If you are a snowboarder, visiting the flagship Burton location in Burlington, Vermont, at least once in your lifetime is a requirement 😃. The wall displays show the evolution of snowboarding, including many of the actual boards along the way. The people are super cool and helpful. And of course, you can get any Burton item you need there! No matter what brand of board you ride, seeing where it all started is very cool.

Tony! Toni! Tonë! Idk how he spells his name but this employee went above and beyond my expectations today! I’m visiting from out of town and forgot a few essentials for my trip and BiG T had my back. When searching for products he suggested multiple tiers of pricing and the benefits of each and their flaws. Being completely transparent with me was a huge help and it felt like he was treating me as a friend and less like a customer. The store is beautiful the staff is AMAZING and I’ll certainly be a return customer to this location. PS Big T if you read this the gloves are perfect and these thermal rock, Thanks again!

I've been coming here off and on for almost 6 years, and I love this store, and the company. They're always so nice, professional, helpful, and the stores are always so relaxing, chill, and inviting. The products might sometimes be expensive, but not only are they well made, but most are backed by a lifetime warranty that is truly incredible. 6 years later, and they helped me with my bag that I considered to only have normal wear and tear. It's far beyond my expectations of support. If you shop here, you're not just buying good products, you're also buying into a promise that you'll be happy with your purchase.

The tour of the factory was amazing and something that should be mandatory for any snow enthusiast. I've taken 1 star off for something simple, Burton should produce merch related to this store or Burlington. T-shirts, hoodies etc. Also, really was looking for a snowboard that would be a custom run or something really different. I think this is a missed opportunity for Burton

Stopped in there a few weeks ago as I always wanted to make a trip to the home of snowboarding. I had made an appointment online to tour the factory but due to COVID they were not doing tours at the time so I decided to tour the shop. While there I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Bob. He was by far one of the most professional and knowledgable individuals I’ve met at a board shop. From boards to boots and bindings his knowledge of Burton products was 2nd to none. He took the time to explain the materials each boot was made from and where they fell in their product line. As someone who is in sales myself it’s rare that you meet someone who excels at both people skills and product knowledge. I went there for a tour with no intent on purchasing anything that day and walked out with 2 Custom X’s and a pair of Step-On’s. Can’t say enough good things about my experience and the people here.

The moment I walked into the store I knew it was going to be a successful “shop” because of the amazing displays and endless gifts for my family. I love to snowboard an own a burton board myself. I HIGHLY recommend George as he was extremely knowledgeable about every single board on the rack. Any board I pointed at he would give so much information to me, helping me learn and give me an idea of a new board setup. I’ve never met anyone as friendly and knowledgeable as George. If you are ever near this Burton store than it is a must to go to (even if you don’t board).

Great Experience! I went in because my board had started peeling apart on the bottom. I walked in to the warranty department and was greeted immediately by a technician. They looked over my board for a minute, removed my bindings and then offered me a voucher to replace it on the spot. From there I walked over to the retail shop where they helped me with the selection process and sent me on my way with a brand new board in hand. The whole experience only took about 25 minutes. These guys provide great service and absolutely stand behind their product! Thanks again!!

The flag ship store has the new style ankle straps but no ankle ladder that fit them. They don’t sell the ankle straps without the buckles, but they sell the old ladders so you are forced to buy extra buckles to even get what you need at fit the ladders. Not very impressed. Also they didn’t have the sliders that bend by the hole.

Amazing staff Allen really made me feel right at home. Great gear and clothes selectionplenty to choose from discounts on clothes too. They even have old Snowboards on the wall in the entry like what I first started. They also have a mini pipe and bowl out. Everyone I spoke ro is really laid back and friendly.

I don't care what any one says Burton is the best company! they are always coming up with great ideas, EST, Magnatech goggles now we're seeing the release of some really cool "step-ons"! The warranty department is hands down the best, seriously. You can buy products with confidence because the products are great but they are also backed by a great warranty. But most important the staff are great! Always eager to help and assist!

Burton is a super cool business. The headquarters in Burlington also host an awesome skateboard bowl and miniramp that are both free to use. The factory store has some really good deals and the building in surrounded by tons of really fun skateboard ramps that are always open to ride on.

Insane huge shop for nearly all possible gears from Burton. There is even in display on the floor under glass old Burton snowboard models. Would go again and wont miss the tour of the Factory this Time
