I cannot recommend Vida Colonics Spa enough!! It was my first time getting a colonic and Mio immediately put me at ease, explained everything beforehand and it was a wonderful experience. She is such an awesome woman - the special kind of person that that makes you feel warm, at home, and comfortable just being around them. She made the whole process so easy and let me tell you - you feel AMAZING afterwards. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Thank you Mio!!

This was my first time ever getting a colonic and I have to say it was a great experience! I didn’t completely know what to expect but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease. The place was extremely clean. Ms. Gonzalez was very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She explained every step of the way and it was totally painless. It was apparent that she takes pride in her work and she is awesome! I will definitely be returning for another session and to check out other services she offers. You will not be disappointed!

Today was my first experience getting a colonic. The spa atmosphere was amazing due to music and essential oils. It’s great when you can work directly with the owner of the business because in most cases you never see the owners. Mio was very detailed about your experience and makes you feeling comfortable during the procedure. During the procedure, you only feel slight pressure and bloating. This is normal due to your intestines being filled with water to flush you out. No need to be shy as you watch the process of the flush. If you want a complete reset for digestive health, I would highly recommend booking an appointment for a colonic! I received hot tea and a gift bag after the procedure was over. This a heart warming touch to end an appointment, which made the experience more personal.

Mio was amazing! This was my first time getting a full detox. I was nervous, but Mio was so friendly and knowledgeable. She put me at ease. The whole process was explained to me and I have never felt better in my life after this experience. I highly recommend going to Mio and having a full detox. I will be going back soon.

I loved meeting Mio. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the services she provides. This was not my first time having a colonic, but it's been a while. Mio was calm and patient and made my experience pleasant. She uses a closed system which is comfortable and changed my position when nothing was "coming out". Her handmade soaps and tea at the end were great touches to the experience. The office is private, clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend especially if it's your first time. Will surely book again.

This was the first time I got colon hydrotherapy, so I was nervous. From the time I walked in, until I left Ms. Gonzalez took care of me. She explained everything thoroughly. When it came time for insertion it was comfortable and not painful at all. Every room was very clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere. I will be making this apart of my must do services. From the first time I walked in the door I was totally impressed the waiting area was clean and inviting. She takes you in her office and explains everything to you . She is very knowledgeable , and compassionate about her craft. The room where she does the colonic very clean and the machine that she uses was amazing it showed you everything . She explained everything I would definitely recommend her and I will go back back to see her for colonic treatments .Plus she makes her own soaps, lotions and deodorant . Hello I made a appointment to get a colonic. I have to honestly say I was excited and nervous at the same time. When I walked in I was so welcomed with the atmosphere of music and the smell of oils. So amazing! Mio is amazing. She explained the whole process and walked me through it. I would return and I do give this business a 5 star. I have felt better and have had so many bowel movements. I recently received a colonic at Vida Colonics Spa. Mio was very professional and friendly. Prior to starting the treatment, Mio offered a consultation, explained what to expect and asked if I had any questions. Upon entering the spa, you are immediately hit with an inviting energy; from the cleanliness, soft spa music playing and light aromas. Mio takes her time to ensure the quality of her work is above par. As a person who used to get frequent colonics, it is clear she has the skill and knowledge needed to perform a service as personal as administering colonics. I had the BEST experience. First, I’ll start by saying that this woman is gifted. I felt at ease the moment I walked through the door. She has a strong positive energy that radiates, and makes you feel soooo comfortable! The suite is clean, smells lovely, and has a really personal feel to it. I was a bit nervous before coming here, as this was my first session and I was unsure of what to expect, but Mio was very thorough in explaining the process to me, before-during-and after the session. Mio was a great combination of friendly and professional. Her office is private and each area is clean and comfortable. She took her time to explain every step of the way which put me at ease. The experience was way more pleasant then I expected and gentle. During the treatment, she helped me feeling calm and even though she was doing all the steps, I felt completely in control which helped me relaxed completely after getting the hang of it. She was so warm and explained everything so well. The place has a really calming atmosphere and smells great everywhere. The whole place was extremely clean. She was so warm and funny and made sure you felt at ease and make you feel comfortable during the process. Her package given to you at the end was also icing on the cake.
