Absolutely loved our experience with Combined Pool and Spa as well as our salesman, Billy. He was so knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He asked all the right questions and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. We ended up not only buying a hot tub from him, which we are enjoying so much, but also decided our basement needed a pool table. We did do our due diligence and shopped around to other stores and they didn’t come close to the knowledge and professionalism of combined and Billy. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The prices were more than fair and the service was probably the best I've ever received from a local retailer. The owner, Jeff, took time to meet with me on my schedule, showed me what the options were and answered all my questions. I thought the whole process of purchasing a hot tub would be terrible. Absolutely not the case. Billy did an amazing job of asking and answering all the right questions without pushing us for a sale or decision. He acted like we were the only ones in the store and cared about even though we repeatedly said we were just in the beginning stages of looking. Again, no pressure on us to buy. We left there and went to another competing store after getting everything answered just to compare and were there for 5 minutes without a single person even greeting or talking to us. We had bought a hot tub from a different dealer, there were legitimate but frustrating issues that came up, no fault of that dealer, but still frustrating. We canceled that hot tub and bought one from Troy. I could not believe how good and helpful troy was, he understoodtbe situation and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and everything went smooth. Hot tub will deliver in 10 days, basically I'm just waiting for the electrician. I highly recommend Troy at combined pool and spa. Fyi, we went back to Troy and bought two, double chaise loungers, who of course took care of us. Bottom line, need a hot tub, see Troy!!

We just bought a caldera 6 person salt water hot tub and Troy Pfaff was excellent and very helpful...he took the time to answer all our questions each time we came in and made sure we got everything we needed. **In addition we just had it delivered and set up, the guys that delivered it were so nice and patient and took the time needed to get it installed and reinstalled exactly like we wanted it. I delivered here..dock area is tight and lot was muddy but these guys don't play around unloading. Had a full trailer all floor loaded they let me help got done in an hour must have been 6 or 7 people helping I was impressed...awesome job I'd come back anytime

Our experience with every person involved, from sales , delivery, and follow-up was very enjoyable and informative for first time spa owners. Delivery was exceptionally difficult since it was going on our deck over our garage, six guys got it done. Starting it up was a matter of following directions in the manual and a call to our salesman once or twice. We highly recommend going to one of their seminars to answer any questions you have, fun people and informative.

I attended "hot tub school" this weekend. So great! The store manager & Becca were inviting with coffee and muffins served for those of us who skipped breakfast. We met Jackie the first time we went into the store. We did visit other local stores, but chose combined because of the exceptional costumer service. All of our questions and concerns, wether in the store or by text, were quickly and knowledgeably answered. We went to a class on Saturday to learn how to maintain our hot tub. This was very helpful, and made the prospect of getting a spa a little less disconcerting. Getting financed was an easy process. Our tub was delivered today. They even arrived early. We can't wait for it to get up to temp so we can try it out.

Billy helped me find the right sized hot tub for my space and needs. I was nervous about up keep but they make it very very simple. Customer service after sale is great. Delivery crew accidentally scratched my fridge when setting in my garage. Offered to bring me a brand new one or a very fair amount of in store credit. If anything does go wrong they will take care of it. Only slight downside is not much discount for cash money though I assume most people jump on the 0% financing anyway. Definitely coming back if I need an upgrade down the road.

Great help and service! I had a non-pool related water issue where I needed some water tested for chlorine. I explained my problem and they said they could test my water free of charge. They even provided the bottles to collect the samples. This was all done knowing it had nothing to do with a pool or a likely sale. The water testing was quick and very informative. Purchased a Caldera cantabria back in October of 2018. Our sales person was Troy and was excellent to work with. From the sale all the way to the installation, he was there every step of the way and answered any questions we had. Fast forward to February 2019, our biggest fear happened. Opened the hot tub one night, and it had one inch of ice on it. It had been extremely cold the week prior and we think the circulation pump might have froze. I put in a service request with Tessa. She kept communication with us and dispatched a service tech right of way. Not only did she keep communication through email, but texts as well which was really convenient . Given the cold weather, our tub did not need to be operational, just to be kept from freezing. Once our service tech been arrived, it wuz apparent that the circulation pump was in fact frozen as well as a faulty control panel. It was -10 degrees below zero that day, so I didn't expect it to be repaired until it warmed up. Been called the warehouse and found out they had the part we needed in stock. I told him it would be okay to do it later once it warmed up. He insisted on finishing the repair that day, despite spending 6 hours in the bitter cold. The staff at combined Pool and Spa went over and above anything we could have ever expected and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a pool or Spa.

Our recent experience buying a hot tub at Combined completely changed our perception that you are important to pool & spa salespersons until the check was written. Jeff & Jacque spent time with us asking us questions to determine what tub would be best for us. Once we had one picked out, Jacque texted & called us with follow up information. She kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Once she gave us all the information we had asked for, she then smoothly handed us off to Caitlyn who handled the delivery schedule. Caitlyn followed up with us, asking questions about the area where our hot tub was going to be set. She gave us a day & date for delivery that fit best into our schedule. On the day before our scheduled delivery she contacted us and said she could possibly move up the delivery if we liked and if it would work. We were excited that we would get the tub earlier than we expected. On the day of delivery, Caitlyn called us and said we'd hear from the techs when they were on their way. Levi & Tyler called us 30 minutes before the delivery and asked us some other questions about our preferences when they arrived. Once they arrived they greeted us and told us what they would do. They smoothly and efficiently moved the tub to the designated spot being very respectful of our home and our property. When they were done with the install, they thoroughly went through all the features of our new tub and showed us how to operate it. As they left, they took a water sample and said someone would follow up with instructions on what chemicals we needed. Sure enough, within an hour I had an email with clearly stated instructions on what to add to the tub and when. We are thrilled with our new Caldera 5-person tub and even more positive about the entire experience. Thank you to Jeff, Jacque, Caitlyn, Levi & Tyler - and to the entire team at Combined Pool & Spa. It's 5 degrees outside and I was in it for 45 minutes and it stayed at 103. When I got out and put the cover on it shut off before I had the cover latched. Do let anyone do 110 it not at all as enjoyable as 220

We recently purchased a Swim Spa from Jacque and it has been a totally great experience . From day one she has been able to answer all questions and make great suggestions. The product speaks for itself and has really been a life changer for me. The spa portion of the pool is awesome and the swimming is wonderful as promised. Make sure you purchase the sound system as its most enjoyable to relax and listen to the tunes. I also purchased the Covana DC powered cover. While more expensive, it is a dream and so easy to operate. Plus you can lock when away which is huge plus for me. A must if you have children. I would highly recommend this swim spa to anyone that enjoys swimming and soaking! My only regret is that I didn't get the larger one! If you are 6'0 or taller move up to the larger one as it will accommodate more movement when using the swim spa portion. Jacque is very knowledgeable and fun to deal with. What are you waiting for? Once construction began, they kept us up to date on the progress of the project and what we could expect next. When construction was finished, Tyrel and his crew were there to support us with maintaining our pool.
