 9 year old twin girls in there Sunday. It was just as much fun as being at a zoo. They loved all the animals they saw. Plus you guys were having a fishing contest and let them catch a fish.... Thank you Bass Pro for being so family friendly. Plus what other store do you go to and take a hundred pictures. 😃 5 star.

Always a fun time to come here, always seem to have something cool I'd want to buy. Staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. Only big issue I see is they really push the club/credit card on you... not high pressure persay, but everyone asked if you are part of it and if you want to join. Understandably, their saltwater selection is very limited but I wish they had more stuff for those of us who heads to the gulf of Mexico for vacation.

My husband loves this place. The only thing I don't like is that the staff are less likely to help me first (possibly because I am female). I don't like that at all. I would prefer not to beg for help in a store that I have spent tens of thousands in for my husband.

Beautiful place. Brought my dogs here to get their photos taken with Santa. Staff is friendly but finding assistance can be hard cause almost everyone is distracted or stationed to a specific area. But it is a really cool place to pick up some outdoor gear or to stroll inside for just whatever.

Bass Pro Shops is one of best. Never had a bad experience in the store. Best selection in a brick-and-mortar store of fishing and hunting items. Prices are very good, you'll have no problem finding what you're looking for.

Very nice older Bass Pro! Wish their 3rd floor restaurant was still open, would have liked to have tried it. And wish their shooting gallery was open too but it was being renovated. I did like that the firearms were on the 2nd floor. And they had a huge selection of tackle and boats. Clothing section for men and women were both very dark. Had to walk to center of store where light was after trying on clothes. Didn't like that.

We've been several years in a row to the Santa event they do annually, We always enjoy it ... Great store, we were disappointed the "arcade" area where you shoot the laser guns was closed this year.. as was the top floor cafe area ... And there were no included crafts with Santa shop like in years past ...

We are in here A LOT. Fishing, hunting, clothing, grill, smoker, camping.. you name it we can usually find it here. My son loves the fish tank and the taxidermy. We also love coming to see Santa and the Easter bunny when that time rolls around.

This was our first time visiting this Bass Pro and is just like the others honestly, great environment with good prices! Our family went to see Santa which we were excited about them still having Santa this year. Reservations only and encouraged to take mask off once at the window with Santa. Free picture really helps as well! Will definitely visit again.

We had so much fun! This is a place where families of all ages can have an amazing time. Workers were in great moods and everything was very clean and organized even though it was right before Christmas. My kids loved seeing Santa, looking at toys, and checking out the fish. But their absolute favorite was the boats! Thank you to the sales guy who had so much patience!

We went to go see Santa. We didn't make a reservation and as I was explaining to me child that we weren't going to get to see Santa cause of no reservation, the guy handed me a ticket and said get in line. What a surprise and a blessing.

Good outdoor sports store. Nice taxidermy displays. Great live fish tanks for viewing. Store has seen it's heyday as the 3rd level restaurant no longer exists. Very clean store and most employees seem friendly. You will get several offers about their credit card. You will also be approached by company pushing vacation giveaways, very annoying. When viewing discount signs, customers must read entire sign as it can be misleading as to what items on display are included (a problem I first encountered about 10 years ago). The gun department requires customers to approach one at a time after standing in a line far from displays , no real gun shop could survive doing business that way..

Went today for a handgun that was on sale for Black Friday. Always been a fan of Bass Pro and this one to me is better than the one in Cincinnati. Great selection especially for my fellow anglers. Took a couple photos of the mini stream.

Fishing tackle just keeps going up in price. Today I was looking for some floracarbon line in the Clarksville Indiana store. Seagar red label has gone up 5 dollars per box. Bass pro floracarbon line has 50 yards less per box. Really??? 😕 …

I visit here quite often. They have friendly staff. It's always fun to take the kids and look at the fish 🐟 .. Bass Pro also has all of your Fishing necessities. Rods, reels, combos, baits, hooks line, jigs, ned rig, you name it they have it and if they don't ask someone there im sure they can get it on order or will point you in the right direction.

The scenery within this store is spectacular, as well as the selection. Especially for camo and fishing supplies. You won't find a better amount of choices anywhere else locally. Their pistol/rifle selection is okay as well as reloading supplies, but priced fairly high for anything except for common stuff that they obviously buy in bulk. (Cheap Rugers, Remington 700, so on). Optics and archery selection is great and generally priced on the high end of the MSRP. Their policy of not matching internet prices outside of their own website is disappointing though. The item has to be priced lower on a competitor's SHELF and be within 100 miles. I've noticed they'll only "match" internet prices once the lower internet price has become the new standard. I'll usually wait for those prices to drop before picking them up, like I did for the optic in the pic below. They have other items such as a small children's section, gift items, and even some stuff for home cooking, but once again, higher prices. Often though, the item is unique and intriguing enough to make it worth it. My mother loves their candles, so I get one there every Christmas, for example.

Found exactly what I came in for. Nice selection. Carry big man sizes. But not alot of quantities readily available in store. Not many staff members in the store to assist in the mens clothing area. Love the ambiance of the store and nice, clean and organized. Thanks for the great shopping experience today.

Bass pro shop.. this is where capitalism meets outerwear and firearms. Well, first of all great location as there is nothing else in the parking lot because all businesses have closed. I went to purchase tactical shoes. I found a great pair which the sales staff was not helpful. So, it's one of those places. I ready had an idea of what I wanted to purchase and the sales associate would not leave me alone. Kept trying to upsell me on a pair that where nearly $200 as I was spending with tax about $113. The image is of a red head water resistant tactical boot. Great boot weighing 10oz per boot. This light weight boot sells cheaper at capellas online but I got what I wanted and am happy. Besides over zealous employees it's not to bad. Take a trip over the 2nd street bridge to clarksville and enjoy.

Great place to visit. My son loved their animals and creek. Has a huge fish tank with record fish in it. Has upper and lower level with clothes, toys, fishing, hunting, etc. Has boats, fourwheelers, food and gifts too! Very clean and staff doesn't care if you just come to check out stuff! Awesome place to take a kid to see a piece of the outdoors, indoors.

We always enjoy our shopping trips to Bass Pro and always seem to loose track of time! Overall knowledgeable staff who is more than willing to help, although I don't really care for their new marketing idea of having staff around the store trying to push their store cards. Unfortunately during the last visit the gun section was not open to view which was kind of disappointing as we always like to look at the selection. We will still be back, and I'm sure the kids will enjoy every minute of it again!

I like the store a lot but several suggestions: Please stop the practice of trying to intercept customers with sign-up offers. I don't like telling people "No" who are just doing their job, and the experience is just awkward. When I'm in a store I'm there to relax, browse, exercise, or maybe buy something, but I don't want to stop and fill out a questionnaire for a contest. Maybe you could have the sign up information clearly displayed and people could do so if they want to--far less awkward. Also, it would be great if corporate would approve doing something with the upper levels that have been closed off forever and a day(where the restaurant used to be). Finally, the area with the arcades needs to reopen. I assume it was closed for Covid but that's been a good two years now and if customers are walking around, mostly mask-free now, in other areas of the store, it makes no sense to keep it closed. My kids and I loved that area and for the sake of good CR it should be reopened. Store is otherwise nice, clean, and pleasurable. Hope these suggestions are useful.

In 2012 I took my son over to Bass Pro Shop, and he had the time of his life. All the boats all the four wheelers all the different types of activities that a young kid could do outside. He even took archery classes over at Bass Pro Shop. Now you fast forward it 2017 comma and unable to take my daughter who was the same age as my son back in 2012. She had an absolute amazing time at Bass Pro Shop. It is a true one-of-a-kind experience between shopping and all the amazing exhibits that are set up. All the animals that they have inside of the store and most importantly for me the fish. They have some of the largest catfish and bass I've ever seen inside of a aquatic setting. Bass Pro Shop is and has been a first-class sports goods and hunting equipment and apparel shopping mall for 6 years for me and my family.

I didn't buy anything on my recent trip to bass pro. I just NEED to leave a review on the Santas wonderland. We've made it a tradition since 2012 to visit Santa at bass pro and every year it is better and better! The free activities, free crafts and all of the staff are wonderful! Santa is ALWAYS warm, welcoming, and friendly! The "bass pass" to see santa is the best way to get everyone through without waiting for hours. The store is huge with so many sites to see. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Great personnel if you can get help. I was there the other day and waited at the fishing station register to ask a question and seen more floor walkers watching me than actual workers. I really would love to just one day go in there and actually shop especially when I'm a clubs rewards member and not be judged by the way I dress or look and be followed by the same person down every row where I feel squished and I end up leaving in 10 minutes. But the personnel though when you finally find someone. I can say hey're very knowledgeable and polite, and will go The extra mile helping you find exactly what you need. But me being EX security guard when I'm being followed the security though need to really back up and be more discreet and stop judging people on the way they look because I come in there with a hat on and Jordan's when they really need to be paying attention to couples and people that wear suits/your average hunting fishing person look. I'll have video next time I go in.

An outdoorsman paradise! If you have kids with you stop in on Saturday or Sunday at 2pm for the fish feeding demonstration. Great selection of fishing, camping, hunting, clothing, boating, etc There are lots of mounts and indoor ponds with fish and turtles. Fun place to check out!

An amazing place, first time I've been to this one; my Daughter, Wife and I loved it. Especially my Daughter, she loved looking at the aquarium and the little creek set up that they have running through the store. There wasn't very many checkout lines open so made checkout time fairly long but other than that it was an amazing experience. My Wife and I went back the next day and bought our first bowfishing set-up, didn't know much about it but the Employee that was working that section was really helpful and even helped us figure out our draw length.

The store is super cool. I definitely love all the decorations. It is cool that they have live fish similar to a natatorium or aquarium. Fun place to shop for sure. I love the selection of higher-end camping supplies that they carry. I do wish they carried more high-end boots. They used to carry more high-end merchandise 10 and 15 years ago but now they are carrying a lot of lower end items, but still charging high prices. I have a pair of American made dinner boots that I bought there 15 years ago that I still wear.

Great selection for your outdoor adventures. They also had a wide range of ammunition in stock. 12 &. 20 gauge, 223, 5.56, 9mm, 45 ACP, etc. They even had the allusive 380 Auto in stock (defense) and practice rounds 350 round box of practice 380 or 9mm was priced at $174.99. not bad. Customer service was also great both on the floor and at the register. Highly recommend.

I've only been in there twice as it is now. I can still see the remnants of when it was still the River Falls Mall. It's an amazing place with a literal water way running through the entire length of the place culminating into a water fall at the end. That fall rises above floor level of the second floor in there and it's impressive. Think of your lawn fountain with the mini pond then scale it up to the 10th power. They didn't have much selection in basketball shoes I noticed but it's an outdoorsman's/woman's store,not the footlocker. Next time I go maybe I'll try to fish in the kiddie pond 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great experience today! Everyone was social distancing and the employees were wearing masks and gloves. I was very disappointed in the few customers I saw wearing gloves today. There were even people with little babies in there. I mean have we learned nothing?? However, the shipping experience was great otherwise. The store personnel were very helpful and we got most of what we needed. It seems there were a lot of people stocking up on ammo while they had their first responders discount this weekend.

Such a very wonderful time every time I do go to Bass Pro. Just so happens this time I went with my dad for a huge sell that they were having we were the second person there. And for 3 hours we waited for the doors to open. And never was there a dull moment while waiting. Everyone that was showing up and even the workers who open the door was very enthusiastic about what was happening and the surroundings, that nowa days good conversation and laughter with just downhearted people, is hard to come bye. So for that I had an amazing time, at Bass Pro in Clarksville Indiana.... thanks to everyone for making the day for me and my dad very memorable and truly amazing. Hope everyone got what they needed. I like the store itself, though, because my kids love the displays. They especially like the live fish and turtles. It's worth the trip here every now and then just for that.

Very nice atmosphere and plenty to see, making shopping more of an "experience." The visit is fun even if you do not plan to buy anything. Shopping for firearms, nearly every brand you could ask for is represented. Prices are a little high, but they do price match as long the item in question is from a physical store, in stock, and within 100 miles. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't hover. Overall, very good experience.

I have always loved this place. After years of buying everything from hunting to fishing and even camping stuff. I have spent thousands of dollars here. I will still buy fishing stuff that I can't find anywhere else. But my last experience in the hunting area I have found that there prizes are more that I can afford. I can't spend 189:00 for a field jacket that I am going to take up in a year. I went to look for a hat and the hat I wanted was 25.00. it's was a bass pro hat. That means the want me to pay 25 dollars to advertise for them. Sorry guys. That's not going to happen anymore. I still love the place but I will have to find somewhere else to buy my hunting gear.

The gun desk workers could be more helpful in going over the operation of how to use and assembly of the gun after getting it out of the box. And make recommendations better on what gun would work best for what you are hunting. They seemed put off that I had them do a price match from Academy sports that had the same gun for $100 cheaper. But, at the final purchase when the manger was there he was very helpful and everyone got friendlier.

More than a camping and hunting store... it's a wildlife museum and retail amusement park! I speak on behalf of those folks who don't like to camp or hunt in any way: Do make a point to visit once in a while. Good: The whole place a full of eye candy. The center attraction is the aquarium that visitors can observe the underwater world from above and below. Taxidermy is on display everywhere. It's a great place for kids as they are always scheduling activities from indoor fishing to visiting a Santa wonderland during the holidays. In addition, the selection of housewares, gifts, and home goods is great... fun to browse. There is also a gift area comparable to what you might see at a zoo with items from souvenir shirts to toys. Good: I have experienced great customer service in the store. The staff is very knowledgable about the merchandise. This particular store is unique because it was built within a portion of an old shopping mall that was gutted and remodeled. Becoming it's own virtual stand-alone structure, this Bass Pro takes up a two level space that previous housed small shops, an arcade, miniature gold, a movie theater, and a mini-amusement park. For these reasons, this Bass Pro is designed like no other. This is a fun place to visit whenever in the area.

Santa's wonderland was different (as everything has been in 2020) but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the photo with Santa turned out considering the face shield and the plexiglass divider between the children and Santa... Hats off to the men and women doing all they can to make those moments as close to the way they have been in the past. They're really trying to provide that magical world of wonder for the children and I appreciate that as a parent. Together, with the right attitude and a common goal, America can beat Covid-19. Bass Pro Shops are always a bit unique. I enjoyed this particular shops large laser gun area. There were about 7 different backdrops to choose from along a themed jungle/safari trail. They also have a large fish tank, waterfall and a stream running between walkways which was neat. A great place for the whole family.

A shell of it's former self. I miss the restaurant and bar that used to be upstairs. My family and I go here very often and have always experienced awesome customer service! But the one thing that bothers me and has been a very big inconvenience for me (and I know other moms) is that there is not a single private place to nurse your baby. I am all about using a cover, but it isn’t always an option depending on the baby. My 5 month old son screams, sweats perfusly, and pulls off the cover if I try to use one. There should at LEAST be a chair in the bathroom if not a nursing room all together (the place is huge!). I also tried asking a female worker if she knew of anywhere private I could nurse my screaming hungry infant, and she simply said “no” and walked off. No interest in accommodation whatsoever. My only option was the toilet or the random bench next to the bathroom, so I ended up using my jacket and nursed him on a bench, which as I mentioned before, is halfway impossible. Oh how other nursing mama’s will praise their name if they did that! Love the store though!

You know what you are getting with Bass Pro. No complaints there. Only issue I have is this: As a service dog handler, several employees at this store do not respect the vest. I have had employees waving dog biscuits in front of my service dogs nose trying to distract him saying I know he can't have this. Or the employees get too close to us and talk to my service dog instead of me. As a pet friendly establishment, I expected the employees to behave better around service dogs.

Not only do they have great products, but they also have a great store to just walk through and look at! There is a large tank in the back of the store, a stream with fish that runs through the middle and on the upper level, there is a game that allows you to shoot at interactive targets throughout.

We have a tradition of having our pictures with Santa every year here. Two years in a row, I've ran into dilemmas caused only by myself that have nearly prevented us from having our photos taken. Both years an angel named Tina Tucker (their events coordinator), has went out of her way and above and beyond to help our family. After she walked up and saved Christmas this year, I reminded her of how wonderful she was to us last Christmas and I was full of happy tears to have had her bring Christmas joy during a stressful time for myself two years in a row! This woman will restore your faith in humanity if you should ever be graced with her presence. She's an outstanding employee and deserves all of the recognition and I just want everyone to know how truly special she is. It was a Saturday and so packed! Also, first bass pro I've been to that Santa is only there until like 5:30 for pictures... thankfully we got a 5pm pass. I thought that was different, but I only have our experiences in colorado springs, CO to compare to. Also, santa wasnt as "jolly" or even friendly as others we've seen. Hence the rating. There were several ppl who showed up at the same time as us and we're told there were no more Santa passes to come back during the week... the earlier the better. The store itself was very nicely set up & stocked. The checkout was speedy & the staff overall were friendly. I'll be back, just not for Santa.

I received a $100 gift certificate for Bass Pro for Christmas. I have been there twice and couldn't find what I was looking for. Each time I looked around to find something else I could spend my gift card on. Everything is so overpriced I couldn't bring myself to do it. A hardware store in Scottsburg Indiana carries both of the items I drove to Bass Pro for. Too bad the Ace Hardware doesn't take the Bass Pro gift card.

I went there looking for a very specific item (#8 snelled Eagle Claw hook with a long shank). I know it exists because I have purchased them at other sporting goods stores in other areas but BPS did not have them. They did have a similar item in their brand which I purchased but still wanted that item. I know that they cannot carry every item produced and I do not fault them for it. I dropped three stars for a couple of reasons: Their parking lot is quite odd and requires parking pretty far from the building. I think the landscaping is supposed to be an example of native plants but essentially it looks like a bunch of ragweed with some Russian Sage thrown in. They could really do much better. And lastly, even though there were VERY FEW customers in the building, the employees seemed too busy to offer help or even make eye contact. And I added one star (for a total of three) because they have amazing specimens of native fish species swimming through the "stream" in the middle of the store.
