First off the staff is very good here. They take the time to work with you. We bought a 140 pair of sneakers for my son in August, by December the shoe came apart. A big thank you to Marlene. She replaced the shoes. I will be back to buy sneakers here. I would also like to add that foot of the rockies also donates sneakers to the needy. I was very impressed with that.

Great store for runners, they have a large variety of shoes, clothing, and sunglasses. The staff is very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They also host some really good races!

One look at my gait and Marlene put me in a shoe that solved the problem:-) As a former customer service trainer, I can't say enough good things about the kindness and care with which service is provided. I was in a desperate search for baseball cleats at 10am, only minutes before my son's game. *Due to driving 2 hours from Colorado, only to realize he forgot them. Checked Walmart and Target, but no go. The staff at Foot of the Rockies, didn't have any on the floor currently, but were amazing, and searched back stock in the attic, and found a pair. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
