Need a massage and want to decompress and relax? Look no further!!! I stumbled on this foot spa on yelp and saw that it got a 5-star rating so I decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment. There was 3 of us that came together and we had the entire place to ourselves. Upon walking in you see all chairs lined up in 2 rows. The lights were dimly lit and there was soft music playing in the background with the sounds of the water fountain. It was so relaxing. We all got the one hour combo massage that included both feet and body. It first started with the foot soak while they were massaging the back. The pressure was just right and she got all my troubled spots on my back, it was great!! I had Joy who is the owner and she did an awesome job. She was also super friendly and welcoming once we walked in. The prices were reasonable and I highly recommend this spot. Can’t wait to go back again!!!

I am so glad I had a foot problem so that I could discover this place but as another review said, don’t let the name fool you. This place takes care of the whole body. So that’s why I went with my girlfriend because she could get the whole body massage and of course I could too, but they also focused on my left foot’s arch which would feel like it was on fire. Joy told me I may need to see a foot doctor before they started, but that they would do their best. Sure enough I felt the pop in my left foot during the massage and it’s been a couple hours since the end of the visit and I’ve already walked a bit and it feels great. The lady felt the pop too and I could tell she was proud. I will definitely be back. I got a loyalty card too and they marked it twice already since it was a couples massage. Thank y’all so much!

I will never waste my time and money on a "traditional" massage again. This was the best massage ever! Don't be fooled by the name it's still an almost full body massage! Joy is extremely friendly, they get right to work so you truly get your full hour. I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

Just finished our first time here. I called ahead to make sure there was availability and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room in the back was very comfortable and relaxing. They asked about any problem areas or areas of focus and checked to make sure we were doing okay. We left here feeling very relaxed and with a lot less tension. Amazing place for massage and relaxation and we will definitely be making this a regular thing!

I gifted myself a massage as a Christmas gift. I came in Christmas eve and was treated so well from the min I walked in. I had the 60 min massage. It was amazing! I felt so relaxed and it was much needed. I was referred here by a friend and I'm so glad I was. I feel like the price was great for the service I received. I definitely will be coming back.

When I walked in, I was very surprised by how lovely the environment is. It was so tranquil, beautiful, very comfortable and peaceful! Great massage! It’s different compared to your “typical” massage place but it was very relaxing. My husband and I got the 1hr $49 massage and they got all the knots out of my neck/shoulder area. When you first come in, it’s a small entrance but the back is very open/spacious with multiple massage stations. It’s not as private you’d expect a massage place to be, but they massage you without taking any clothing off. I was surprised they were able to get all of my muscles and really focused on the areas I needed. Would recommend if you need to really get those knots out!

I have been to MANY massage therapists and Joy Feet is my preferred choice! Everything about this establishment is amazing and beyond relaxing. Not to mention that Joy is an absolute angel. She always ensures I, or whomever I bring, are well taken care of and have the best experience. For example, one day I came limping in with extreme neck pain and tight muscles. My back was extremely tight and I could barely turn my head without wincing. After my hour, I was feeling TONS better and Joy, who didn't even do my massage, came over and spent extra time on my neck after just to make sure I was feeling better. I've also brought my friends here and they love the open concept so we are very literally right next to each other. I love everything about this place and will always be a frequent flyer. I scoured the internet and was BLESSED to find Joy Reflexology on South Lynnhaven Road, a mere 12 minutes from my friends home 🏡 😀. BEST spent 12 minutes of my life to have the most AWESOME hour long foot reflexology treatment. Visited my friends again and took them with me this time. Now they're head over heels for Joy Reflexology too and they have already started telling their friends and loved ones about their experience. By the way, we opted for 90 minutes this time....soooooooooo worth it as well. Joy and her WONDERFUL staff will get you feeling amazing one foot at a time. What an amazing experience, especially after a long days work! I was greeted by the front office receptionist who was very kind and helpful. She explained the process since this was my first visit. The massage itself was outstanding! The therapist constantly communicated with me about the amount of pressure applied as well as any trouble spots! When I called the woman who answered was very helpful and polite. I believe she was the owner. I made an hour appointment for myself and my boyfriend and the owner went out of her way to fit us in so we would be done at the same time. We normally do 30 minutes each but we’re talked into an hour for a very reasonable price and I am so glad we did the hour! The massage was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The ambiance will exceed your expectations. The light, sound and smell of the room was so relaxing I was tempted to stay another hour. I highly recommend giving joy feet reflexology a visit to anyone who needs a high quality experience at a very reasonable price. I plan on making this a part of my weekly routine. I forgot to mention that after 9 visits you can get a free massage.

Ok your scrolling through and probably thinking the same thing I though, they pay for their reviews.. Well I'm here to say they don't. This place has earned ever 5 star review. Super chill, great atmosphere, spot on pricing and just amazing. Do yourself a favor and call in advance or don't and hit the Korean BBQ like we did. We will definitely be coming back. Oh side not, wear comfy clothes... jeans weren't the best choice lol.

The ambiance is heavenly and serene! The massage therapists have magical hands! I never wanted it to end! My whole body feels like jello and stress free!!! Zero tension left in my body! The prices are unbelievably great! I can’t believe how inexpensive it is for the quality of massage and experience you get! My wife and I were there yesterday late afternoon and had the most amazing massage experience I have ever had. But, it was more than that. From the moment we walked in until we walked back out the door, the friendly staff and the atmosphere made us comfortable immediately. Joy was spectacular and just what I needed. I hope she doesn't mind if I'm a regular client for her because I plan to go back often. My wife was even equally impressed with Wayne.and also can't wait to go back. The only complaint we both had was that we only did 1 hour. Be ready Joy....next time will be longer. This place is highly recommended and should not be passed up.. Joy is magical.

From the moment I walked in Mrs. Joy greeted with the biggest smile and made me feel so welcomed. Before my service began she took the time to sit down with me to go over things that might need some extra work. She then let my therapist know exactly what to do. He was absolutely amazing and even did a nice hot neck wrap and hot stones after my feet we're finished. Hands down best place in town! Just left my first time at joy feet reflexology and I was completely blown away ! Not what I was expecting at all my expectations were exceeded and then some ! Joy was amazing ! The description of what I got done today was not nearly as detailed on the website that I received. With that being said I am very very pleased with my service. Joy doesn't even scratch the surface of what I personally experienced here. My family and I are from upstate New York and can say with confidence that none of us have ever experienced such a welcoming, peaceful and relaxing environment. Personally, I felt complete zen. Joy Reflexology came highly recommended to me so I decided to give it a try over the weekend. I get massage on a regular basis but had some neck and back stiffness and my feet always are tired. I have never been to a reflexology spa even though I am a massage therapist. All I can say is it was FANTASTIC! It is decorated beautifully! The atmosphere is very serene and relaxing. The owner Joy is super friendly and professional. I received the 1 hour service which basically is a full body service but more time is spent on the feet. You are fully clothed the entire time relaxing on a recliner with a nice cozy blanket. I am so glad I found this place! I will be coming back on a regular basis in between my regular massage sessions!

Highly recommend this place. It's so nice and relaxing. The best 90 mins full body massage with your clothes on. They soak your feet in a bucket of warm water and then massage your neck and shoulders while it's soaking. Afterwards, they'll have you reclined on the chair and massage your feet and legs. Then, they'll have you turn over to do your back. Love the owner and every employee there does an amazing job. Just take all my money!

Wonderful Reflexology and experience! Total relaxation! This was my third visit, 1 hour each. They are priced under the normal massage for an hour and the environment is peaceful and stress free! I've never had reflexology before so I wasn't sure what to expect compared to a massage spa. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and service at Joy. I didn't just leave feeling relaxed but my joints and my usually stiff spine felt really good afterwards. My husband who generally has luke warm reviews after any massage was really happy with how he felt afterwards for similar reasons. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on going again.

Joy (the owner) attentively addressed those concerns personally and with her assistant and I felt a lot better immediately. The place is really serene and allows you to relax and feel pampered. My wife and I came in for a massage for her birthday. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. We didn't know you had to make an appointment but they were helpful in getting one later in the day. We went back and had an amazing hour. They were attentive to any aches or pains and gave a top to bottom amazing service. I feel so relaxed and couldn't help but let my mind wash away as they worked their magic. At around 30-40$ a person, it was well worth the experience. Will go again and highly recommend!

I took my mom here as a Mother’s Day gift, this was the first time either of us had gone. Joy is amazing! She was so happy and friendly. This is more that foot reflexology. It was pretty much a full body massage. She did all kinds of neck and shoulder stretches because my neck was tight from working in front of a computer every day. The foot reflexology was equally as great. My mom also really enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I will be going back. I told her I wish I could come back every day.i don’t write reviews, but it’s rare to experience such great service by someone who cares about what they do.

The massage is top notch! They start with a nice warm foot soak while giving you a thorough shoulder and back massage that I swear I thought the man rubbing me was reading my mind, as he was hitting every muscle just right. Then, you lay on your back and they rub your shoulders, arms, neck, hands and more! THEN! They go your your feet, calves, ankles, etc... and just when I thought it was over, he says “please roll on to your stomach.” WHAT! Ya don’t have to tell me twice! He proceeded to give me another back rub that was even better (if that could be) and lasted such a long time. What a phenomenal experience! But wait... there’s more... we went to pay and she gave us a discount, from the already discounted price, because we were 1st timers! She also told us about a promotion when we come back and gave us a punch card. Before we exited, a customer said “how was it?! “ We replied singing their praises and the other customer concurred that this was the best place. We saw the reviews and when we pulled up weren’t sure because it was kind of a hole in the wall... but another lesson learned in do not judge a book by its cover. (Just gotta let them know!) I told them where I wanted to be focused on and they did an amazing job. My massage was sooo good 90 min felt short lol and their pricing is unbeatable. We were lovingly greeted by Joy at the front desk, and while the front lobby is austere, inside the main door awaits all your deprived senses satisfaction. Soft glowing lights, Himalayan pink salt candles, inviting decor and the most amazing and comfortable chairs are about to be your relaxation playground. Light music (was that the flute theme from Kill Bill?) barely disturbs your wafting eyelids as they close in delightful comfort. Starting off with the foot bath (you know this is the first step, right?), we received neck and shoulder massages while our tender tootsies basked in herbed warm water, awaiting the firm, yet, cultured fingers that would eventually work out the knots from the day to day drive of our job inundated lives. We were then treated to leg, foot, shoulder, head, arm, and hand pressure treatments that can fit to your fashion,: firm, deep tissue, or just plain relaxing. Afterwards, the chair (pretty amazing) transformed into a massage chair and we were treated to some light back massage and trigger point pressure treatments. Highly recommended with competitive prices, excellent staff and perfect service. Thank you Joy and Wayne!
