After having an absolutely disastrous experience ordering a NordicTrack (the delivery person refused to go on our road that, as is typical in Vermont throughout the winter, had a couple inches of snow on it), I decided to go local. I called Nancy, and she walked me through the different treadmills available. She never pushed for me to go with a more expensive treadmill, actually recommending one of the lower priced ones, but I ended up deciding to splurge and purchase a True treadmill. Delivery was on time and efficient. Most importantly, the delivery guys were really nice, clean cut, and professional. My whole family has gotten so much use out of our treadmill, and we couldn't be happier with it. . . favorite purchase I've made in a long time.

Purchased a WaterRower from Nancy at Total Fitness in South Burlington, VT. The experience was great...we got to fiddle around with the machines for a while and there was no pressure. After the purchase, there was a small problem with our machine, and Noah made a trip to our house to remedy the problem...everything is now perfect! I have spent most of my long life trying to find sports shoes to fit. And finally, Nancy Condit, owner of Personal Fitness Interiors found not one, or two, but four choices for me. I chose my favorite, because I loved the colors.... And I am happily walking every day in them. So... I went back to buy a second pair. Hard to ignore all the cool bras, clothes, and personal fitness machines that are custom fit to your special needs. At Dee's Pt where I go to work out and have custom PT work, they buy solely from Personal Fitness Interiors. I have spent many hours on the stationery bike. Now with all of them I can walk again!

My husband and I went in on Christmas Even to buy a Waterrower. They were so helpful and didn’t seem annoyed by our three year old who also wanted to test out the rowers.
