My first time at Beauty Lab + Laser was great! The front desk staff (Lacie & Chad) were warm and friendly and checked me in promptly. I felt very comfortable asking questions to Raven and she was able to help me get in a second service while I was there. I felt like I was in good hands with Weston. He took the time to explain the difference in services and products. He also understood what I was going for and was not heavy handed. Overall, a great experience here! I will definitely come back and will even refer my friends!

I had the most wonderful experience. From Cole and Raven in reception, to my facial with Jaycee, I felt like I was their only client! As a special treat, I was able to meet and say hi to Ashley! Hopefully next time I get to meet Heather. :) I would highly recommend the Wild Rose facial. It was relaxing and refreshing. The products were very hydrating and left my face feeling fresh. I will definitely be back when I’m in town again.

LAURA IS THE BEST!!!! I literally fly from LA to have her do my face. Worth all the time and effort. Her assistant Stevoni is SO helpful professional and she’s ON IT. She is also just a fun nice personality to have in the room when being poked!! The front team was so welcoming Karen Shelby and especially cole! He was just such a fun person and also so helpful. Love this place and love ALL of them! Can’t wait to come back for some more treatments in the fall 💞

I have been coming in for laser hair removal for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The results are amazing, and it's not that painful at all. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. Whitney has been taking care of me, she is so friendly and always makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. Chad and Lacie are awesome, and always help me set up my appointments while I'm there. I've had such a great experience here, and recommend it to all of my friends and clients!

Beauty Lab + Laser is amazing!! I have been going here for years for injection services and have loved my experience every time. The people who work at Beauty Lab really know what they are doing and are so good at it. Everyone is amazing but I have to give a shout out to Chantel, who I have been requesting for years for my lip injections and all other services I have gotten. She is so gentle, fun, and is so good at it! Another shout out to Cole, Ali, and Parker for being very welcoming and helping me book additional appointments or answer any questions when I need it, and Savannah for helping distract me from the needles and feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for any beauty enhancements you want because you will get good results!

I had an amazing experience here! I drove out here from Denver and it was 1000% worth the trip. The front desk staff, Parker & Stevie, were welcoming and incredibly kind. Once I was taken back to the room I was taken care of by Savannah and Mark. Savannah was so sweet and hyping me up during my lip plump which helped make the nerves go away. Mark, who gave me my injections, was really nice, funny, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My lips aren’t even hurting the day after! All around a wonderful experience and I would definitely make the trip back out here just for the people at the Beauty Lab!

My first time at Beauty Lab and I came in for the Wild Rose facial and I will definitely be back! This treatment is definitely in the "treat yourself" category but absolutely worth it. I loved the products and how the scents were soft but worked together with the steam. I had to stop myself from dozing off because I didn't want to miss out on anything. Natalie was my esthetician and she was incredible. I felt completely comfortable and pampered from start to finish. The entire atmosphere here is welcoming and has a great energy. Cole and Parker were at the front desk when I visited and were perfect bookends to the experience: friendly, efficient, and informative. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff were fantastic. And the most important part: my skin looked surreal. I am adding the Wild Rose products to my at home face routine. I loved the entire experience and I can't wait to return!

This was my first time at Beauty Lab and my first time getting Botox and lip fillers. Savannah was THE sweetest person ever! She walked me through the entire procedure and made me feel so comfortable since I was nervous. Laura was the one who actually put the injections in and she was so gentle with me. I didn't feel rushed at all and Laura gave me some honest recommendations on how often to come back based on my age. Both of these ladies were gorgeous and so kind to me. I had my 1st micro needling + chemical peel done with JAYLEE & it was an awesome experience 🙌🏻! Since it was my first time having that treatment done I didn’t know what to expect so of course I asked all the first timer questions & she was very sweet & informative. Throughout the treatment she continued to asking me how I was doing & was great at encouraging a conversation to help take my mind off of any minor discomfort. I will definitely be going back for my 2nd treatment soon 😊. Ps. Random sidenote… the restroom was very clean and the interior design was very cool 😍.

I'm a virgin to any cosmetic treatments like this so I was a little nervous at first, but the team made me feel SO comfortable and I am so happy I went! Did a lip flip and Tori was such a pro. Her assistant Jaci was also just reassuring and so helpful in making our experience so wonderful. From the moment we got there Elisha, Alexis and Sam were super welcoming and eased us by answering all our questions and helping us I'm a timely manner. I did a mini lip plump + lip flip, and the immediate results from the plump are even better than I imagined! I’ve had my lips done before elsewhere, but the results were nowhere near as good as they were here! I’m already about to book another appointment for more treatments, this is my new favorite place! Chantal and Parker are amazing. Great consultation. She gave me the pros and cons of the two options for the under eye treatment. Full lip plump is settling nicely. She even did a little bonus add on since there was plenty of plasma left over from the check my bags treatment. Highly recommend. Even though I live in north Ogden and have other spa’s nearby I knew I wanted to be seen by Reagan! When I walked in the crew at the front desk was polite and welcoming. The building was clean, the vibes were positive. I was treated very nicely, especially for the procedure I felt like they were doing everything they can to make me comfortable. I am actually blown away at the difference between my first lip filler experience and the one I had today. I got a friendly and sincere greetings from Dre and Sam when I arrived. I didn’t feel like I interrupted them on their phones like many places. Regan and Savannah made me feel completely comfortable and ready to try again after hearing my traumatic story of my first attempt 8 months ago. Regan is like a injection angel. I felt only mild discomfort during the treatment and very little discomfort now 6 hours later. Much different than my first attempt. I’m very happy with my overall experience and highly recommend BLL.

This was my first time at Beauty Lab and Laser. At first I scheduled for a Mini lip plump. When I walked in, the staff was extremely warm and inviting. I was taken back by Savannah who is so so nice. We just moved here from Florida and my daughter and I wanted to get our lips looking fabulous, so I did some research and heard from many that Laura is a savage for perfecting lips. We went in today and I was blown away. First of all this isn’t a spa where you walk in and everyone ignores you and makes you feel self conscious- this spa welcomes you like a BFF! Alli and Chad are up front making you feel wonderful and getting you all checked in. They are so kind. Then we met Stevoni who could not have been more wonderful and stylish. She also worked some magic and made it possible for both my daughter and I to be treated even though our appointments were a few hours apart (this was my doing- so just so sweet to accommodate us) she was absolutely amazing getting us all ready to go. Now for Laura… 1. she is drop dead gorgeous (just saying so you are prepared :) and also the sweetest person you will ever meet. The best part she is a creative genius and made our lips look better than anyone in Miami or LA could ever dream about. She really crafts the injection to create fuller more symmetrical lips - it’s pure talent! Beauty Lab gets 100 gold stars from us, I can’t wait to go back to get other treatments. Sorry this is long, but for someone new to lip injections, I feel the understanding and experience is important! I have been wanting to get a mini lip as I have noticed I have loss of volume over the last few years. (Looking at my mother's lips- her volume is now completely gone.) I have been trying to find a place where I would trust and feel comfortable with. I travel to Sandy, UT 2-3 times a year, and my best friend had a treatment that she wanted to get done as well, so, after looking at photos and reviews, we both made an appointment! I wanted something very natural, as I have always had smaller lip size. The appointment: Upon walking into the lab, Cole greeted us, checked us in, and apologized for the short wait(we were early). He was super great before & after the appointment was finished at checkout. Parker got us started and was so comforting by explaining how everything was going to work during the appointment. Once my numbing was finished, Parker and my injector came in and that's when I met Victoria (Tori) - she listened to what I was wanting. She did a great job, and I am super happy with my results! Not doing this service before(I regularly do botox, but not my lips), I did have an area that I wasn't sure about and Tori handled her messaging and follow-up like a true professional. She asked my to stop in to make sure everything was OK in person, so of course I did. Going back in, Elsha & Tori were very pleasant, professional and they never made me feel like my concern was an annoyance. I SUPER APPRECIATE THAT! I have attached my before and after so you can see how much my lips look natural and even more balanced! I will ALWAYS trust Tori to do the rest of my injections!

I was very nervous and self-conscious at my consult and first appointment as I have been to other laser facilities, and med spas and been made fun of based on my appearance. The staff here is AMAZING. The registration staff are always courteous and very helpful with scheduling and payments. Sam always lets me know how many treatments I have left on a prepaid plan before I schedule. Logan has been very helpful and kind in helping me pick a treatment plan and process. They really do welcome everyone and understand every skincare and beauty journey is different. She is a true artist and my lashes always look perfection. Editing: Dre the owner reached out and informed me of their guarantee- due to the fact that I did not get the promised results they gave me a full refund. I respect a business who stands by their results like this. Even if I didn’t get the results I wanted, they’re a solid honest business. It makes me sad to write this review because everyone was so nice and accommodating here and I wanted this to be a place I could return to for more procedures when I am in SLC, but unfortunately the results weren't there for me, and I attribute this to poor implementation of the services they offer. I visited BL+L twice for their Thighbella (kybella for thighs) procedure in March, so more than enough time would have passed for me to see results. My first red flag should have been that they were not able to provide one single before/after or reference. They said it was due to patient privacy which I get, but now I'm thinking they don't have satisfied patients with this procedure. They injected 1 vial per thigh, on each visit, for a total of 4 vials ($2400). 2 months after my 2nd visit, I still saw no noticeable results when compared to my before pictures. I happened to be in LA so I booked a consult with a well-known plastic surgeon to get a 2nd opinion and understand what went wrong and what it would take to get my results. Essentially I was never a good candidate but they told me I was "perfect" for the procedure and would love the results. I now realize, a responsible provider would have turned me away and suggested lipo. On top of that, I learned they underdose Kybella at BL+L so I was never going to see results from getting treatment here. He equated it to getting antibiotics and only taking the first 2 pills of the 7 day supply, you waste the time and money but get no results. And you can keep starting another antibiotic course and taking the first pill and it will never kick the infection. The second opinion surgeon said we could continue Kybella if I wanted mild results (but recommended lipo as a much better fit) and ended up dosing me with 6 vials, 3 in each thigh. Despite literally being on Rodeo Drive, he charged 33% less per vial than BL+L (whose value prop is relative affordability). So after wasting $2400 at Beauty Lab, I am seeing great results now that I have been treated correctly from a Board-certified surgeon. I just wish I didn't waste several thousand dollars to come to this realization. I can't speak to their other procedures but do not trust Beauty Lab for your Kybella needs.

Wonderful experience! I went in for the first time a couple of weeks ago to have a little Botox touch up. That went great. Laura my esthetician (who is also a nurse practitioner BTW) suggested that I might want to try sculptra. I was nervous of making a big change but she assured me that this would be subtle and long-lasting. I went in today for two vials of sculptra and Laura and her assistant were absolutely fantastic.
