Megan has done a fantastic job on my full facial rejuvenation. She provides a comfortable environment with a thorough consultation keeping your best interest in mind. She is a knowledgeable and experienced injector that really listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan of action unique to you. I love my filler to my cheeks, lips, and chin. I looked like myself just 5 years younger. I highly recommend Megan for all your beautifying needs!

I have received a few different treatments from different providers! I received Dysport & filler from Lauren and love my results! She really knows what she is talking about and educated me + made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I did IV therapy with Kallie and the pole was painless. I recently came back in to get my lips done by Megan. I am terrified of needles, and had a mini panic attack, but Megan, and her coworkers helped me through the process. She listened to my concerns, and talked me through every step to make sure I received the reassurance I needed. If you are nervous about getting lip fillers, and need someone who is going to make you feel heard/seen go to Megan!! She does an amazing job with numbing, and also just makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you Megan, and the rest of the crew for not only helping me look better, but also making me feel better as well!

I had micro-needling with PRP last week with Ella and it was such a great experience! I was nervous that it might be painful (I’ve never had this treatment before) but the numbing cream she put on me was so good that I didn’t hardly feel a thing! She was so knowledgeable- she talked to me through the whole treatment about my skin type and skincare routine and gave me some really helpful information. I’m looking forward to my next treatment!

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. I originally came in after seeing a FB ad for $4 dysport which I thought to be an incredible deal! After speaking with the Dr, however, he said I’d need about 60 units for my 11’s. I usually get 20-25 so I thought that was way too much. He explained that they don’t measure their dysport units the same as botox which I thought was so strange because I’ve never been to a mes spa where dysport and Botox units weren’t measured the same. This why the ad seemed like such a great deal, but really with how they’re doing the math, it wasn’t. Now 9 weeks post treatment I already have full mobility again. I’ve had dysport before and it usually lasts around 4 months, so I’m shocked that it’s already worn off. Overall, I wish the pricing and units were measured the same as the industry standard so that clients can know what to expect to pay.

My husband and I both go to PA-C Shauna Leonard at 22 Spa for HRT. It is impossible to say enough good things about Shauna! We’ve been going to her for YEARS and followed her to 22 Spa when she joined their team. She helps me with all injectables and HRT and I love how fun, engaging, and knowledgeable she is! She is constantly attending new educational conferences to continue learning the newest information and techniques. Her assistant Kayla is so sweet and funny, they are a fantastic duo and make the experience so comfortable. The facilities at 22 Spa are gorgeous. While I haven’t had any procedures by Dr. Reuben or Dr. Clayton, I fully intend to go here for all my future surgeries. I HIGHLY recommend this place, they actually CARE about you and work tirelessly to make sure you have easy access appointments and everything you need. The best!!

Whitney Murdock, RN. is the BEST injector EVER! Her clear experience and masterful technique made my experience easy, comfortable and the results FLAWLESS! I had both my Botox and lip filler done, and have never felt more at ease in the injector chair. The facility is beautiful, clean, and they took every precaution to make sure we were Covid safe. I just finished with my second round of microneedling at 22 Spa MD. This has been my first experience with any sort of facial modification or procedure. I am the type that has only ever used soap and mascara and some sunscreen on my face, and am just starting to understand the benefits of a skincare routine and maintenance. During my first visit they took great care of me and I left feeling comfortable and content. I felt so confident after the first procedure I decided to add "botox" to my second microneedling appointment at the last minute. There was some scheduling conflict but they explained everything over the phone and worked with me to find some options so I could maintain my own schedule for the day. When I came in I had a great time, chatting through the procedures and completely at ease. I loved that everything was explained to me as detailed as I wanted, and they made sure that I wasn't in pain or discomfort. While chatting we discussed some skincare products I was interested in trying, but they weren't pushy about purchasing anything and made recommendations for and against some of the products based on my own preferences. Overall I've felt well listened-to and really pleased with my results, and I am excited to start taking better care of my face and skin with the guidance of 22 Spa MD!

I have used Whitney, a master esthetician, a few times for injectables and she has the eye of an artist, a very calm touch and a friendly and kind personality. Both locations are designed beautifully from the waiting rooms to the treatment rooms. No detail was left untouched- incredible lighting, fresh flowers, soothing atmosphere, incredible local art at the Cottonwood location and of course the reason why I go there is because they have the newest, state of the art laser and radio frequency devices for non surgical antidotes. I'm all in for this place!

Whitney is a dream! Holli is a magician! I started my appointments with a facial with Holli. Holli asked questions to get a feel for my skin and what a magical facial it was! As Holli progressed through the treatment I knew what was coming. Talk about the most relaxing upper body massage while my mask was on. Smooth happy skin was the result! My next appointment was for toxin injection (Dysport). Whitney walked through what to expect and areas of concern. While discussing I brought up some additional texture changes wrinkles under my eyes and around my mouth. Whitney suggested PRP/PRF (my own plasma) to be injected. This would allow for rebuilding within my own body correcting what I have lost due to aging. Extremely happy with my results! Whitney was even able to fit in the additional injections of PRP/PRF at the same appointment! I will never go anywhere else! Comfortable/Clean, knowledgeable staff with fabulous results!

I’ve always had acne prone skin on top of being such a Sun lover. It wasn’t until my late 20’s and especially now in my late 30’s I’ve noticed my skin tone to be so uneven and sunspots on my cheeks like crazy. I heard about a “Clear and Brilliant resurfacing facial” at 22 Spa. It’s a laser treatment for your face and neck. I’ve never had a laser treatment before so I was a bit hesitant. However, after my appointment I saw IMMEDIATE results in the texture and tone of my face and neck. They numbed my skin with a topical cream before the treatment itself. I had my appointment with Audrey who was so sweet and checked in with me several times to see how I was doing. I expected a stinging sensation or something but felt NO PAIN at all! It felt like a small vibration. The staff was so great and the space is beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

I have been treated at 22 Spa by Jessica, Ella, Kallie, Megan and Kiara! All of the girls are absolutely phenomenal! Jessica and Ella have been helping me with facial treatments. They are working with me to get rid of my hyperpigmentation and help with my acne breakouts. These lovely esties have created a plan catered to my face to help me achieve my goals and it’s working! My face looks and feels amazing and I’ve stopped wearing makeup! Kiara has injected my cheeks with filler and it has made all the difference! Kallie has done my Botox she has such a light hand, was very educational and the way she does IV’s is mind blowing! I appreciate Kallie for everything she has taught me! Megan has been working with me to help with volume loss under my eyes and helping me with my lip shape, She has been treated me with PRF under my eyes and my results are unreal I have no under eye bags anymore! With my lips she has used hylenx to dissolve them so that we can start from the beginning I’m so excited to get my lips done with her! I absolutely love 22 spa the whole staff is so sweet!
