We recently experienced an issue with a leaky hot tub and had to get insurance and Hot Springs Spa involved. Jacque helped us out and was like our own mediator between them and the insurance company. She was wonderful and kept us informed. We had a great experience! We love our new tub and we also had the experience of being a sauna as well last year. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. What's next on our list? Maybe a motorized yot tub pergola cover!!!

Hot Springs of Sioux Falls has been fantastic to work with and come highly recommended. We recently purchased our first hot tub and didn’t really have much experience with how to operate and maintain the tub. From the initial inquiry thru today, their staff have been great about teaching us and making sure our tub is working as it should. We’ve interacted with several of their staff and everyone has been very professional and helpful. For those of you that are bottom line people, simply visit Jacque Johnson (The Hot Tub Lady – check her out on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook social media channels as well as her website) and the team at Hot Springs Spas of Sioux Falls and they will help you purchase the right spa for you. Plain and simple – highly recommended, 5 stars without any reservation! Our purchase process began in March and that meant visiting all the stores, expos and “special sales” in our area, talking to friends that owned spas, watching countless YouTube videos, and joining some Facebook spa groups to learn and gather all the information I could. We were fortunate to encounter Jacque when we originally stopped in to look around and get a feeling for their various offerings. She (and all the team members we encountered) welcomed us like family and patiently answered every question, were there as we frequently changed direction and continue to be there while we learn to operate and enjoy our new spa. For the two of us, the therapeutic attributes were the driving factor. We really love to just soak in the warm water! If you have kids at home or love to socialize with your friends, your choice of spa might be different. Forget about occupancy numbers from the manufacturer. They are only valid if they are talking about kids. Adults and their legs and feet take up a lot of space and you quickly figure out the number of people that comfortably fit in your spa is way less than the “capacity”. Since we were interested in the therapeutic benefits of a spa, the type of jets became a consideration. It isn’t the number of jets a spa has (that’s marketing), but rather the type, quality and placement of the jets coupled with how you can control the air and intensity of them that matters. Ours has a Moto-Massage jet that rolls up and down your back versus just pounding on it. Oh, is it amazing and a feature that is unique to Hot Springs spas. Take a wet test soak and you too will be sold! You are going to spend thousands of dollars buying something that you likely know little about mechanically. It was important to us to buy locally for the economic benefit to our community but also from a knowledgeable, local, servicing dealer. The showroom is telling and, most importantly, do they have both parts and the service staff to fix or address a problem if it comes up? Deciding where your spa is going to go and having it delivered by people who care about what they are doing was important to us. Having employees of the dealer doing the work eliminated so many potential problems and they definitely knew what they were doing. There would be no questions if a warranty issue came up either. Although perfectly fine, I didn’t want our spa sitting directly on the concrete. After doing some research (surprise) we bought tiles that snap together from American Floor Mats (any design and color you can think of) that allowed both air and water to freely move away from the spa. Don’t forget about the electrical connection and the associated cost and code compliance issues. The solid green and blue lights of the Hot Springs logo it’s your spa’s way of telling you it’s time to relax, I’m ready for you. After 5 months of looking, changing our minds on desired features and looking at all the dealers (and brands) in our area, the decision was easy – a Hot Springs saltwater spa from Jacque (The Hot Tub Lady) at Hot Springs Spas of Sioux Falls with the iCare wi-fi water monitor. They were the ONLY dealer that checked all of our boxes regarding our needs, were patient and professional and we are confident they will be there if they are needed. Total piece of mind, no regrets and a business and staff (especially Jacque – The Hot Tub Lady) we would highly recommend – absolutely 5 stars! This was our first time ever purchasing a hot tub. We came in completely blind with very little knowledge about hot tubs. Between Rebecca, Jacque, and Gary, all of our questions were answered and we felt we made a very knowledgeable and informed decision when we finally purchased. We were never pressured to do anything and while it was weird for about a minute, trying out the hot tubs in store is a must do because it helped us make our choice. We are waiting for the tub to be delivered currently but the electrician stopped by as well and he was very nice and seemed like he will do a great job. A fantastic experience, start to end. When we were first considering a spa purchase, I reached out to Hot Spring Spas with questions related not only to their selection of tubs, but what we would need to do in terms of landscaping and electrical preparation. We have owned a Hot Springs Spa that we purchased 22+ years ago from Hot Spring Spas of Sioux Falls. It still runs great today, in fact just as it did the day we purchased it. Other than normal maintenance, our experience with the product and the local dealership servicing has been stellar relative to various product lines to maintain the equipment and water quality. We are easily 10+ years beyond any expectation we had of the unit's lifespan and continue to use it often, now also serving as a smaller, temperature controlled swimming pool for another generation of family, our small grandchildren, during the summer. Without question, we would purchase a Hot Springs hot tub if we ever chose to do so again.

We purchased a nice used model and they were able to get it inspected and ready for me to pick up in a couple days notice. We had a couple of our children with us and they were treated well and loved to look at the spas as much as we did. The staff even remembered their names when we came back a second time. Specifically a shout out to our Water Wellness Expert, Rebecca H. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave us all the information we requested. The installation process was also great and proved that this was the correct choice in spas and spa company. Kevin and Clee came and were so friendly, efficient and offered to go above and beyond. We shopped around Sioux Falls, and checked out online deals, warehouse clubs and expos and in the end we felt the best value was Hot Springs. Coupled with their best in class warranty (5 years) local service and quality tubs, we felt this was a no brainer. We highly recommend this tub and brand and can testify from planning, purchase, installation and use, we have had zero issues and love it. We purchased the FLASH ICE model which seats 7 for our family of 6. We hope you find this review valuable.

Jacque was my sales contact to purchase our salt spa tub last December 2019. I wanted to use the tub for a time before reviewing it with a public statement. We had a non salt spa years earlier and it was nice but the salt spa is way nicer and easier on the skin. I have arthritis and this spa tub takes away my pain within 15 minutes. Can't begin to say how nice it was to work with Jacque and all her knowledge of selling this spa ! She had the right answers for me on every question I asked. The whole store team was GREAT to work with from questions, selling, delivery and after services. There when I need them to back the product. We just got our Hot Spring Grandee installed. The features that attracted us were the size, Moto massage, saltwater, and ceramic filters. Other brands had nice features too, but what really made our decision was the people. Jacque has earned the Hot Tub Lady title as far as I am concerned. I felt like she was always on top of everything, and helpful in guiding us to what we wanted rather than pushing us towards something we didn't. They helped us provide our homeowners insurance with the needed documentation when we needed to replace our hot tub after our (very) old one froze during the winter. Service is excellent and helpful all around. They removed our old tub, made suggestions for siting our new one, installed the new tub and helped work out the details of the new tub. The ability to bring in water samples for more analysis and assistance in determining what was needed to maintain our tub chemistry made this a breeze.

I literally had to make one phone call on the weekend and Jacque explained to me the problem and offered a solution in trading in our old spa for a new one. We went in that day and ended up purchasing a new spa. The experience was very simple, we felt like we got a good deal, and I was impressed with Jacque's hot tub knowledge. This is coming from someone who does a lot of research. She also responded to texts during off hours and made us feel like we could call or text anytime with questions. Wonderful sales and service staff. I’ve owned one other hot tub before and this one is by far much nicer. The water feels better with less chlorine smell. Maintenace is amazingly easy. I literally only have to push a button once a month and shock occasionally. There was a problem with the speaker but the service staff came right out and replaced it.

I purchased my Hot Spring Envoy saltwater spa two years ago from Rebecca and have not regretted it once! This is my first hot tub so I was very concerned about how complicated it would be to maintain the water. I had heard maintaining them was complicated and time consuming so I was initially intimidated about the purchase. I shopped at three different locations in Sioux Falls before I decided to go with Hot Springs Spas and to be honest most everyone I visited with was helpful and nice. They all answered my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I decided to go with Hot Springs Spas mainly because I was interested in the salt water option, but partially because I felt absolutely no pressure to buy from Rebecca. Since this is my first hot tub, I cannot really compare it to others, but I can definitely say I enjoy it very much and feel it would be difficult to find a better one for me. What I can comment on is general customer service levels. Hot Springs Spas of Sioux Falls is a family orientated business. Rebecca and Kyle are, at least, second generation hot tub families. Kevin is a character and will no doubt leave you laughing and/or speechless. Rebecca’s product knowledge and expertise are unmatched. Her easy-going nature and genuine desire for you to enjoy relaxing in your spa are refreshing. And there always seems to be something fun going on in their showroom. Kyle is very experienced and is easy to speak with about anything hot tub related. He possesses much more knowledge than his young age would lead you to believe. In fact, I walked in one day with a list of 15 or so questions to ask and he actually enjoyed being tested. He was able to answer all my questions with ease. As far as service after the sale, I did have a couple small hiccups with my hot tub which required service calls. Kevin and others made scheduling the time for the service call very convenient for me. If needed, they were willing to make evening stops. I definitely recommend the Sioux Falls Hot Spring Spas to anyone considering a purchase. I have more accolades type, but it is time for a dip!

Unlike some of the reviews here - I didn't buy a brand new spa. I got a hand-me-down freebie spa from my brother. It worked when he used it, but when we filled it and were ready to go - nothing. It wouldn't heat, the jets wouldn't run and it was FREEZING outside. I called Hot Springs Spas first because they had the best Google rating in Sioux Falls. I asked for the Service Department and got Darren. He gave me options of how to fix the issues that I was describing and was so patient as I wrote them down step by step. The next day, I called him back because it wasn't working. Darren brought a heater core to my house and put it in the spa to keep it from freezing (first thing that was above and beyond). Then he came back 2 days later with his crew to fix it. He had warned me that they don't service the brand I have normally, but was willing to take a look. When I came out of my house, I had 4 guys looking, working on and trouble shooting the issues. The second thing that I thought was "extra" from them was how well they worked together and got along. They weren't mad that they were all there after hours on a Friday night. When the Tech working on the wiring tried One. Last. Thing. he turned it on and it roared into action. We all high fived. These guys did everything they could to keep my Free Hot Tub - as close to free as it could be. I couldn't recommend these guys more. Do not hesitate to call - I know they'll take great care of you too. Imagine what they do if you actually bought the spa from them too!

I found Jackie "The Hot Tub Lady" and her counter part Rebecca the "Superwoman of Spa Care" and I will never look for a new place to purchase a Spa or any products required for Spa Care including Chemicals, Parts, AMAZINGLY Kind service and everything in between. When our craigslist used hot tub decided to die after 6 years we knew that we could not go without another. We love our new spa but more importantly the service at Hot Springs Spas of sioux falls make it so spa care is the easiest tasks of all the things that require upkeep. It is so refreshing to walk into a place of business that is not only aesthetically pleasing but the attitude of staff matches. They are able to quickly decipher exactly what the water in your spa is doing. Jackie was actually able to know a lot of what the issues were just by the zip code of the cell phone I called from, which to me is far above knowing your product. Equally as refreshing is the fact that they do not push you to purchase anything that you do not need. Quickly letting you know which products are a must, which are optional. I had been keeping up spa water for 7 years when I met these hot tub heros and they taught me new things each time we have talked. The best part about a family business is that they often make you feel like part of the family in how they relate, react and respect you not only as a customer but as a person. Spa and sauna are two very important parts of my personal health maintenance so I am so excited to have a place to call or go anytime I have questions rather than needing to spend hours researching. (I know from experience if you spend hours researching what either of these fine ladies tell you you will only end up with wasted hours because your findings will be exactly as you were told.) If your not in the market for a spa I would just stop in to meet an amazing staff, who knows maybe one day you will be in the market for a spa and then you will have a relationship established. It may sound like I have embellished this review but I challenge you to stop in and try to refute anything I have shared with you. =) But MOST of all I challenge you to have a great day!. .... and my best days include 30 min in my hot tub.... just sayin =)
