This is my second time coming to ideal and I can honestly say that Sarah provided the best customer service that I have received at ideal image. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable throughout the session and provided breaks as needed. I will definitely try to schedule my next appointments with Sarah in the future!! This place is absolutely amazing! I had my first treatment a month and a half ago and I was so impressed with my results I referred two of my friends. Yesterday was my second session with Sarah and she was awesome (again!). After my treatment I asked her about other treatments and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't wait for my next visit. Great work!

Bethesda site is a new location and closer than Arundel for me. Why I switched locations. Plus I’ve been to 3 Ideal Image clinics on the east coast and Bethesda tops them all. Unfortunately, parking is very limited during peak hours, would be nice to get a 15-20-30 minute parking pass from this location. Other than that, the clinical staff is highly professional and courteous. The site is hygienic and abide by Covid policies.

I had great concerns and once I express to Sidney, my concerns regarding my health she did answer all my questions along with showing me before and after slides. I’m very new to the area (just moved here) and this is my first time. This location is absolutely beautiful! The facility itself is modern, clean, and overall very pleasing. One of my favorite locations in the area. Love the vibe here and professionalism of the staff. Abra was so sweet and welcoming when she greeted me at the front desk. I had Safiyah for my laser hair removal treatment. She was so skilled and thorough with her work in my area. Also she was so kind throughout the process, especially during moments of discomfort. On a next appointment, I had Iyana for laser hair removal and my experience was comfortable throughout. She was also thorough with aftercare instructions.

My on-site appointment at Bethesda was great. I booked a CoolSculpting appointment for my chin area and the front desk staff, as well as my technician Sam were very nice and professional. The facility was clean and I have no complaints about the procedure itself. The low rating is thanks to the virtual consultation that I received by Brandi Lorusso. According to my technician, I was sold way too many units and was clearly way over charged for my procedure. I only need one treatment and was signed up for 3 by Brandi, which my technician Sam said was overkill and unnecessary. I used financing so now I am on the hook for probably $1000 more than I should be with no ability to get a refund. I have no interest in other services but will have to figure something out since Brandi was greedy and wanted to make more money for her own commission. In addition to being money-hungry, Brandi is not knowledgeable on the procedure it’s self. I was told that I would come in for my second treatment after one month, only to find out it’s actually 90 days which completely screws up my schedule as I had thought that this procedure would be done with before an event. This experience has completely ruined my perception of Ideal Image and other than trying to use up my credits, I will never come here or recommend this company again. I left my procedure completely upset, not at all excited, and feeling totally taken advantage of. Update 11/3 - I reached out to the online customer service email as directed on 10/20 and still haven’t received a response. Update 06/30 - I reached out to the Bethesda location directly to discuss using my leftover credits from the CoolSculpting for another service and there was some back and forth as to whether or not I'd be able to do that. The consultation specialist Lauren Hoffman that I spoke with was INCREDIBLE and so responsive, kind and helpful in getting this sorted out. Ideal Image made things right and gave me five courses of the other treatment I want at no additional cost. The way they handled this situation definitely changed my opinion of the company and Lauren needs a raise!

I ended up not being able to get any treatments because of an existing medical condition, but the professionalism and the care that I received during the process of evaluating and ultimately refunding me, was outstanding. The nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and the people I worked with in sales to set up the contract and then dissolve it, were fantastic. I give them five stars for caring about the customer and their health and safety, above anything else. Thank you!!

The appointment was great. I can't speak yet about the treatment because I only had my first session. At the exit, the lady at the front desk was in a terrible mood apparently and was very rude to me. Criticizing her coworkers (referring to the consultant?) and lecturing me for booking my next appointment too far without letting me explain I was traveling... she spoke to me as if I was a teenager... incredibly rude. She was very unprofessional. It's a really bad image for the place.

I’ve enjoyed all the nurses and staff, but Taylor is by far my favorite. She helped me with an account issue that took a few different phone calls. Taylor solved the problem and made sure to call me back to give me status updates and answer all of my questions. And she stayed late two evenings just to make sure I was taken care of before her weekend started. The best kind of care and attention!

Usually I have a good experience this one was not great. When I made my appointment they had me down for one area instead of 4 areas. Luckily, they were able to accommodate. I waited longer for them to start my appointment than it took for the whole procedure. Then the lady singed my eyelash on the right side and they are completely ruined. It also seems like the prices keep changing with no notice.

I visited this location in June for my first coolsculpting appointment and I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. Sam was my technician and she made the experience absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and went over everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. During the mini consultation that I had with her right before procedure, she took the time to thoroughly examine the areas I wanted treated. It was very obvious she cared about giving me the best result possible unlike many other places that simply want to collect your money and get you out as quickly as possible. She also made me feel very comfortable during the massage part by keeping conversation with me instead of having me sit there in awkward silence. Now that the Fairfax location opened it is much closer to my house so I will be moving my procedures there, but for anyone wanting to visit the Bethesda location please ask for Sam, you will have an amazing experience and you will be in very good hands. Thank you Sam, you’re the best!

Just had a really terrific experience with Taylor at the Bethesda location. I had some scheduling concerns that a previous interaction with someone centrally didn't really leave me feeling settled or satisfied. Taylor worked with me and gave a full half hour of her time to get creative solutions to schedule all my necessary appointments within a particular time window. She helped me feel much more relaxed and settled about getting everything checked off before a very busy work season. Of course I can't yet comment on the procedures or location itself, but if its as good as the service I received today it'll be 5-star!

I have yet to start my sessions but I like that they are using all new equipment with licensed professionals. You have the benefit of lifetime membership. Prices are misleading as a marketing strategy but are still reasonable and affordable. You have several different options for a payment plan. Ideal Image team were very professional, answered all of my questions and explained each service in full detail. Wonderful disposition, presentation and patience.

the experience at the clinic was great felt a bit rushed but expected since there is only one tech doing the procedure but she was very professional, on the other hand if you want faster services and results ask first when the procedure will be done so you can decide if you want to pay more somewhere else and specially before they get you to sign a contract this part of the deal made me regret the whole thing it felt like just a transaction even thou I contacted them a few times, so ask many questions and decide for yourself before signing anything! the price however is worth it for those who are willing to wait thank you.

If you are debating between locations for treatment in the DMV area THIS IS THE PLACE! I started at Gaithersburg and after having two terrible experiences (hour wait times, cancelled appointments and more) I thought I’d try Bethesda Row. Always a pleasant experience. Centrally located in Bethesda Row with plenty of parking options (street or garage) and a short 5 min walk from the Bethesda Metro station. But beware because scheduling at the Bethesda location can be an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Joann is the Nurse Practitioner who did the ultherapy session. Today I met Sam who guided me with a sculpting treatment. The treatment was exactly what I researched. I did a lower abdomen left and right. Each took 35 min. The actual treatment was not painful...it's also not a picnic with wine and cheese under the cherry blossoms, but it so manageable. In the first treatment (left), I took a nap...which I needed. The second (right), I played on my phone and it went by so fast! The second part where they have to massage the area was uncomfortable but widely doable. Sam, had the best tricks to take your mind of it and before you know it, it's over. I'm looking forward to the results. I work out very regularly and I'm hoping this will help elevate my goals with this stubborn area. Sam, amazing. The perfect fit of friendly, personable, and professional. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. I've got another round in a few months. Looking forward to it!

I had my first Laser Hair treatment in June… experience was OK. Place was clean. Treatment was quick. Nurse was kind. Receptionist was OK…could’ve been better. I left slightly annoyed because this location was pretty booked and I was unable to get an appt for the time I needed. I felt like the $$$ I spent was probably not worth it if I couldn’t even get the amount of treatments I needed in the designated time. Nurse called the next day to make sure everything was ok which I really appreciated I voiced my concern about appt availability and she advised to call in 2 weeks as more would be available. I went ahead and did that and had my second appt on 7/23. This is when my experience went from OK to GREAT! I was greeted and taken back right away the nurse was soo nice! She answered all my questions! She made conversation! It was great. When I left the receptionist Addy…10/10! Helped me schedule a few appts as I’m doing Laser on several areas. I could not thank her enough! I left feeling super happy. I wish I would’ve received this treatment the first time but hey! It happens. We’re all human. As for the actual laser hair removal I love it! It HURTS but it’s quick! For me it’s worth it. I can already tell the difference and looking forward to future results. I would suggest them stop putting a time limit on services if it’s so hard to get appointments. Hoping I do not have any future issues. 🤞🏾

Location is awesome ! Lots of shops nearby, if you want to make a day out of it. Front desk employees were very nice and friendly. They even called me 10 mins prior to my appt. letting me know I have a 15 min grace period. Michelle was AWESOME ! She kept me distracted, so I wouldn’t focus on the pain. Also, extra precautions are being taken because of Covid; the place was thoroughly cleaned and the number of clients limited. My laser hair removal only took a few minutes but after a day, I noticed burns on my skin. It’ll take some time to heal but employee helped me figure out what caused it and it was my mistake of using two different numbing cream. So next time I’ll be more careful.
