Connie is the BEST health practitioner I have ever been to. Being a first time client, Connie always made me feel welcome. She shows drive and passion into helping her clients meet their goals both short term and long term. Her scheduling is super easy online and makes it easy to integrate appointments into my work life. The services I received was body sculpting and a 30 minute deep tissue massage. After each visit, I always felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. Connie really helped be to obtain my weight loss goal and made my over-all self esteem better for the summer bikini body! Thank you so much. I recommend her for all of her services and look forward to trying new ones with her!

On my first visit she took the time to explain in depth the many services offered and helped me create my own individual plan based on my goals. Each service was conducted with a high level of professionalism and my personal comfort was always taken into consideration. The facial was very thorough & relaxing and the high quality organic products she uses are amazing. Her massage skills are top notch, honestly the best massages I have ever experienced. It was my first time having Reikii and I love the unique relaxing energy work. Definitely something I would recommend. I also received body sculpting and I am extremely happy with the results. My stomach and thighs are significantly more toned and firm. I can’t wait to create my next wellness plan with Connie and try some additional services. Halo is truly an extraordinary spa that focuses on your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

This was the best massage I've ever had. Connie was absolutely amazing. She helped me relax by giving cues and guiding me through the massage. I was practically a puddle after 20 minutes. I had so much neck and shoulder pain going in, and by the end of my 90 minutes, I felt like a new person! She is so knowledgeable and gave me advice on stretches I can do at home to target my pain. I can't stress enough how wonderful this experience was. I can't wait to go back again.

Connie is absolutely amazing. I had my first reiki session with her followed up with a massage a few days later. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step of what she was doing during reiki and the massage. Connie helped me with meditation and breathing during my massage. She guided my breathing and kept me grounded during both sessions. I absolutely recommend her if you are looking for someone different and connected with energy and healing.

Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had in a spa setting. I’m getting married soon and received a backcial and facial. Already booked for future treatments because it was such a great time. Connie is so easy to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and clearly has a true passion for her work. I have super anxiety so meeting new people (especially in such an intimate setting) can be extremely tough for me but within minutes it felt like I’ve known her for years which makes the whole process very easygoing. I have visited Halo for body sculpting, teeth whitening, and hypnotherapy sessions and I’ve never felt the peace I feel now in my life. I feel empowered to manifest my greatest potential and feel so confident in my ability to create a peaceful atmosphere and life for myself and those around me. Those are all things I never thought possible. If you’ve never been to a spa, I cannot recommend Halo enough. I’ve you’ve been to a different spa and not been pleased, go to Halo. If your debating on scheduling the appointment, schedule because you will be SO HAPPY you did!

One massage relieved the same amount of pain as a month of physical therapy. I’ve suffered from leg pain all my life. Been in and out of PT for it many times on my life, and will need to go again. After my first appointment with Connie i felt like a brand new person, it was crazy. I’d recommend her to anyone.

I’ve received a few run-of-the-mill Swedish massages before, but Connie does an outstanding job incorporating the full body wellness experience into her massages. She was able to fine tune the areas I needed help but still was able to do so much in a 90 minute time frame, including full body stretching incorporating breath work. I will absolutely be returning soon and I look forward to work with Connie being part of my new self-care regimen !

Connie is very personable which helps make you more comfortable when going to a new LMT. There is a very soothing atmosphere filled with lighting and soft music that allows your body to relax so you’re able to get as much out of the work as possible. She adds stretching techniques with her massage that are very helpful and noticeable the next day. She is very knowledgeable and will inform you of which muscle group the stretches are working. Connie is also a licensed esthetician and my face was noticeably a lot smoother and softer looking after one of her facials. I also, received a back facial that was very enjoyable and helped clear up some problem areas I had pop up. She gives advice on soaps that are better for your skin as well. Recently I went through a session of hypnotherapy to help me prioritize to-do lists at work that keep me from trying to do it all at once. It has help out drastically. I have a reiki session coming up and I’m excited to see what that is like. I have absolutely enjoyed every experience and the results of the work that Connie has done.

Great massage! Connie is extremely knowledgable and walks you through everything she is doing. I learned so much about myofascial release and it was amazing feeling the concepts she discussed applied. There is a difference between feeling relaxed for an hour during the massage and actually relaxed after, but she accomplished both. Despite all the loosening/stretching she was doing, I felt relaxed during the massage and walked out feeling significantly looser. Exactly what I was looking for as an athlete! Give her a try!

I originally went to see Connie for myofascial work and pain relief. I suffer from pain associated with herniated discs between L4 and L5, and L5 and S1. I am also an active person and feel like I am constantly fighting my body to stay in shape and manage pain. Connie has not only helped me to get back to an almost pain free state, but has also educated me about my specific injury and the muscles affected. This allows me to manage my injury better because I understand what triggers the flare up and how to avoid it now. She uses a wide array of tools and techniques to help the healing process, and I would recommend her services to anyone struggling with pain management or range of motion limitations. For months I have been searching high and low for a spa that specializes in facials, massage, and other services using a holistic approach. Connie is truly an Angel here on earth! I wanted to schedule facials for my teen daughter and I as we were both in need of a healthy skin routine. Connie is extremely knowledgeable in her practice. During our facials she educated us both individually about our skin type, explained each product she was using and why, and also explained how they worked. She then recommended products to incorporate into our skin routine. We purchased a couple, and she also gave us a few samples of others to try. Connie goes above and beyond to ensure her customers have a customized treatment, and explains your routine in a step by step process. We left feeling absolutely amazing. Already scheduled my massage for next month. Can’t wait for my next facial. Thank You so much Connie. We enjoyed every moment. 5 stars are simply not enough. Wear the Halo! We’ll see you soon!
