I hate to admit it, but in the past I would try to go to different locations if they offered a cheaper deal. However, I would find that their customer service and quality of service was always subpar compared to Ageless. I’ve used Ageless Skin Rejuvenation a few times for Botox injections and have yet to be disappointed. The ladies at Ageless are always great! I have fair skin and have always hated the dark circles under my eyes. As I get older, they become more pronounced. My least favorite statement from people is, “Oh you look so tired!” So, today I tried the Morpheus with PRP injections for my under eye area. AMAZING!!! CHELSEY IS THE BEST! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening throughout the visit. Most importantly, Chelsey took the time and went the extra mile to ensure I got the absolute best results possible. I couldn’t be happier! I have never had a bad experience with any provider at ageless and I am a lifetime customer. Sara is the Morpheus queen if anyone is looking for Morpheus. Rachel is the best of the best for injectables but if you are not able to get on her schedule (she books out) she trains all her injectors so they are all amazing. 🙌🏼

The most notable quality of this office is Rachel's dedication to customer satisfaction, she ensures you are 100% satisfied. I read it in another post where someone stated Stephanie had a great bedside manner and they weren't lying. Stephanie takes her time and talks you through the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and offers her advise of how best to achieve the results you're looking for, not just what will bring in the most money. Can't say enough about this office and their employees, they are hands down the best I've ever seen, they strive and achieve perfection.

I’ve been to a few different places to receive lip filler/Botox but have never been treated as well as I am at Ageless! The office is gorgeous and clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I went here and saw Stephanie G for lip injections! It was not my first time getting them and let me tell you she did an AMAZING JOB! I was under the impression they were supposed to hurt really really bad. Stephanie made sure to numb me very well and was super gentle! It didn’t even hurt me at all (I have a high pain tolerance). I had no crazy swelling or bruising like the previous time I had them done with another injector. The results are amazing and I’m so happy! She did a very thorough consultation and has always been very available. I’m getting more things done with her and can’t imagine going anywhere else moving forward! I’m so glad I found Ageless Skin Rejuvenation and Stephanie!

My provider was Chrissie wall, RN (who came highly recommended from a friend) and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and all the staff I had the pleasure of speaking with. Chrissie was super knowledgeable and really made sure I understood the procedure and didn't have any questions. I experienced an undesired reaction (not at all the fault of my provider or product) and I was so incredibly embarrassed and Chrissie remained so kind and patient, even after I stayed long into other patient's appt times. I may not have left with what I had hoped, but she made sure that I had a positive experience and made me feel very comfortable (even though she probably won't believe me lol). I love this place! My first treatment was in 2018, and it was lip injections which turned out great and I loved them so much that I continue to get them till this day! I actually have a small fear of needles and passed out upon my first visit while getting the injection BUT they were so kind to me giving me ice and making sure I felt comfortable to complete the service and not judging me at all for being so nervous that I passed out! And even now when I go in to get my lip injections ( Which I haven’t passed out since that first time LOL ) They let me come in early to sit longer with the numbing cream and also offer me ice! seriously the best service and ladies around! I started off with the owner years ago, then after she was booked constantly and my schedule doesn’t allow for a lot of flexibility, that’s when I found Stephanie. I talk about to her my mom like she’s family lol :) she has learned so much about my lifestyle and how it affects the enhancements I get done snd when it is least or most beneficial. She’s completely honest and will tell me, “ no meaghan you don’t need that” or “ no it’s not time for more yet.” She has the clients complete best interest at heart. Rachel King is nothing short of extraordinary! First and foremost, I was referred to Rachel by a very reputable esthetician in Virginia Beach. I was looking at a very difficult work schedule in the near future and had very demanding appointment needs. I explained this and having yet to meet Rachel, she shockingly, inconvenient to her, accommodated those needs. I was so very grateful. Secondly, she was in her office and completely and fully prepared for my arrival. (Once again, regardless of my inconveniencing her.) I had never received injections prior. She was so comforting, thorough, and sensitive to making the procedure as comfortable as humanly possible. I have a prominent scar below my lower lip that healed and caused my full lower lip to heal noticeably uneven. Rachel used Juvederm to fill in lip wrinkles and create an even lower lip. Before explaining her exceeding any expectations I could have imagined, I would like to mention that Rachel is so concerned for your well being and comfort that she divided that syringe into several very small needled syringes. Less pinch. The pain level was almost nonexistent. It was, at most, a 2 out of 10 being the worst. Rachel King spent almost an entire hour with me. Including me on the decisions of what looked even and what needed more. I played a part in the whole procedure until she knew that I was completely, not only to mention satisfied...but impressed with our results. I still look like myself, very naturally myself, just better. I only had a very little swelling that evening and absolutely no bruising, at all. There are not enough words to express my highly recommending Rachel King and Ageless Skin Rejuvenation! This experience, the care, the considerations, and Rachel so very much EXCEEDED my expectations! Absolutely wonderful just is not saying enough. Once again, as a whole, nothing short of extraordinary!

My experience with Chrissie was amazing. I went in for lip fillers for the first time and wanted to get fuller lips without looking like a duck haha. Chrissie was wonderful. Very informative and so kind. The day I went in, I wasn't feeling very well, but Chrissie was very gentle and went at a pace to not scare me or make me nervous. The outcome was better than I expected! My lips look so natural and there was very little down time. No bruises or intense swelling. I am obsessed with my lips and am now 100% confident. Been a little over a week. My skin looks better. I had the micropen with prp. The master ethitician, jennifer did it. It was the best thing done. She definitely knows and wants what's best for you! Excellent work. UPDATE : It's been over a year, and looking back it was well worth it! I'd say my skin looked better for about a year, you do need upkeep,as I was told. As your skin will start to return but my skin has improved since jennifer! Highly recommend her!
